When I moved across town two years ago, I was not looking forward to doing the work of finding a new mechanic - luckily, I stumbled upon H&H quickly, and I haven't looked back since. I can confidently say that I have received the best vehicle service here in my entire car-owning life. Everything is transparent, clearly communicated, and done well. I will trust H&H with my vehicle care for as long as I'm in the neighborhood. Oh, and the waiting room coffee is hot and fresh, and I am a sucker for that, so thank you :)

Was passing through on my way down to Alabama from the Chicago area, and my battery light came on when I got close to Nashville. Prayed to Jesus to find a good honest place and ended up here. Phoned ahead they told me to come in even though they were backed up about two weeks. My car died at the gas station up the street and they were prepared to help before I got a jump and brought it in. Looked at my care right away and were extremely friendly and honest. Got me a new alternator and up and running before they closed . Couldn't be happier. If you re in Nashville take your car here.

The only place I'll take my car. I've been going here for years. They are honest and kind, and don't take advantage of a situation simply to make more money. As a woman it can be difficult to find a mechanic that's trustworthy & won't try to "pull one over" on you - I've had nothing but great experiences here.

Very happy with my experience here. They were courteous to me and to my daughter, and very thorough in explaining exactly what was going wrong with our old car (a Mazda). They accurately estimated the possible repair cost. They weren't super fast, but most honest and reliable mechanics are swamped, as is this one. Also, my car's issue was odd, requiring multiple test drives (by the mechanic) to ensure everything was ok. The pricing seemed very reasonable. Couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend!

H&H was recommended to me for my 2002 Chrysler Prowler and believe me they were efficient and honest about all my issues. What a fine experience I had, both Dave's were awesome and George was an extremely workable mechanic on my car. The other week my breaks went out and I almost got sandwiched by two vehicles. A friend of mine has gone to H&H several times in the past so immediately I called them and told them what happened. I was satisfied with the service and recommended them to everyone. I called on 12/07/2021 to ask about getting my power window fixed. Gave information and was told that an estimate would be put together and I would get a call back. My window has been down while I waited on them. If they could not fix it, why not let me know. I no longer recommend this business.Service: Electrical

Look, I never write reviews, but this place is too good. I owned a 2008 Toyota Prius for many years, and back when I lived in Miami I could only take it to the Toyota dealership for maintenance, no one else would even look at it because it was a hybrid (turns out mechanics aren t that big on hybrids in Miami). That dealership took me for a ride at every chance they got, and I started to associate bringing my car in to the shop with losing 500-750 dollars. I m sure many other people have had the same experience.H and H Automotive is 100% the opposite. They have looked at my car and told me everything looks good and sent me away without gouging me for unnecessary work. They have an EXEMPLARY knowledge of car codes, and that is not something I d consider standard. Their prices are beyond fair, and their service is unbelievably timely (my car has NEVER taken more than a day to repairs, and most often has taken a few hours).5/5 stars, H and H has my business for years to come. If you like them, leave them a review! Like I said, I don t do this often, but more people have to know about them. Our community is better off by having a company like H and H in it.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AN ALL AROUND BAD EXPERIENCE. I had a terrible experience with this shop. I took my car in last month for alignment, struts, and a control arm. They had my car for over 7 business days. The service manager never called when he said he would with the status of my repairs, I usually had to call them and they acted like it was the first time we spoke nearly every time. On Friday they said my car would be ready on Monday, on Monday afternoon after not hearing from them, I called only to have him tell me that he "forgot" when he said my car would be ready, and that it would not be ready that day. Not to mention I was considerably overcharged. When they let me know it was ready I barely had enough time to get there before closing time, did they offer to wait if I were a few minutes late? NO.Less than a month later my car wouldn't start. I called to see what they could do and after they insinuated that the problem was my fault, proceeded to tell me that that they were booked up for a week and wouldn't even be able to look at my car for that long. I've never left a bad review in my life but this could not go ignored. I regret going to H&H, don't make the same mistake.

Honest and well priced. What we thought would be a $2000 problem ended up being less than $200. They were great at communicating with us every day with an update. H&H came highly recommended from people who had used them for years and we were not disappointed.

David and his team are fantastic. Professional, informative, and helpful. They went above and beyond with my 2004 Land Rover, which ain't the easiest car to source parts for. Not once did they grumble about European cars or use that as an excuse to hike the price up unreasonably.

Had heard good things from a number of people- decided to try them out when I was in a pinch. needed a battery replacement/install within the hour, and they said sure bring it in. the person at the front desk wasn t aware of the repair manager telling me this, and I immediately became worried that it wasn t going to happen as quickly as I was told to believe.lo and behold, two minutes later someone is bringing my car into the shop, 15 minutes later they re telling me they had already ordered the battery 10 minutes ago, it ll be here soon and i ll be out of the door in 30.great service, clever workers. would come back if I ever needed to.

Had the best experience with H&H, the experience was exceptional from beginning to end. Our mechanic David was incredible, extremely honest and went out of his way to give excellent service. 10/10, will always recommend. Thank you guys for being there when we needed you!

Great experience with H&H when I had problems with my car's battery today! Drove up, they checked it right away, analyzed the problem and gave me a quote. They fixed it during my work day and were friendly and professional the whole time.

I've been to H&H on a few occasions. It's always a pleasant experience and the work doesn't cost an arm and a leg. On one occasion, they repaired a distributor on an old Jeep Cherokee I had and in two weeks it went bad. They towed it back to their shop and fixed it back up free of charge. Anytime anyone asks me if I have a mechanic I trust, I recommend H&H.

These guys are the eminently fair and honest. I took my car in with some issues and they did a fantastic job w/ communication and pricing and even discounted some labor because of external factors that were not its fault - I definitely will be back if my car has more problems.

I had an issue but Scott the owner contacted me and wanted to solve my problem. He was very accommodating, reach out to him if you ever have any issues. He values the reputation of the shop and will do whatever he can to make his customers happy.

My daughter had her car towed for service because it would not start she had someone to look at it before who had said it needed this and that but at this BUSINESS the service man did not try to take advantage of her. He could not find anything wrong with the car suggested she continue to drive and if anything changed to bring it back he could have told her anything and charged her for labor and parts she didn't need instead he sent her on her way. That was a day ago. So if you're looking for honesty THIS would be a good place for you to go if you need any car repairs! #IFYOUWANTHONESTY

These guys are great, they fixed everything on my girlfriend's car. Only reason they don't get 5 stars is because her front fender got dinged. They did make every effort to buff it out and put the bumper back on. I really appreciate their hard work.

Excellent company, and they have earned a customer for life. Originally went to Browns Auto, which was a big mistake. These guys do it right, and do it right the first time. Up front with you. Very busy, so you might have to call and check in, but their popularity is warranted!! Thank you!

I broke down on a business trip but managed to limp my 2017 Dodge Durango into this shop. Let me tell you, AWESOME SERVICE !!!!!!!! I am so so thankful I found this crew of guys! Very very satisfied and I m back on the road a pleased customer telling everybody I can about H&H
