Staff was awesome and informative. They only had the higher priced oil but that s what my car was getting before I recently purchased it anyways. Just a warning to those that was regular oil. I will be going back. They got me in and out within 30 minutes and some of that was a waiting period for the car in front. Thanks Jiffy Lube staff!!!

Great convenient location! The technicians at this Jiffy Lube were kind and helpful. The job was completed promptly. Only issue was the cleanliness of work, while I may have high standards, a $200 service completed in less than 30 minutes should be accompanied with quality workmanship. Fluid drips were left on shrouds throughout the engine bay and greasy residue smeared on front passenger fender. No harm done, just full disclosure.

This location was excellent. My last oil change was closer to my home but terrible and I will make the drive to this location from now on because it was night and day different. At this location, staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. They communicated well to me and they seemed to be working well with each other as they worked on vehicles. The waiting room smelled bad, but they were quick so it s not like I had to be in there long at all. I ve been to other locations in town and this one is worth driving to even if it s not the closest one. Just don t go when I go because I loved the short wait and don t want to ruin that by recommending them too much. ;)

So I recently went to Jiffy Lube at 1710 Charlotte Pike Nashville, TN 37203 for a quick oil change on a 2018 Honda Accord,March 29th 2024 around 2:30pm. I paid $129 with my debit card. I stayed in my car while the employee took my card and paid for the service. On Monday night I was looking on my online banking and noticed a purchase from Etsy for $79.77on March 29th that I did not purchase, also a $12.99 SHEIN purchase on March 29th and on Sunday March 31st a Amazon purchase for $43.69. This was the only time that that card was out of my possession. I will not be returning to the jiffy lube be careful and don t let them take possession of your card!

On 12/9/2023 I went to your Jiffy Lube location on Charlotte Pike to get an oil change and tire rotation. A couple of days later my car was having serious issues. When we looked under the hood it looked like oil was spilled and potentially the wrong oil was used or the spill has affected my spark plugs. My car is sputtering, the engine light has come on, and it struggles to get passed 50 mph. I currently cannot drive my car which is a major inconvenience. We have called the location and the manager stated he would come out to look at the car yesterday (12/14/2023) but never showed he mentioned that he was busy and would try again tomorrow. Today he has conveniently not shown up at work. I need someone to look at my car and I should not have to be responsible for whatever repairs or cost that was caused by this location. I have never had any issues with my car.12/18/2023- Brentwood location came out to inspect my vehicle on Friday (12/15/2023) and worked on it today. They have been very helpful.

I ve been going to Jiffy Lube for years and always had a great experience. I went to this location for the first time before my Xmas drive home. They told me they would only do synthetic and if I wanted regular I could go to Take 5 up the street. They also didn t top off any of the fluids. They told me if I wanted to top off coolant it would be $25. Feel like I was scammed.

Went there today for the first time for an oil change and tire rotation and had a great experience. The boys are friendly and know what they are doing and didn't try to overcharge for anything. Will be back.

Went in for an oil change on the Jeep. The engine was leaking oil due to a bad gasket. We called and they have fixed the issue but offered to refund due to the inconvenience. It has been a week without receiving a refund and the manager is now dodging me.

They were extremely unprofessional. They were cussing while under my vehicle. Replaced my oil plug with a temporary and only told me after it was done. They told me the last person to change my oil messed up and stripped the plug but it was a jiffy lube that did this. They were overall rude, unprofessional, and I will not be back. In fact, I have to seek extra service from the dealership to make sure they didn t harm my vehicle and to get a permanent oil plug.

Slow. 2 drive ins but only use one. About 4 guys on site only 1 tending to customers. The 1 tending to customers was chilling, eating, changing clothes . No consideration of customers needing to get in and out and go about their day. I left. Bad customer service.

I went by on Saturday and the crew was working on another customer. They told me to pull in. The manager came and got my information and verified everything. During payment the computer began giving the manager problems. He worked through them very professionally and apologetically. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism throughout. I will continue to patronize that Jiffy Lube

I had my tires rotated and when I got on interstate the steering became shaky and to dangerous to continue on trip. I called the number on my receipt several times and never received an answer. There was not even a voice mail. I found nearest Jiffy Lube and they were great. They put my tires back and tightened the lug nuts which supposedly were not tightened enough. I was not able to get a refund for the rotation because it was not that location but I will have to drive back now and try to get it because I can not call. Even the other Jiffy Lube called and the number did not work. I missed my meeting in Memphis because of the ordeal.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I HATE having to address car maintenance, even something as easy as an oil change, but the employees here honestly made me hate it like 90% less. They were so kind and friendly, not to mention efficient. They offered to clean my filthy windows which was totally unnecessary but went to show how above and beyond they were willing to go. Will definitely be coming here for all future oil changes!Service: Oil change

Maurice,devante,and Laverne helped service my vehicle today 8/28/2023 ,and the were very nice . The had me in and out of there in less than fifteen minutes.They were very accommodating and respectful.They gave great suggestions and gave me knowledge on what the best oils were to use on a high mileage vehicle.I would definitely recommend jiffy lube off Charlotte Pike to be one of the best places I've ever visited to get my car serviced and oil changed.Just ask for Maurice he will get you taken care of in a jiffy!!ThanksB.northcutt

Never had my oil changed here before and was late on getting it done so I swang by there because it was close to work. Maurice and the entire crew were Fantastic! In and out in 15 minutes and they knew what they were doing, didn't try to sell me something I didn't need but explained options, etc. I'll go there for every oil change from now on. Super great bunch of people.
