I just moved here from New York about three months ago. I was worried about finding a good mechanic if I needed one. Ray is awesome! I pulled in to make an appointment to get my oil changed and he said let s do it right now I got 20 minutes. 20 minutes later it was done.! He also pointed out three things he noticed on my car. one was that there was a small transmission leak which I already knew about from my mechanic in New York. The other was a little bit of oil leaking which I d only lost a half a quart in 5000 miles, so I wasn t too worried about yet. The other was my brake pads Needed to be changed. Another thing my mechanic back in New York told me would need to be done soon. I asked him if I could make an appointment for the brake pads and he said just pull in the next time you re coming by . It ll only take me an hour. He even quoted me a price. He s honest, efficient, and very hard-working. I won t go to anybody else.

Just got our oil changed out by Ray. He did it at a fair price and even showed us some other issues that might come up in the future. Never felt so comfortable with a mechanic. He was very knowledgeable and no nonsense. Happy to of found a mechanic we can trust.

We were visiting Nashville and had an issue with our car. AAA was of no help. We searched for a local shop. It must have been an angel that sent us to Ray. Super nice guy. Very fast and hard working. Parts had to be ordered from the dealer. The very next day Ray had them and we were on our way. You can't go wrong with this shop. His pricing is excellent. He is a very smart and hard working guy!

I have had the best experience with In N Out! They were able to help me figure out what was wrong with my car after I tried to fix what I could myself and took great care of it while in their hands! He didn't overcharge me for what he did and was very understanding when I contacted him afterwards for another issue. They've been very very kind and have been personable throughout our entire experience. I would highly recommend them for any of your car needs! I will definitely be returning!

I stopped by to get some work done on my vehicle, new brakes and oil change. Ray the mechanic here was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through every issue with my vehicle at no additional cost. Very fair prices and awesome service. Thanks Ray, I will be back for any of my automotive needs!

Ray is the best hardworking mechanic in the area. I needed brakes and he got me right in and showed me what was wrong and replaced them efficiently and got me back on the road! People in the Nashville area are lucky to have this place around. I was in a jam and bought a truck in Nashville that had some issues almost immediately and Ray got me back on the road within a couple of hours. Honest mechanics are hard to come these days and great pricing to boot. I would recommend them to anyone.

In N Out has been my go-to place for oil changes here in Nashville! He does not try to take advantage of you and really does great work! He is very knowledgeable about any questions you have and works very hard! He has very reasonable prices and some of the best customer service/manners EVER!! Highly appreciated and highly recommended.

I have gone to Ray, ( who is the owner and mechanic) twice. The first time parts needed to be ordered so I had to wait a few days but once the parts arrived he called me to bring the car in and he had it done in a couple of hours. Gave me what I felt was a good price. Ran over a curb, on friday. Which slightly ripped off the front bumper and completely tore off the wheel well liner, I took it in to have him look at it and he repaired it on the spot, less than an hour. It truly was in and out. He s honest, hardworking, and knows his stuff. I am so grateful he is right here in Inglewood. Hope he thrives for years to come.

Ray is an experienced mechanic who cares about doing a good job. He also makes sure to let the customer know in detail of what he has to do so you don t feel like you re being taken advantage of. My car runs so smoothly now and I will be coming back here for all my car needs

Highly recommend this shop! Ray is the first mechanic in Nashville to actually be honest with me about my car. He took the time to walk me around the vehicle while he identified issues, and he calculated all his costs in front of me with full transparency. I came in for an oil change (which was the best deal and service I've had in town) and he quickly notified me of some needed repairs and got me back in the next morning for a timing chain cover replacement and new brake pads and rotors. A+

Ray was fantastic and super fast. I called and the same day had my rear rotors and pads changed, car back in my hands a few hours later. Works alone and somehow gets it all done. Extremely friendly and easy to talk to. Would recommend time and time again.

Ray is the best! He will be upfront and transparent with you about what is going on under the hood. He points it out physically for you. He even went through the diagnostic results with us to show us where any failures came up. He is a really good and honest guy.On top of that, he was able to run an engine diagnostic for us in a timely manner (right away!) after multiple other shops wanted us to wait a 4-10 days for a diagnosis. He did not try to upsell us on expensive work.We will have found our new mechanic! Thank you, Ray!

Highly recommend! Great service and do not try to sell you on just anything. Brakes were squeaking. I was told I needed rotors and pads at another place. Rey took the time to evaluate my car and told me he only needed to replace the pads. Glad he was honest.

Ray is the best!!! I came in to get a Tune Up and showed him his groupon, and he ended up quoting me $12 less. He walked me around my car and showed me exactly how much each part would cost which I appreciated. As a younger woman, many people try to take advantage of me, but he was very honest. He s also such a joy to talk to, and is very efficient - even though it was Christmas weekend! I will recommend In n Out to all of my friends, and will not go anywhere else in the future. 5 stars for communication as well!!

I would give 10 stars if I could. Ray is super cool, does great work and has a great sense of humor. I really appreciate his ethos that people should not have to pay a fortune to get their car fixed. I can't recommend In N Out Automotive enough. If you live in Nashville, THIS is the place to go.

Can t thank them enough. Was out of town traveling from Charlotte when I had a major issue with wheel hub on a weekend. In N Out was able to get me taken care of that day and at a Very fair price. Thanks Again!!

Just used their services for the first time. Ray was my mechanic. Got nothing but good vibes from him and he even let me see everything he was working on and educated me as well. Very honest mechanic and does great work and saved me a ton of money. I got a quote for repairs needed from another company , whose name I won't mention, and Ray was able to save me 700 dollars! Also he found a safety issue the other mechanic made on my brakes so he saved my life as well! Hard to find a good honest mechanic that isn't trying to absolutely rip you off. However I found a great honest mechanic at this establishment! Thanks Ray!

I called multiple auto shops that tried to rip me off on the price for a new battery, and this was the only one that gave me a good price. The owner was quick and knowledgeable without making me feel dumb for not knowing things (which most auto shops I've been to makes me feel)

Rey and Alex provided excellent customer service! They showed me everything that they were talking about and made sure I understood the details of my car's diagnosis. Their rates are extremely good, especially for Nashville, and the quality of the work was great! They even picked me up and brought me back to the shop when my car was ready!! Can't imagine a better experience than In N Out, and thanks especially to Rey for being such a kind, genuine person.
