Lawrence glass was literally two weeks faster than safelite. They came the same day and tried to fix my back window. The tailgate didn t open but the next day they came back and fixed the broken glass. Will use them again.

Great service. Called and spoke with someone who immediately provided a quote and date. The guys showed up at my home and replaced the rear glass on my truck as quoted. They were friendly and completed the work quickly.

Took care of my busted windshield next day for way way less than the "Safe" guys in the red and black trucks. I'm fairly new in town and my truck dealer highly recommended them. Support the local business. You'll be glad you did....and your wallet will be happy as well. I think they even take most insurance.

Thanks for the great service. The appointment was easy to make. The guys showed up early for the appointment, replaced my windshield quickly and brought my key back to me in my workplace. What a great job they did. I was very impressed!

I went to Lawrence Glass after my dealership recommended them. Safelite and other shops told me I would have to wait for at least 3 weeks for an appointment. Lawrence got me in, fixed and back on the road in 24 hours. The staff was friendly, they held my car overnight for me and the turnaround time was unmatched. This facility and their staff are great! They were able to assist me in replacing my windshield within 24 hours of my call. They were able to meet me at my place of work and complete the job in under 10 minutes! They are helpful and quick and I am very happy with my new windshield! Thanks!

The communication with this company is terrible. I had my window unfortunately busted out 2 nights ago. First thing yesterday morning I called around looking for someone who could replace it for me. Not only was their price higher than everyone else s (which I decided to give in because they were a small family owned business with great online reviews, and assured me they could get it done that evening). They showed up took my door apart and after an hour told me they would be done in 15 minutes, only to call me back outside and state they had the wrong glass. Left the pieces to the window mechanics in my seat, and told me they would be back today. Woke up this morning haven t heard a thing, called the office the gentleman put me on hold came back and said I should be their next stop. While I was on the phone with him, an odd number was calling in, I told him it may be their technician and said thank you. Clicked over it was their technician he said he was on the way with crash tape I told him I didn t know what that was. Their was a small silence, then I heard him talking to someone else in the car . They didn t tell her!? Great .. sorry ma am we won t have the glass for a couple of days, I am coming over to put crash tape to seal your window up. Now I know this is not of his fault. But geez. This is so unprofessional. Please communicate better to your customers. I am an understanding person but when I am lead to believe that I am going to be taken care of in a certain amount of time, and then your employees are thrown to the wolves that is just bad business.Service: Auto side window replacement

They replaced the rear window of my 06 3500. I had a factory glass put back in which was several hundreds more. For 3 years my window leaked. I took it to them and they came out to my home. They told me is was something different every time except the new windshield. They even pulled it out resealed it and put it back in only for it to leak during the next rain. Finally a guy named Ben said the problem was a defective windshield. They ordered a new one and no problems since. However, it got the inside of my vehicle wet for 3 years. Outstanding price and service. They came to my house and within an hour they where done replacing my windshield. They called before they came. They two guys where very professional and courteous. They wiped down my interior after they finished the install. So convenient. I would highly recommend this company. A local Ford dealership in Gallatin, TN recommended Lawrence Glass Company.

Best glass place in all of the surrounding Nashville area. I had a problem where I needed my truck to have two windows replaced almost immediately. No other place could do the job when I needed it, but Lawrence Glass made it happen and I couldn't be more thankful. They treat you like family, and I couldn't have had a better consumer service experience. Recommended by our dealership to replace a cracked windshield on a new vehicle. The team worked with the insurance company to get me taken care of. This group of folks didn t disappoint! They did exactly what they said they would do and followed up multiple time. Highly recommend!

I was extremely impressed with the guys that put in my windshield. They were very knowledgeable and courteous. Between the 2 guys that came they had over 40 years experience so that says a lot. I first tried Safelite and had to turn them away due to quality of the windshield. I can tell you that Lawrence Glass is a remarkable company. I highly recommend this company!

I needed glass cut for a broken window in my bathroom. I went to Lawrence Glass and they were very happy to cut it for me at no charge. They also replace windshields for the trucking company my husband works for. They do a phenomenal job, very knowledgeable of their work, and the nicest people you ll ever meet.

I am glad that MHC Kenworth recommended Lawrence Glass Co, as I needed a replacement windshield for my Hino 195. Josh was extremely helpful in locating a windshield and scheduling my install. Royce did a fantastic job on the install and was extremely friendly and professional. Collin was also helpful and friendly in taking care of the payment and admin tasks. I would highly recommend this company, and I imagine the Murfreesboro location is just as great, as well. I got my windshield replaced in February. It began cracking from the top where it was installed in June. I called 3 times to get it looked at. Almost two weeks later and the crack has gotten worse, I received a call back. They said they will send someone out to my job to look at it. Two gentlemen came and stated that I had a chip repair...mind you they replaced the entire windshield. Then stated it was a rock hit. It started from the top where the windshield meets the car and its coming down. I will not recommend. Just extremely frustrating for someone to tell you that a chip repair was done, insinuating that this was caused by that and I had no repairs on the windshield. What a wonderful experience I had with Lawrence Glass. I had to have my windshield replaced and they came out to my work to do it. I can't say enough great things about the technicians, they were very professional and polite. The work done was fantastic and I'm really happy with my new windshield. I would definitely use Lawrence Glass again!

My installer, Ben, went above and beyond to do a quality job. Showed up early, was incredibly professional and definitely has a customer-first attitude. I've used them twice now for different vehicles and will continue to use them for all my auto glass needs. Highly recommended.

Very unprofessional..... the tech never came the day or time he was scheduled to come and replace my windshield....im a truck driver so time is definitely of the essence and $$$....found out that the reason they never called or showed up is because they wrote my # down INCORRECTLY! then had the audacity to tell me they can get to me the next day between 8am-12pm!!!! REALLY and im scheduled to pick up a load at that time!!!?? AND you're not trying to accommodate me for the time wasted and lost due to yalls mistake......so they ended up allowing my to pull up to the shop the next morning an they replaced it.....but from the down time.... given the run arounds on the phone......I definitely don't recommend this business ESPECIALLY if you're a Trucker or someone really pressed for time!Service: Auto windshield repair

Reginald and Eric were very responive, communicative and prompt when coordinating to come and service my vehicle. It was raining when they arrived and they patiently returned when the rain subsided in order to replace my broken passenger side window.
