I have all of my Vehicles as well as my Families with the Lifetime Alignment Warranty. Which was the reason for my visit on Saturday 04-05-2024. The Manager Shad was a very thorough Young Man, very knowledgeable and was familiar with my Vehicle and my Warranty needs. I set an Appointment for Monday Morning 04-08-2024 at 07:00 A.M. I was AMAZED at my short wait Time as well as the Quickness of the repair. The Technician that performed my service not only completed the repair very quickly, but also brought my Vehicle out in from of the Store. Personally, handed me my Key and shook my hand with a Smile and said to me "HAVE A GREAT DAY SIR"! Turned and returned to the Work Area. Both he and Shad were consummate Professionals and an Asset to your Company. I only waited in the waiting area about 20 Minutes or so and left with a smile. My Kia drives as straight as an Arrow now and I am very appreciative for both of those young Men's Time and efforts in the repair of my vehicle.

I brought my car in for a simple oil change that I scheduled at 11 am. They offered to check the brakes and other stuff for $10 which is a great deal so obviously I agreed (I actually got my brake pads and roters changed here last year and it was a huge fiasco and I ended up having to take my car to a dealership and get new pads a week later but they refunded me. My brakes have squeaked since I got the work done at firestone so I thought why not get them checked a third time). They brought my car into the garage an hour and forty minutes after my appointment to start the oil change so I skipped the diagnostics because I didn't expect it to take almost two hours to start the initial work. It's a busy location and everyone that works there is friendly but they need to get it together. It was a continued mistake on my part going back to this location for anything. Again appreciate how friendly they are and them taking $10 off mu bill for the wait but I won't be back.

They definitely aren t in any rush to get you out the door. Mr. Mechanic spent more time texting and vaping then he did working on cars. He may have just been watching how-to s on youtube I guess, but I don t think so. No managers in the shop keeping the workers busy. Wait times are beyond crazy.The first time I was there I told them exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and what needed replaced (fuel filler hose), but after several hours the mechanic came back and said he didn t see anything wrong with the hose. Gas was pouring all over the ground each time I filled up, so I knew he was wrong. I told him to check again, and they found it finally. After all that, they still couldn t do anything til they got the replacement part, which would take days, so I essentially just waited there for nothing. Not efficient use of time if you ask me.

Chloe got our daughter in very quickly to help repair a tire that was necessary before going on a trip. Service was great. Will definitely go back.

Great experience here on a busy Sunday. They helped me find the best tires for my car, got them delivered from across town and got it back to me same day. They really did go above and beyond. Definitely recommend this location.

If I could give it a zero star I would.Yesterday on 12/13/23 I came in wanted a oil change they was busy they was like it was going be a 1 and a half going on two hours.So I m like no thanks can I please book a appointment for tomorrow.i set the appointment up at 1pm.I was setting in my car until 3:15pm till they help me for a damn oil change.why tell me come at 1 and don t get me till almost 3:30 it s going on 4 I still don t have my car .Poor customer service and the workers don t give a damn bout u.that s the guy that scheduled my appointment and had me waiting.It seem like they doing a lot of talk listen to loud music and on they phone to much

Very unprofessional shop. If I could rate 0 I would. Call them in advance and ask for tire repair and even took tire off myself and brought to shop. When arrived to shop one of shop workers accept tire and told me to come back in an 1hr. Coming best part of the story. I came back in 2hrs and when I walked into shop and ask for my tire I found out it's never been repaired. When I ask why ,replied was followed " You didn't leave us your information and left" Unbelievable!! Why in earth you need my information to repair a tire? And why worker who accept a tire told me to come back in hour and never ask for any information?Look at they reviews and if possible avoid this place

This business will damage your vehicle and deny they did it. There are no cameras to keep the workers accountable. Firestone lifted my vehicle improperly, damaging both rear quarter panels the exact same way. One will blame the other and the other will say no I didn't do it. Then the first one will tell you they only "two point" lifted the vehicle. Even when I was waiting at the store for hours and saw my vehicle in the air on their standard 4 point lift. The measurements match up exactly from their lifts to the damage.When you escalate the issue, John Tumey wont answer his ringing phone, then will take weeks to get back to you. Then he will deny your claim because that's his job. Firestone does not care about facts, resolutions or the people of Nashville.It's all about the money.And to top it all off, they put cheap quality parts on that rust quickly.

