I used Hunters back in 2001 and just used them again . Had new wheels and tires installed on my 2018 Z71 and can not say enough good things about these people. This is the way a company should be run. They also installed a leveling kit on my truck. Super nice people and knew exactly what I was wanting. Thank you and hope to see you guys again.

Just put a set of Mickey Thompson on my GMC. Hunters gave me the best deal on tires and services very pleased they also put my first set on in 2017 I don t take my truck anywhere else. If you need lift kit or anything else be sure to check them out. Good people!

The two times I entered into this building to receive any amount of help I was met with a lack of customer service. Latest acknowledgement that I was there as possible, and always a condescending "we can't do it" attitude whether over the phone or in person. They deserve the bad reviews they have.

These guys are awesome I love the quality products and selection they have. If I could give them a ten star rating I would. I Called them after I got a bonus at work. Told them I had been wanting some new shoes for my ride told them kind of what I was leaning towards what I had and asked what they thought would look good. I got there and was amazed at how clean my car looked two thumbs up for the king

I can t say enough good things about these guys. I ve been a customer of Hunters for years. Won t go elsewhere. The reason is the service I get when I go in there. They re helpful - they re fast. Always leave there feeling good. My new Tundra looks awesome guys. Thank you !

I used to LOVE these guys and used them multiple times! I went a few weeks ago and although it was the same guys I always did business with, they all seemed like different people. The once ever so helpful and friendly guys but this time were rude, "I don't care" attitude, and only wanted to show me the most expensive products and acted like there was nothing else to show me. I know for a fact they were multiple options as only a few months prior they had ALL kinds of different headlights, taillights, bed covers, etc... Their professionalism has disappeared. Their attitudes have turned rude and not caring about the customer's wants and needs. They lost out on a ton of future business from me. Really bummed about this. Those guys used to be awesome. I don't know what happened to them.

These guys were helpful, informative, and super fast with my installs on my Dodge Ram 1500. Made my truck look super sharp and badass when they where finished. Then showed me how to work the back flap for my back top. These guys are make you feel like family, how they take care of you. I'll be back soon. Hunter's will always be a place I'll shop for custom parts that's affordable for my budget. Thanks HUNTER'S!!

I called Hunters on a Thursday needing replacement tires for my 2019 Chevy Tahoe, which they previously put on about a year ago. I was quoted (4) Pirelli tires next day. Arrived next day, everyone was very personable. very helpful and courteous. Little over an hour later, they drove my truck around and I noticed the tires on were actually "Vercelli". thought to myself, could I have misheard them?? I knew I didn't. besides them repeating the name several times while I waited, I also took notes per our conversation Thursday. Pirelli was def the tire I was SUPPOSED to get. paid $1,100.00. I also mentioned buying tires for another vehicle while I waited and was also told Pirelli for those. Even texted that to my husband. Pirelli is a good tire he said.BAIT & SWITCH??? I THINK THEY DID!!! maybe seeing a woman walk in, they though it was an easy go?? I don't like the feeling of being scammed. I looked the tire of up I was quoted Thursday as well. tell me how my google search could also misunderstand? as they would like to say now. I have always used HUNTERS in the past, guess someone else will be getting all my money in the future. lesson learned. shame on you HUNTERS!!!!

Good work. First time visiting. Had some runners put on the truck (needed a little help getting up in there) they did a good job. I'm happy

Very helpful with customisation. If they don't have it in stock they will happily order it and install it no problem. I have had a levelling kit, runs and tires, light bars, push bar, winch, and amp power running boards installed and all have been installed very well and after months of use have had no issues. Highly recommended.

I went to ask a price for window tint today and they said the cannot take the old tint from my vehicle, I ask them why and the guy said In a bad mood that i have to do it myself and them come back, really?? They don t even gave me the option to charge me to do it? No Costumer service... went .5 miles down the road to street sounds and was a totally different costumer service

I've been in twice and haven't purchased anything, yet! However, that's on me! I'm trying to make up my mind, and everyone has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what is available for my vehicle. It's a nice place with nice people.

Hooked up my Bronco with a light bar, hidden winch and fog lights in a day. They were able to order everything I wanted and be efficient about installing it.

I have been dealing with Lynn for over 15 years and he always treats me great. I get the same great service buying a headlight kit as I do buying a set of wheels and tires.

I can spend my money anywhere , Brian's automotive, Tenn Speed sport or Hunters so why would I spend my money with someone who can't even say how can I help you and let me check on that part and get you a price. Simply I wont. If you can"t take 5 seconds to extend a professional attitude I'll spend my money somewhere else. Who ever owns this place needs to do a review on how the staff answers the phones and talks to customers looking to spend their cash.I don't like to complain but courtesy goes a long way .

Tried to talk through a quote and I think since a Prius is not sexy they immediately said we will not do the job. All other shops have no problems to pull old tint and to tint a car but I guess they are too good for that.

Had a wheel bearing replaced today. He saved me 200.00. Hagerstown Ford wanted 400.00 to do the same thing. He is not that fast doing it but he was much cheaper and did a good job.

Wow when you sit on hold waiting to talk to the owner for 20 minutes and you are told he is on the phone then he is not there then he is gone for the day and the whole time you are on hold you listen to how his dad was all about customer service and now the owner Johnny is the same way. I don't believe customers are always right but arrogance and lying is not a way for management to handle a situation.

Would not buy from no one else but Orville himself...always cheerful his knowledge of any product is outstanding..I would send anyone to Hunters and remember ask for Orville

If you want great customer service, call Lynn!! He is professional, knowledgeable and treats you with respect. Very few businesses these days have great Customer Service, but Lynn @ Hunters is amazing!!

I remember when Mr.Hunter owned the parts store, Johnny Friends worked in the stock room and ran the the counter, and Sheila was always stopping by just to show how pretty she was. Hunters was always the BEST place to buy hi-preformance parts in the late 60's and 70's and when Johnny took over Hunter's, this auto parts store in East Nashville flew to being the BEST!! Auto parts in the country. Johnny was also one of the Great Pioneers in the Auto Show Industry. I presently live in Las Vegas and I have traveled all over this nation, believe me when I say, " I have never experienced the professionalism and honest dealings as I did with Johnny at Hunter's Automotive, in Nashville, Tennessee".

Has got to be the absolute worst place to do business. Set at there location for 2 hours before finally giving my number them leaving. Called back to ask if they ever located the rims and they bounced me around on the phone! Don t waist your time, not the place you should go.
