I had an excellent experience with Gerber! Brian did a wonderful job communicating with me and John did a top notch paint repair! The entire process was seamless, they even helped me coordinate the rental car pick up/drop off from the Enterprise up the street! I couldn t be happier and will definitely recommend and return again. And Im amazed at the paint job...check out the before and after...its like nothing ever happened!! We fully expected to be frustrated and disappointed while navigating collision repairs for a nearly brand new vehicle, but the Gerber employees were totally amazing. They helped us understand and navigate auto insurance issues, they were extremely attentive to detail in all of the repairs, and their communication skills are what really set them apart. Everyone we interacted with at the Charlotte location went above and beyond to make sure we were in the loop and happy with the process and the end result. I had a great experience getting my car repaired here! They kept me updated throughout the whole repair process, got the repair done earlier than expected, and were so nice to work with. They went above and beyond to give me a ride to the rental car place when the rental place cancelled on me last minute, and even repaired a part of my car that wasn t damaged in this claim incident. Overall great people (especially Courtney) and i d highly recommend them for your repair needs!

I decided to go with this company to get my car fixed since many of my customers have good things to say about their work. My car was in an accident back in April. They told me that the damage was minimal and they could get me in and out right away. However, I couldn't get them to work on my car. I had a check from the insurance company and I literally tried to pay them to repair the minimal damage. I called every week and sometimes twice a week to try to schedule a date, but they kept giving me the run around. I understand the body repair industry is very busy, but they didn't communicate anything to me, but lied to my face. "I'll call you right back", "I'm trying to copy down your information, because the pdf won't copy", and many other excuses. Well it's now August and I still haven't heard from them. It takes alot for me to complain, but I really felt like they did us wrong. If you didn't want to work on my car, just say that. I omitted alot just to touch the main point. Thank you for your time spent reading this.

I really enjoyed my experience with this Gerber Collision. I came with a small collision issue and I needed to wait for the manager which I didn t mind. As I waited (for only a small amount of time) the nice lady at the front offered me water and coffee for the inconvenience which I thought was super sweet. Once the manager, Courtney, took a look at the issue he got me together right away. Thank you Gerber Staff!

It s not often that you can call a collision repair shop and instead of them trying to sell you unnecessary services, they instead say this is something that you can really just fix with some paint thinner. Really appreciate their honesty and integrity and highly recommend.

Excellent customer service!Several body shops do repairs well in Nashville but Gerber treated me the best of any I have been to. Making appointments is easy; adjusting your appointment is easy.They were fast and knowledgeable when it came to my estimate. They worked with me and gave me options, got me the repair I wanted, and got me back on the road again. The whole experience felt effortless. Thank you Steven and Gerber!

Fantastic experience here! Dropped my car off on a Thursday afternoon and it was ready to go the next day before lunch. Jim and the crew were easy to work with and went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. They even cleaned my car for me - inside and out! I d highly recommend them for all of your repair needs.

I am typically wary of anything dealing with cars because I feel sometimes I get taken advantage of. Not here at Gerber! The service was outstanding. Leslye made sure to not only give updates on my car, but she remembered my 3 month son in our dealings as well. David saw that I had change in the car and was trustworthy enough to say I may want to take that with me! Of course, the car is looking great, too! Thank you, Gerber, for giving me faith in a car company. We will come back if there is a need!

I had a small fender bender. Minor damage on a rear side panel. They were quick and flawless. My husband said there was a scratch when I brought the car home. I made a comment in their review. I was immediately called and went back to the garage where they buffed out what was not a scratch, but a smudge of dirt. Sorry Gerber, I blame the husband. Excellent service and work. Highly recommended.

After I got rear ended, these folks fixed my car in under a week. They took care of all paper work with the insurance co and kept me informed of progress. My car looked so good I didn't even recognize it when I went to pick t up. They cleaned the entire car after repairing and repainting it, even detailed the inside. They went the extra mile with customer service. They left a personalized note thanking me for my business. Super friendly staff actually called me later to ask if I was satisfied with the service. :)

This shop repaired the rear bumper on my car and made it look brand new! Courtney was exceptional to work with- he was professional, kind, and provided excellent service. I couldn t be more pleased. We were stopped at a red light when an accident occurred directly in front of us, one of the vehicles in the accident slid into us damaging the driver side of our vehicle.1. The vehicle AC was working perfectly on the day of the collision.2. Our insurance agency, Liberty Mutual, recommended this shop for the repair.3. The day after the accident , after driving the vehicle home from the accident I started the car and heard a terrible noise and found the AC not working.4. Conracted the insurance agency and requested a tow to the shop, not feeling that driving the vehicle was wise, given the symptoms.5. The insurance company provided the tow.6. I went to the shop to advise them of the additional issues noted after the accident, was advised that the additional damages would have to confirmed as accident related before work could begin.7. Insurance agency informs me that the shop was not convinced the damage was accident related and would need independent confirmation.8. Shop takes vehicle to a shop they recommend that does good work despite my explicit request that the dealer do the diagnostics after speaking with me allowing me to advise them of the circumstances of the accident.9. Repair shop recommended mechanic diagnoses vehicle and indicates that the AC has not been operational for quite some time a condition that is simply not true.10. Repair shop reports that their diagnostic can t confirm damages are caused by the accident, despite all evidence to the contrary, to the insurance company.11. Insurance will not pay for accident damages as a result of this report.Interaction with all of the personnel at Gerber Auto Art made me feel as though I was trying to claim damages that were not accident related.I ll let you decide if you want these people working on your car, they won t be working on ours.

We have taken two cars to Auto Art - West Nashville. One was for minor damage. The other was for major damage. Both times the folks at Auto Art were great. They did what they said they would, stuck to their estimates and did great work. I especially appreciate Tanya for her efforts and customer care. I highly recommend Auto Art - West Nashville!!

I had a 2 inch scratch on my car because someone side swiped me while parked on the side of a road here on West End. The estimate guy couldn't even find it without me pointing it out. But Auto Art charged me $900 to paint it. They added fees about removing headlights, parts, adjusting stuff, etc, but when it came down to it the area looks like someone lightly sanded it, painted, and then tested paint over in one corner (discolored). I've had break lines replaced for this much.

If you want no communication and a body shop you CANNOT TRUST by all means !!! Otherwise go see Pat Bowles in Hendersonville I m kicking myself for wasting 3 months on these clowns

Don't bring your car here if you have underbody damage. They don't have a lift. Go to the Polk Avenue location.
