You Are My Hero!!! LoLYou know who you are...I have been coming here for years ever since I got my first car when I was 16, you guys have always been my number one, one stop muffler shop and will always continue to be... keep up the hard work and i will continue to spread the word about your awsome shop!!! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS VERY UNETHICAL BUSINESS!!!Came to this place because I wanted to support a small business. My 1995 Toyota Tacoma needed a new catalytic converter, and they had one in stock. They installed it, and three months later, my vehicle was rattling with each acceleration. I took the vehicle to my mechanic and was advised that something was wrong with the catalytic converter. I brought it back to this place and they confirmed that I did indeed need a new one. He stated that he d replace it under warranty, but I d have to pay him $250 for labor. Essentially, I d be paying for a new catalytic converter, since removing the old part and installing the new one take less that 10 minutes. So please stay away from this business. Zero Ethics!!!

It was good. The work and professionalism was on par with my expectations. The custom job they did is perfect for what I needed. I got in and out very quickly. It was worth the price.

They were supposed to install a muffler for me and I went based on I prefer the small business and support them but they did a horrible hack job on my exhaust and the welds leaked only weeks later for the 100$ they charged to sleeve my exhaust in only 10 minutes. Very angry older Caucasian male did a slap job on my car. I would not recommend this place based on a poor visit and workmanship

Excellent service! I came up, told one of the guys that I needed a muffler replacement, he came over and looked at it, quickly assessed and agreed. Then within 30 minutes (which included waiting for him to finish up with another customer) it was all done, and super affordably and well! Really friendly but really straight-to-the-point, perfect.Service: Exhaust

Amazing customer service. Was looking to get my H pipe installed on my Mustang GT, they quoted me $130 less than Midas so I said Perfect, let s do it! Had it done in an hour and they did a fantastic job! Will always refer friends and family to them for any exhaust work!

When I picked up my car it had grease all over it where someone had it on their hands and rubbed them on my car. I mentioned it to the employee and he handed me a towel. The grease was too thick and I had to get water.and soap. The employee didn't offer to help me at all. The grease was smeared all over both sides of the car and took me 45 minutes to half way get it off. I wanted to see the work performed but the employee said he couldn't raise it up on the rack without his boss being present. When I went to pay the guy tried to overcharge me. After checking with the original price and talking to the manager he agreed on the original price. The car seems to sound good I just didn't feel like I was treated precessionally. I just hope that it lasts and they stand behind their work. Very pricey !!!

I was told at another mechanic shop that my muffler was broken and needed to be replaced. They quoted me over $500 for the job! I said no fam I am going to the gorilla . That monkey fixed my issue in 10 minutes and only charged me a 100 bucks! Thanks gorilla!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I have came here before with different cars. They do a great job. They take a look at the car before they give you a price. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. They do accept cards which is good. I called ahead of time and asked. Very helpfully.

This place delivered. It may not look upscale but trust that you get great quality. I went to 3 different places about my muffler. One place told me $500. The second place said $323 and Gorilla Muffler told me $97.23 that was the muffler plus tax. I went there because my car was so noisy. They changed it it 20 minutes. My car is so quiet now and the gear shift is smoother than it was before. Everyone knows that Honda's can be kinda loud. It was an affordable repair and I will use them again and I will recommend them to everyone I know. They were true mechanics and not salesmans.

Didn't need a catalytic converter as I thought and the pointed out the real problem instead of selling the converter just for profit.Thanks.guys.

Im a collage student, I hoped to get something good and I got at Toyota from them and they told me the engine was not affected in the accident, even showed me pictures. Car broke down five times and it hasn t been a year now it won t even start up. Almost got hurt from being stuck in the middle of the road. A teenage girl shouldn t have deal with all of that stress and anxiety because her car won t start!

Great integrity! I thought I had an exhaust problem on my older Toyota van so I went to Gorilla to have it checked out. Staff took the time to inspect the van, at no cost, and told me the exhaust system was OK. I ll definitely be back!

Not friendly person, have done the job but not completely. Not properly Installed muffler and refused to fix it. He just wanted take your money and not to help.DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

My experience was beyond bad! I came in to get 2 mufflers added and 3 welds. Should take about 2 hours. I was there from 8:30am to 7:40pm! My truck was up on the rack, but she kept dealing with unsatisfied customers and just left my truck with the exhaust cut, so I couldn t leave! I tried to get her to continue working on it, but she got pissed and walked away! Her second worker was also getting his head bit off by her! I ended up asking him to finish my truck, because he actually knew what he was doing! In the time that she didn t finish my truck, he finished 7-8 vehicles, including one truck that needed a completely new exhaust system! I then went in to pay at 7:20 and her credit card machine broke! They told me I couldn t leave without paying, which is understandable, but it s not my problem that they have unreliable equipment! I will never ever go back to Gorilla s muffler! I highly recommend avoiding this shop!

Stay away from this shop at all costs! The people there are liers and just like many of the other reviewers said, if you are not an easy repair they will keep you there while they work on the easy jobs. I stayed for over 6 hours and no repair..first they told me $350, then they demanded $500 because it was "in a difficult location". Then 4 hours later they said they were just going to have to put it all back together with no repair because they didn't have the right part.. they told me that my part wouldn't be in for 3 more days and it was going to cost $800.. so they put it back together again and I left. I ordered the correct part myself from Amazon for $160. I was just going to let it go until the new mechanic I found to install the part told me that the shop who put it all back together again intentionally over tightened everything making the job twice as hard. That fact coupled with the amount of time that they wasted makes me wish I could give them zero stars!

Couldn't have been happier. Quality work. Quality People.We ran over something in our car, which punctured a hole in our muffler, leaving an awful howl when driving. I showed up first thing in the morning, and they had it fixed within 20 minutes, for less than $100.I'd recommend these folks to anyone, and will use them again if the circumstances call for it.

Fast service, great price. They were able to give me a few options on how to fix my muffler and were able to get it done just about right away when I brought it in. No one else could do that, this place made my holiday! Highly recommended.

Worst experience I ve ever had in any automotive related repair in the last 15 years. 5 hours of waiting, and my exhaust was still not fixed. It was actually worse than it was before by the time I left, and I found black RTV smeared everywhere in the area in need of repair once I got home. The owner was insanely rude and kicked me out while the welder was still working on my car (5.5 hours into the job). I regretfully paid their ransom of $50 to just leave as it was pretty clear they did not have the tooling, inventory, or skill to do the job. This was once an honest family owned muffler shop that is now owned by the used car salesman guy from next door. The building is haggard and absolutely falling apart much like it s legacy. Would not go back to again.

Overall good job on pipe fitting and welding on my 99 integra. But now I have a check engine light because the guy left both of my o2sensor unhooked and now I have to take it to another shop to have them fix the sensors. Good quality exhaust in it self but no care for customers vehicles

Quickly in and out of the shop, BUT the welds on my new muffler and tips were not finished... They seemed to be in a hurry to close and rushed the job on my truck. Bad quality and gave my vehicle exhaust leaks...I do NOT recommend taking your vehicle here for any custom work!
