Great experience. I had searched all over town for someone who could do exhaust on an RV. Got sent to them by Nick at Donelson Muffler because they have the bigger lift. They were great. Not only were they able to work on the RV (which is heavy, old and rusty), they had the entire exhaust replaced in less than 2 hours. It looks and sounds great. Ronnie even rerouted the exhaust so it wouldn't come out under the generator. The price was in line with what I expected.

Let s start by saying if I could give zero stars, I would. My fianc� bought an 5.0 Mustang GT, along with a Corsa exhaust to be installed. (His dream car) A couple of people recommended Inglewood Muffler & Hitch; however, his experience there was FAR from the best. From his understanding, that was their first time installing Corsas, so he gave them some grace. Once they finished the installation, he INSTANTLY noticed it wasn t right AT ALL. The sound of the car was quieter than the stock version. He asked them to double check the work, and the mechanic instantly placed blame on the exhaust instead of his work. My fianc� had to voice over and over to double check the installation before they checked it again. They told him it was right. My fianc� had to go get a second option at another muffler shop, who fixed it in less than 20 minutes because they had the experience with those type of exhaust. My fianc� then had to go back to Inglewood muffler and tell them how the other place fixed it and what the issue was. They did not want to believe it and lacked accountability AGAIN. They eventually gave him a partial refund but he had to fight for it. (Even after being there for almost 6 hours) Unless you re looking for some drama and half done work, I don t not recommend this place at all.

They've been doing all the exhaust work for our shop for years and never had the first issue. Hands down some of the best guys in the business.

It's hard to find a place to get my motorhome worked on, especially on the road. I needed my tailpipe completely replaced and relocated. Two other shops, out of state, could not seem to get it done. I called Inglewood Muffler and Hitch at 3 pm and it was on the rack at 8 am the next morning. It was quickly and expertly evaluated by Ronnie and the work finished, beautifully, and off the rack at 11 am. Cost was well in line with what it should be. Gary and Ronnie were great. They have my recommendation.

Super nice guys who do great work at a good price. My 91 Trooper had a leaky exhaust manifold gasket causing it to be obnoxiously loud. They replaced the gasket and it sounds like brand new.

My gf catalytic converter was stolen and these men did a great job replacing it. They did it in a timely manner for a reasonable price and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

After an unexpected death in the family, I had to get a hitch for a trailer put onto my car within 24 hours in order to clean out their storage unit in Pennsylvania. Inglewood Muffler and Hitch not only rush ordered the parts, which other places told me would take 2+ weeks to arrive + install time, they checked out my car in-person moments after our call to ensure they could order the right parts as I was in no place to figure out all my car details. They added a hitch + electric the next day in a few short hours and sent me on my way. The staff was incredibly friendly, transparent and personable, and just overall kind. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Gary and his team are awesome! Brought my car in because one of the mufflers was old and broken. He called a couple days later to let me know they had the parts. I asked when was a good time to bring it in. He said whenever you like, I said I d be there around noon and he said come have lunch with us. Thanks for the repair and hospitality! You don t get service like this!

Gary was excellent to work with. Had a tail pipe come loose from one of our mobile pet groom units. Took it in one morning at 8am. Had it done super fast. They even noticed that our generator exhaust had been pinched from a small accident a few months back. Went ahead and took care of that for us too. Very impressed by the organized shop...super clean. You don't see that often. Even had our van pulled out for easy take off when we went to pick it up. Those are things that only a top notch business owner does. Thanks Gary...you've got a new loyal customer in the future. Only wish I had found you a long time ago.

Guys looked at my muffler and removed a bolt that was causing it to rattle. No charge to me, these guys are honest and offer quality.

Solid work and very fast! I made an appointment and got right in that week for a tow hitch. Kenny was very personable and a hard worker. They are a VERY busy shop, but knew since I was coming in from out of town, got me in and out of there in no time at all.

Our catalytic converter was stolen when we spent the night in Nashville driving home after the holidays, called the shop and they had us back on the road within 3 hours. They were fast, professional, compassionate, honest and affordable. If there are any exhaust needs I would absolutely go here and send anyone here.

Excellent customer service experience, as always. We were a customer of this place for many years. We moved from Tennessee to Kentucky and are still a customer of this place. When you have a great muffler repair place and know they are reliable ; it is well worth the drive to it. We appreciate their expertise and their prices are reasonable. The quality of the work is always excellent. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I called up Gary here at Inglewood Muffler and Hitch at 8:30 am on a Friday to see if they could install a hitch for my vehicle. He said to bring it on down and he'd fit me in. I was so relieved as I needed to tow something the next day.I got there around 9:30 and he said I would get a call in the afternoon when it was done. I headed toward home, stopping for an errand, and at 11:00 Gary called to say it was all done. So glad I didn't get all the way home. Talk about quick service!Great customer service from the initial phone call to the pick up of my vehicle. The hitch complete with wiring looks great and is solid.Thank y'all so much!

We've always used Gary at Inglewood Muffler for ALL our vehicles. Always top notch and great to work with. Gary and his team are the best!!!Prices are GREAT!! And work is absolutely done right!!!If there was a ten they would get it!

This is the best place to go for hitch install. Drove from smiths grove to get a hitch installed after u- haul failed in their attempt to install it in bowling green. Friendly & experienced staff had hitch in stock & installed same day. These guys are the best!

Had to get a hitch for my Ram 1500 I didn t have a appointment but they slid me in and within 30 minutes they had me ready to go, I called U-Haul and they said they didn t have the part in that I was looking for, so props to the staff for getting my truck done in such a short time!!

Amazing Service and Honest Advice!!Gary, Ronnie, & Kenny are the best in the business! I have been a faithful client of Inglewood Muffler & Hitch for years now. I only refer every single person that I know when they mention a need for good Muffler or Hitch work or service to be done. Gary has always been very transparent on needed service and cost up front. I have never had an issue with their work or their level of service. Every one of them treat the business as it is their own in the off chance that you roll in there when Gary isn't at the front desk himself. If their Inglewood location is too much of a drive, you can find the same level of Service and Expertise at their original location in Donelson. At Donelson Muffler & Hitch. If you just want a second opinion on work that is needed I would check them out before you get anything done. Had issues with my exhaust heading on vacation, after stopping several places with no luck we were referred to them. They were very nice, took a look at my truck within 10 minutes and had me out of there in less then 30 minutes. Was glad to come across nice honest people.

On a Friday my check engine light came on and on Sunday I went to AutoZone to have my Saturn SUV checked and found out that I needed a new catalytic converter and I was recommended to go to Inglewood Muffler and Hitch. They got me right in the next morning. The staff was very informative and also professional and kind. They had my car ready in no time . I could not have asked for a more reasonable price. My part even came with a two year warranty which was a wonderful bonus.

Very professional and experienced. I shopped around and not only were these guys the most impressive muffler shop in town but they were somehow also the most affordable for my project. They did flawless work.
