I purchased my first BMW and chose Kennedy Performance Center as the place to handle the modifications for me. It was definitely the right choice! They were very knowledgeable about the vehicle and I was very impressed with how it turned out. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs, as I lived 2 1/2 hrs away. If you re looking for people that you can trust and superior customer service, this is the place for you. I will definitely be going back in the future for all my BMW parts and service.

I ve been to almost every Euro shop in Mkddle Tn, and without a doubt, they re the best I ve been too. Always helpful, always fair, and always honest. They congrats work and for reasonable prices. I ll continue to use and recommend them. Eugene, Pat, and their entire team, are great people.

Professional work and at a reasonably priced service. Always willing to offer advice/opinions but not going to refuse service because they may not agree. I would recommend any BMW owner to use these guys, ESPECIALLY on performance upgrades.

From now on this is where I am taking my BMW, they were fast and saved me a ton of money. The dealership tried to overcharge me by having me fix things that weren t broken. Kennedy Performance was honest and found the root cause of my issue. 10/10 rating from me!!

The shop has helped me out many times. Their team knows the cars well and have come through for me consistently. They've even voluntarily helped me off the clock and has to be because they love the cars, right? The one time I didn't listen to their advice on something, it bit me. They know their stuff.

I always bring my car here. They do stellar work, and provide great assistance. Everyone there has a boat load of knowledge about BMWs. This place is the best in town, hands down!! If you have a BMW this is the place for you. I first met Patrick when my car was out of warranty, and I didn't want to pay dealership prices for repairs. He instead helped me make informed decisions, and saved me a ton of $$$$. He also introduced me to the performance side of BMWs. Now a couple of years later, he has built me a 600hp beast. Wouldn't take my car to anyone else.

Eugene and Connor were extremely friendly and helpful. They unlocked my 2020 m340i DME and flashed an MHD stage 1 tune fairly quick. Definitely recommend them and definitely will come back for future work.

If you re looking for a shop for your BMW STOP HERE. It is the most welcoming friendliest shop and their work is very honest and priced fairly. I was getting low boost and really could not find what was wrong and almost gave up hope. After a diagnostic and a cheap vacuum line repair my car was running better than I bought it. I also had a wiring issue I did not mention to them that prevented me from entering sport mode and when i got my car back it was fixed. For free. I didn t even tell them about it and they fixed it out of their own way. 10/10 best shop I ve been tooServices: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

This business has some of the best customer service, quickest turn around times, and by far best pricing. I recommend this spot to anyone who is a bmw. I go here for any type of work that needs to be done and am confident in the work.

Cool people. Felt like I was going to my buddy s mechanic shop than some random business who s trying to get your money. They know what they re doing and tries to inform you. Would recommend 10/10 if you have any German car problems. More than just a store to customer relationship and would comeback to them again.

Great repair shop for your bmw. They fixed problems I was having for roughly two years. Other shops suggested that I got rid of the car. Anther shop wanted me to replace the engine. KP did the diagnostic and it was the turbo. That fixed all issues. I also got the walnut blast. I highly recommend. Finally, I found an awesome BMW shop! Everyone is super nice and Eugene who helped me out was very friendly and knowledgeable about BMWs, From performance to maintenance, they do it all! The best thing is I finally trust a shop to work on my BMW M2 and that's been hard to come by.

The best service I have ever seen from a mechanic shop from the moment you walk in the door you feel at home. Being cheerfully greated by Eugene to the best waiting room I've been in in sometime. Whether you have some much needed work to be done or just want to spend your day playing video games on your computer, you can do so in peace as your vehicle is getting the best care possibly anywhere. If you have the pleasure of meeting Pat, you can immediately tell why this place is such team/family atmosphere. He personally took his time to walk me out to my vehicle and show me all the work that was being done and future things to look for. As someone who has spent years in a management positions, I can say He is the opitomy of what a true leader/business owner should look like. True team player. Let's not forget about the great work they did though. The mechanics (along with Pat and Eugene) are top notch. I had several performances parts that need installed and a tune same day and even though they close at 5:30 they were nice enough to stay later to make sure everything was installed and operating properly before sending me down the road. Thank all of you again and if you are considering KPC, don't hesitate!

I would find it hard to take my F80 anywhere else. Patrick has took care of me in some of the best ways. Hard to find a honest, great place like this. Will be a returning customer. My thanks to Eugene, Patrick, and the rest of the team. Prices are reasonable and fair (my wallet thanks you) and the customer service is out of this world. They performed Stage 1 BM3 tune, diagnostics, and fixed my chargepipe. Their knowledge and expertise shows through their work. The parking lot is a great view too!Cheers!

The team over at Kennedy Performance Center are honest and will go the extra mile, are priced fairly, and can handle nearly everything, from basic oil changes to high performance upgrades. Unless it's an absolute emergency, I will (and do) go out of my way to make sure these guys are the only ones that touch my car.If you own a BMW, especially one with an N54/N55 engine, you've already invested in the ultimate driving machine, so take it to the best for keeping it that way. Don't hesitate, just go see these guys. period.
