I would like to give a shout out to Matthew and the team here today- I came in with a fleet vehicle that another business(Take 5) had trouble with yet again due to the fleet management billing approval process... Once again, this particular location came through with A+ service and had me on my way quickly. I have never had anything other than great service here. I have passed this info on to our fleet management at the corporate level, and the management at our local office. We will continue to bring our fleet vehicles to only this particular location going forward.Thank you for the great service!!

Did not replace or even secure gasket resulting in a slow leak. When I realized I was already out of town and let JL know, but ...silence.Found another place along the way that took care of it. also told me I needed "new brakes" for a car with only $15K miles and a visit to the dealership later, this was not true.I do not recommend. If they had reached out about the basic issue of securing the gasket, I would consider a low recommendation but no response at all, $150 later, it's barely one star.

Matthew, Karla, and Madison did a terrific job.I was honestly shocked how quick the oil change and wiper install was. I kid you not, it was maybe.. maybe 5 minutes in and out.One of the guys brought a coloring book for my daughter, and it kept her occupied and happy.Anyways, I ll be going out of my way to visit this jiffy lube whether or not it s the closest location.10/10 experience

Never been to any kind of drive in type oil change business. I was skeptical but NEEDED an oil change NOW. I was impressed with the whole experience. Customer service was excellent. Justin put my mind to rest. Complimentary fill up of my washer fluid and floor board vacuuming, AND he gave me a $25 discount. $10 more than online coupon. Thanks Jiffy Lube.

The service was pretty slow;however, I think they were just short handed the day I went there. All of the employees were very nice. I like how I could just remain in my car. Once they started working on my car, it was fairly quick.

Solid, thoughtful advice, but technician forgot (?) to replace engine air filter, and neglected to address it until questioned at end of service visit. Second visit in two weeks - first was oil changes, and second was exchange transmission fluid. Filter wasn t in stock either visit.

Store was backed up but service man was apologetic and kept me informed about how things were progressing. Then he gave me a discount for my wait. Pricing was explained and I was advised future needed service .

**EDITED** Service has gone downhill. Fell from 5 stars to 1. GO HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Had service engine light come on and thought I would come in for them to have a look. Instead of telling me they didn't want to do any work due to the weather, one of the guys plugs an OBD scanner into my car, erases the code and states it's an easy fix. "Just go to YouTube to fix it" he states and gives a code that doesn't match the car I have. Now I have to wait until further damage has been done to the engine before the check engine light comes back on.

This team is, hands down, the best this jiffylube has ever had.They are friendly and kind to each other, communicating well with us, and the team.The manager is amazing and her team clearly respected her and feel appreciated.

I would definitely recommend this location,it s worth the drive!Great, down to earth staff ,that treat you like people.Matthew is knowledgeable and genuinely gives me feed back on what I need for my car.Miss.Anna is always friendly and accommodating.It usually takes about 15 minutes and your good to go:)

The staff was profressional and knowledgeable but it took almost 2 hours for an oil change. Shop rates and coupons as it was almost $200 for a synthetic oil change and cabin air filter.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil changeServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

These guys are so awesome. They were super fast, efficient, professional, polite and kind. I would highly recommend anyone going here. I had got an oil change and tire rotation and i was in and out in 10 minutes. It was awesome! I loved it! I could have done it on my lunch break! Next time, I know it's definitely doable!! The day after having my oil changed the oil light came on we were traveling out of town and had to pull over for hubby to check it out. When checking oil level it was completely dry. We had to add a quart of oil so that we could get to a garage. They discovered the seal had not been put in causing the oil to leak out. When I called the location I had it done at, the manager Ann told the guy who answered the phone that she didn t have time to deal with me. The GM did call me later and apologized and offered to reimburse me for all our costs. I would not recommend this location until they make some improvements in their staff the GM excluded. He seems like he truly does care and is working to improve things.Service: Oil change

Timely, professional technicians, simple as that. I was in and out and extremely satisfied.***** But I actually just noticed there's a damage to latch that holds the door of my glove compartment (this is where the cabin air filter was replaced). This is unacceptable

Took my car to get an oil change back in July. I asked the techs if they can make sure they put air in my tires to 35 psi which is what I always set them to. My boyfriend was watching the whole time and they never touched my tires.Right before I took my car in, they had another customer's pick up truck in their stall. I saw that one of their techs forgot to screw on the truck's splash guard because it was dragging on the floor when they were about to give it back to the customer like that. The guy would've been pissed or something bad could've happened driving like that so good thing I caught that.As a former lube technician, I worked 4 months at a Firestone and 4.5 years at a Kia Dealership. How hard was it to put air in the tires? I could've done it myself in their shop if it was too hard for them. I won't return here.

I give 4 stars for the technicians. The team greeted me immediately upon arrival. Got me in and out quickly. The cost, however, is Highway Robbery! Then corporate gets my email address to send me garbage emails. I changed the email address I gave to Jiffy Lube. I no longer get the emails . Someone else does.

Had a very horrible experience at this location. I've always gone to the Madison location and just happened to be close to this location. BIGGEST MISTAKE!!!Johnny the owner made sure to tell me to put his name in this review.I've been using Jiffy Lube for 7 yrs and first time experience such unprofessional and disrespectful service.I will take this further since apparently this is a franchise location so all Johnny cared about was he is the owner. But you are representing JIFFY LUBE as a franchise owner and the service you give sucks.They tried to rip me off, didn't provide me with a new sticker, didn't reset car, couldn't provide me a printed quote of other things they wanted to upsell me on. When I asked for a printed quote he told me he can't do that.Save your self and go to another location. I will never go back to this location.

Not impressed with customer service . I tried to use an on-line coupon for $10 off (since they stopped giving out printed coupon books) and it didn t work . I paid over $100 for an oil change ALONE!!! (Way too expensive!!!)For being a repeat customer for YEARS they should have offered to give me a $10 discount that they could come up with.( Just saying.)Service: Oil change

I got a fast and courteous oil change with no up-sells on a Thursday afternoon. Included 5 quarts of high mileage oil, a new filter and tire pressure checks. Perhaps the price was a litter higher than other advertised rates becuase of the high mileage oil, I didn't specify.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

*Edited* from 5 star to 1 starA week after my oil change The belly plate cover is dragging the ground!!! Very dangerous and alarming experience altogether. It was hanging by one single screw. My car is 3 years old and I ve had zero damage to any part of the car, much less the bottom. They obvi didn t reattach this crucial piece of my car s underbelly. Alarming! I ve always been a jiffy live fan big bummer.Service: Oil change

Very dissatisfied will not use this Jiffy Lube location again. They did not top off the fluids properly. The oil on the dipstick was a dark color instead of a clear freshly oil changed. When I went back and showed them this they told me that all Hyundai's are like this after their oil changes. I know that is not true because I've had my other cars that are Hyundai's with oil changes at the same location and there was no issue like this. They refuse to top off the fluids they refused to do anything about correcting the oil change situation.Service: Oil change

Ann was a great guide through all my work on Monday! Not only the oil change and filters but my rear wiper was shot as well as a brake light! I knew it but I d forgotten! Team did an excellent job on a high mileage oil change. They discovered a coolant leak that I could was able to get repaired before it could become a catastrophe at highway speeds.
