I m not sure who I was speaking with today 2/15/24 at 3:35pm, but she hung up on me. I made an appt. to get an estimate(which was a 2-3 week wait, but that was pretty average every where I called) I brought my truck in (November 23) and the guy who took the estimate was really nice; he took pictures and said he d email me a quote. I never received the quote so I called today to see what happened. She found my file with photos and no quote attached. I asked if i can still get the quote. She said she d leave a note for the guy. Then, and I probably could have worded it better, I said yes it would be nice if the guy could finish his job and send me the quote; then she hung up on me.I have 2 stars instead of 1 because the guy who took the stomata was really nice, polite and professional.

So it is hard to differentiate the problems that we had with the insurance and the shop. What I can say is that every time I had to interact with the shop, the staff was incredibly polite and quick to get back to me. I have to get some more repairs done in a few months and will give them another chance.

Great experience from start to finish! Matt was extremely nice and took his time explaining everything to me. The ladies in the front office were so sweet, made sure I had a rental company come pick me up. I received updates on my car the whole time, they got it fixed and back on the road quickly.Highly recommend this company. They make sure their work is exceptional and the customer leaves happy. Thanks to everyone that worked on my car and got it back to new condition!

I had a great experience at Gerber Collision & Glass. They helped make the best of a bad situation (having someone hit your car is a scary, stressful situation). Everyone who works there is very friendly and professional. Jim took great care of me and my car. It's so clear that he cares about his job and his customers. He kept me updated about the progress with my repair every step of the way, and got the job done as quickly as possible. They did a great job on the repair and my car looks brand new again!

I would like to commend Whaley's. They were extremely professional, timely, & went above & beyond my expectations. It's nice to see a locally & family owned business that really understands the meaning of customer service. My vehicle was restored beautifully & is as good as the day I drove it off the showroom floor. They were always concerned that my satisfaction & experience was of the highest caliber. I would like to also thank in particular Steven the person at the shop who handled the claim. Extremely friendly & thorough. This facility really takes pride in it's work & I would gladly recommend them to any friend or family member in the future. Thanks!

My experience at Whaley was nothing short of outstanding. Great service by everyone involved (especially Mark), repairs to my vehicle were completed quickly (despite parts being ordered from South Korea), kept me well-informed about progress of repairs, & their quality-of-work is BETTER THAN IT LOOKED BRAND NEW! No joke about the quality - they go out of their way to ensure use of OEM parts, panel fit is perfect, etc. I would recommend using them without hesitation. The little bit of extra effort required by not going with your insurance's preferred repair shop is well worth it and your car/wallet will thank you!

I have used Whaleys a few times over the years. This is an excellent shop. The quality of the work is outstanding.For most of us, our cars are our second largest asset, behind our home. Bad body work devalues that asset greatly. Whaleys work is excellent. I also find the pricing for the work is pretty much on par with others.After service is good. I had a small "after repair electrical issue" and they gladly took care of it as promptly as they could.Your car is returned to you all clean and shiny.Maybe one of the best things is that you can always get them on the phone. You are never made to feel as though you are a bother. The staff is very easy to deal with.VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I was extremely wary using a body shop I'm unfamiliar with, since I'm new to the area, but I'm beyond grateful I chose Whaley's to fix my car after a deer decided to get cuddly. They were very professional and courteous while in possession of my car. They kept me updated from the time they received it to the time I picked it up. When I picked up my car, I asked if someone would go over everything that was repaired or replaced, and Steven didn't hesitate or complain! The best part, it only took them 5 days to fix my car, and I was expecting at least twice as long. The two ladies I encountered at the front desk were very friendly as well. Thank y'all so much for fixing my baby! I'll definitely use y'all as my go to body shop and recommend y'all to everyone in need of a quality body shop.

Lisa is 100 % a pro at answering your questions to help you navigate the tricky dos and don'ts of auto repair. Even though there's a backup pretty much everywhere for appointments to get an estimate, she helped me get in about a month after I initially called for an appointment. On the estimate side, Kent walked me through what he planned to do and how he would rewrite my initial photo estimate from Geico. Didn't end up getting the repairs after Geico said that my 2004 Nissan Pathfinder had too much damage, but I'll be going back to Gerber on Alabama Ave. again if I get into any kind of auto body pickles as long as I'm a Nashville resident. I waited 4 weeks to get my car repaired here. It was worth it. They are immeasurably professional and worked seamlessly with State Farm and Hertz rental cars after I got rear-ended. They estimated repair time about right. And they returned my car vacuumed and cleaned, to the smallest details. They even left a coozie, magnet, and note in my car as a thank you. Being in a wreck wrecked a month of my life. But Whaley made the car part easy.

I brought my car here for an estimate today and had a great experience. It only took about 20 minutes and the technician who inspected my car was nice and took the time to really scrutinize the damage to my car. He also explained things along the way and made me feel confident they would address everything. I haven't had the work done yet but if this initial visit was any indication I am hoping for the best.

Great workmanship, true professionals! I had taken our car to another body shop because a friend of mine worked there. They did a horrible job on the repair. Whaley was kind enough to go behind them and repair our car right...the first time.Blake was very kind and understanding, worked with us and kept us informed of the progress. I could not be any happier with the repair work they performed.I will recommend this body shop to all my friends and family!!

I brought my car in for some elective dent and paint work. They did a great job with it and it looks great. However, during the work, there was an electrical issue with my car that came up and needed additional work. Whaley s worked closely with me, took responsibility, and made it right. I wish things had gone smoother, and the ordeal hadn t lasted as long as it did, but I know that things happen that you can t control, and I appreciate the honesty and customer service that whaley s displayed in getting a solution. Would recommend them to anyone.