It took 12 minutes from walking into the door, to having my car completely fixed (Tire replaced) and being handed the keys.Hands down best auto service in town. They are worth every penny for the excellent service they provide.Service: TiresService: Tires

Asked for oil change had to wait all day and there is no indication of oil change and was charged $ 89, when it was $69 last time. Manager I pick car up from very rude and disrespectful, tall guy with beard, has been rude every visit. Check out mileage and sticker

Made an appointment for 11am. Told my tires would take 2 hours, turned into 4 then when I came back I saw the mechanic just standing by my car vaping. BLOWING THE SMOKE INTO MY CAR.

Brooke and Steven were fabulous! Replaced a tire and alignment and balance and oil change within a few hours without an appointment!! I had a flat from big piece of metal! Highly recommend them! We have used them in past and have always had a good experience!!

If I could put negative stars I would. This location has absolutely terrible communication with car owners and have no customer service skills. you will not be treated the same or even fairly. If you go in there with any kind of insurance claim and want the best deal or bang for your buck, they will accuse you of insurance fraud. I recommend if you use Firestone you take your own parts and let them to the labor, although I feel like they can t even be trusted with that small task. I have never been treated to or talked to how I was by Daniel and Steven by any other company I have dealt with. The rude comments and lack of understanding or willingness to resolve my issue is completely unacceptable. I will never use this location or any Firestone ever again. I have used other Firestone locations for years with no issues. I went to 3 other Firestone locations who said they would be happy to resolve the issue but this one location would not. Save yourself the headache and money and time by not bringing your vehicle there.

My experience with this establishment was disappointing to say the least!!! My initial contact was with Chris at 0730, his attempt to meet my needs was admirable and well received. They did not have the parts needed to replace the brakes on my 2017 Mini, and after 5 hours I am still sitting here waiting for parts! The worst is I am not the only one. While 4 of us are waiting for several hours, (the service manager, who arrived at noon and has not addressed the wait time,) employees are sitting in the work area on their phones. All while 7 cars are up on the lifts waiting for service. I can not address the why , but it would be nice to at least have Tim acknowledge our wait times! One elderly gentleman with a flat has been waiting for over an hour! This is unacceptable! I would recommend Firestone seriously consider replacing their service manager with someone who actually cares about service, possibly Chris! I would also like to recognize one other employee, name unknown, who stopped what he was doing to change the tire for the elderly gentleman! Admiration to you sir!Oh, and it doesn t matter if you have an appointment or not, you will be waiting for hours!!!

We were on a road trip with our 3 small kids and had a surprise brake issue come up that needed addressed immediately. We called ahead and explained that we were traveling and had an emergency repair come up and asked if they could help. They squeezed us in to what was an obviously busy day for them and got us back on the road within 2 hours. They didn't try to upsell anything, just made the necessary repairs, checked over the rest of the vehicle, and said we were good to go. Very thankful for these guys- absolute lifesavers in the middle of a very long trip, and possibly quite literally.

Best customer service! If nothing is wrong with your car they don't lie & make up stuff! They do not upcharge they are very honest and up front about everything! Brooke is amazing and she will help you feel at ease with everything! Highly recommend!

Left my car to get the low beam lamps replaced. Guy tried to upsell me on a 10 dollar inspection. Called 3 times over 4.5 hours because I had to go to work and it was a small job. Finally went back to just get the car back and take care of itmyself to find it up on the lift with the tires off because they were doing the inspection anyway. Total waste of time and they lied to me to try and sell me more things rather than fix my actual issue. I'd recommend another location.

I felt like a vip! They had a bay waiting for me with my name on a sign. The employees greeted me kindly and led me to the waiting area. 30 minutes later I had new tires and there was literally no hassle

Been waiting on an oil change and tire rotation in here for 5 hours now. I (booked and confirmed) my appointment for 2pm and they told me it would be a couple more hours and didn't care that it was an inconvenience to the customer.. Tbh there was more sitting around than anything, except for prolly the youngest man there. He was the only one that seemed to play his part up to par.

Nice work. I called about 730am, they got us in and had repair completed by 11am. Reasonable price. Friendly and efficient! The only downside is they really step on parts pricing. They charged me $83.99 for a $20 part, times 2. However, they have rent to pay on top of salaries, and my car is driving like new again.
