I had a massive oil leak (2-3qts daily) stopped by to get a top off and recommendations on oil gasket repair.Westley and the crew took time to inspect and diagnosed that it was hoses that were not screwed in properly from a service I received at another shop!They went above and beyond and didn t have to, they saved me thousands in the long run by taking the time to care.I m truly grateful for their time and will definitely return for future services.

Nice team of guys. Very professional and friendly. Told them to advise me regarding services like I was their Mom and think they did just that Not pushy but told me what I needed and what could wait. Made a dull event on a Saturday a good experience

All the employees at the White Bridge Road location were amazing! They not only got my car in & out, but they even called me 5 mins before they were done because i had walked down to my house. Also, I couldn t find my gift card in my email, & the gentleman at the register was so patient & polite while waiting on me.

Excellent experience at this Jiffy Lube tonight!! I showed up at 5.30pm (30 min before closing time). Bruce was super kind. He took the time to explain things and go over what needs to be done soon, and within 3-6 months. The engine light was on and his colleague (I forgot to ask for his name) checked the error code so that I knew what to check with my mechanic. I was shocked by their kindness and the quality of service (my experiences at other Jiffy Lube were very different). Will definitely be back if I get a chance!

The manager there did an amazing job, friendly and trust worthy. I would highly recommend this place to anybody.They do amazing work.I'll definitely be a repeating customer.

Absolutely an amazing experience. I'm so grateful for the guys at this shop. I took a co-worker (that was down on her luck) car in. She needed some Christmas help and Santas elves and Angels were there Saturday. They got her car back to working condition and it ran so smooth after everything they did. Again, thank you so much. Did a great job as usual !! Had a bad lug nut found during tire rotation.. Finally got it off Went to parts store and put it on for free..Good crew !! Also gave me a coupon on tire rotation!!

My car broke down at Walmart while I had my two kids (a 18 month old and newborn) with me. It was the battery- I was able to jump it and then bring it into this Jiffy Lube. My husband called ahead and told them my situation so the team at this location put cartoons on in the waiting room for my toddler, offered me water, and ended up giving me a discount on the battery replacement. They worked super fast, were so professional, and made the whole situation much better especially since I had the two babies alone. Highly recommended Bruce and his team here at this location!!

The staff were quick and efficient with how they moved. I spoke with Bruce and he ensured that I was good to go with what I needed and even helped me stay within my budget. Definitely coming back to this location.

Terrible experience.-team members were both rude-oil change took 50 minutes and I was the only car there for the first 40 at the start of the day-staff would not let me pull my own vehicle in and said that wasn t allowed. They then allowed multiple other cars to pull their own vehicles in. They adjusted seat and mirror placements.-they were out of high mileage oil, cabin air filter, parking light, and engine air filter for my car.-they replaced my wipers, but forgot to snap them into place-they took my tollway tag off, leaving glue residue (not a cling, not a former oil change sticker, and not something I can replace since you pre-pay for this toll tag)-I called right away and asked about it and they told me they d look into it and call me back-they did not call me back so the next day (today), I returned in person to ask what could be done. The same 2 employees were there. They were rude and unhelpful. They went back and forth between telling me they they probably took it off by mistake thinking it was an old oil change sticker and telling me there s no way they would have taken it off. They made excuses and suggested someone else stole it even though they re the only ones who were in my vehicle.-both men vaped continuously causing my car to smell like vape-overall very disappointed

Wesley was so great and made sure everything was working right with our spark plugs. He made us feel if we had any problems, they would be able to tackle them. Mika was so welcoming, making sure we had a cold bottle of water in the heat with our car off and paper towels wetted with ice water. Our van is working like new!! Thank you!!Every time we have come with an issue, this Jiffy Lube location has had the solutions and given the best customer service.

We are from out of town. My husband lost the cap down inside the truck while checking the oil. We drove to jiffy lube and the workers were extremely helpful. All willing to help above and beyond found our cap for us. Then gave us a discount on top of helping us find our cap. We will definitely come back to this business. Customer service is excellent. Very thankful the LORD led us to this service station.Service: Oil change

The staff on White Bridge Road in Nashville is OUTSTANDING.I am there every 3-4 months. They are always so friendly, kind and really look out for my car and comfort (today they offered me water because it was so hot outside!).They are a big reason I come back.-- and speed!! They are so quick and getting me back on the road!!Service: Oil change

The only positive is they re open on Sunday. Otherwise they totally took advantage of me even stealing the caps from my tires. They were original to the car and a little unique, but now they re gone. :(I emailed Will Dobson as requested and it bounced back. I checked and rechecked email address.

They were very rude when I pulled in and told me just get out of the car that I was going to hit everything and that they would drive it in the bay I was offended. I asked how much the oil change would cost and they just said pull in pull in finally I got an answer and he told me $89 for a full synthetic which ended up being a lie it was $144 I watch as they quickly service my truck there's not a brand new oil filter I will never come to your establishment ever again I am very very upsetService: Oil change

Service was excellent.Well thought out on explaining the services provided and done on the car while waiting in the waiting room. Highly recommend going to this Jiffy Lube. The manager Mike even remembered who I was even though it s been easily at least a year since I ve last been to this location.

Unbelievable service here! Although I always get my oil changed here, today Michael helped me choose the right brakes at a nearby auto store to help me save money. Quick turnaround and saved me $400. Thank you!

All the staff went above and beyond today! They were so friendly & helpful. One staff member threw away some trash they saw in my car, and another staff member got my door for me when it was time to leave. I am very impressed with the customer service and positive attitude of the staff members!