I happen to be one that does not normally write a review. However, I feel I must write this review simply because the service I received on the repair of my 2012 tundra was exceptional to say the least. By that of course I mean the service was excellent as it has been in the past with my previous experiences with Wiley s body shop. I have used their services for repairs of many of my vehicles over the years dating back approximately to 1997. This particular service that I speak of was a little bit out of the ordinary putting it mildly. I choose not to going to detail simply because it is a bit lengthy in terms of an explanation of what happened but basically, due to a faulty part, The matter was handled professionally and in a timely manner without any haggling or resistance whatsoever. I felt as a customer my needs were giving first-hand attention and without delay. Mark, (which I only know him by his first name) was Excellent at moving me through the process and getting me back on the road. And of course it goes without mention, the lady at the front desk was very helpful and concerning as well. To sum it all up, it s a no brainer why their business is long standing and long outlasted other, come and goes . I give them five stars hands down

When I had repairs to be done from a wreck on my 5 month old Toyota Highlander, I didn't know where to go for repairs. My boss highly recommended Gerber Collision & Glass as she had used them for her Lexus. Matt S. was my contact at Gerber and he did not disappoint. Excellent service and repair work!!! My experience at Whaley s was wonderful from start to finish! They truly set the bar. I had an appointment yesterday afternoon (7/20/17) for an estimate on a large dent to my back door. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a technician who kindly directed me to the front desk. The check-in process was simple and easy, and the receptionist was friendly and conscientious that I only had 30 minutes before I needed to return to work. I went with the technician to assess my car and he listened carefully to my preferences as to how I wanted the dent fixed. I wanted the dent removed, but didn t mind the paint scratches. I was directed back to the waiting room, and after about 5 minutes, the receptionist kindly asked me if I was doing ok on time. Although the waiting room was buzzing with individuals coming in for estimates and other services, each customer was attended to immediately and professionally. Before I knew it, the technician came back and told me he had already removed the dent from my back door, free of charge! I could not have been more excited. The door looked almost perfect. I thanked him profusely for the amazing service and felt inspired to share this wonderful experience with others. I highly recommend this body shop and will return for future services! I'm very happy with Whaley. Dealing with them was a great experience. The quality of the repair was excellent. The price was reasonable. All of the service folks were friendly and they kept me informed about the status of my repairs - which were completed on schedule.

I brought my car here after a collision with a deer. I read numerous reviews that were all positive so felt comfortable having Whaley complete the repair work. I must say I have been very disappointed. I lost track of how many times I had to bring the car back for different issues. Debris under the paint on the fender and mirror cover. The hood not painted around the edges, black primer showing through. Paint runs on the door and mirror covers. Paint over spray on the door jams and gaskets. The hood does not line up properly. The drivers door is misaligned. The horns were left unattached and banging against the condenser coil. Every time I brought the car back to fix one issue, I would get home and find more problems. For months I was putting my car in the shop every other week. This is my daily driver and I expected it to be repaired right the first time. The people were pleasant enough to deal with, but many of these issues have never resolved. Please save yourself the frustration and find another body shop to take care of your automobile.

These guys are top notch! Very professional, did a great job for a great price. The complete detail was a nice touch and the cleanest my car has ever been. The hand written thank you note showed how much they appreciate their customers. I highly recommend!

They were amazing. I didn't know a body shop could be so clean, thorough, and thoughtful. I was very impressed! They turned a negative/stressful experience (leaving your car at the shop and doing the whole rental thing) into a positive one!What's more, they write you a "thank you" note, leave an extra paint sample in your car, and even give you a koozie.

I was visiting Nashville for the weekend when my vehicle was hit in a downtown parking garage. I needed to return home to St Louis that same day and needed an estimate for insurance reasons before I could leave. The staff at Whaley's acted professionally and extremely friendly. Mark was very helpful and took the time to write up an estimate and make sure that my vehicle was safe to drive home. If I lived near Nashville I would definitely use their services when needed. Even though he was making no profit from me, he helped me get back on the road so I could get home. Hospitality at it's finest.

I had experienced a hefty wreck which resulted in a good bit of damage to my vehicle and Whaley's Body Shop from moment one of just scheduling my appointment, was nothing but pleasant and helpful! Steven specifically was so helpful and persistent to help with issues I was experiencing with my Insurance company. If you are looking for a body shop that will care about you, your car, and ensuring that this is a smooth process- then Whaley's is the way to go. :)

A++ service from everyone at this location. Very accommodating to my crazy schedule and knocked out 2 mid-large sized repairs in less than 1.5 weeks. They even came to pick me up and took me back to get my vehicle when it was over - saving me an Uber ride.Awesome team, like new repairs, well done Whaleys!!

They re thieves and liars, and you should pick someone else to do your service if you have the choice.They moved my vehicle an hour away to another facility to work on it. When it was totaled, they wouldn t bring it back. I didn t have time to drive out there to get my things, so they acted like they d mail my belongings back to me.Of the HUNDREDS of dollars of belongings I had in the vehicle, I only got back my license plates. I couldn t believe it. They re lying to my insurance now, telling them the car was empty.I wish I could give 0 stars to these criminals.Service: General repairs & maintenance

So far not so good - I called to schedule an appointment 10 days in advance and gave the person that scheduled it all of my information, including the claim info. He stated they would look up the claim information and prep for what the car would require. I show up with my car on the agreed upon date, and they don't even have me in the system, needless to say, no prep done. I wait a week and call them for an update - turns out the part have been sent to the wrong shop and now my repair is at least a week delayed from the original estimate of two weeks. No proactive contact as I was promised if there was going to be a delay, I wouldn't know this fact if I hadn't called to get an update. I went to Whaley's because of the amazing reviews, but so far a bad situation has been worse by their lack of communication. I am hoping the repair work is wonderful, because the service thus far has been a huge disappointment. .
