Kudos to Jarvis Williams who was able to get our RV quickly back on the road today. He was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. Jarvis is the person you want to show up when you need a repair. I highly recommend Jarvis!

Jacob M. is highly recommended. He s the sort of technician you want to show up to the call. He was timely, friendly, and professional. And he diagnosed my truck s two issues quickly.Unfortunately it was after midnight and the parts I needed weren t available. He tried calling several places. I swear he tried to call people he knew that might have the parts when the parts stores were closed. He really was going above and beyond. Ultimately though we had to wait until the big truck parts stores opened. But as soon as they were he was gathering parts and back at my truck doing repairs. He completed the job quickly.I m an O/O with the one truck. And when you only have one truck finding quality service is paramount. Fast Fleet with Jacob is the way to go.

I was stranded on the side of the interstate on a Saturday afternoon in Nashville Tennessee with a very challenging air pressure issue on the suspension on my trailer. Knowing how challenging it was going to be just to analyze my problem, the technician came prepared, quickly found the problem and was able to get me back on the road. It was an easy fix but very difficult to analyze. Very grateful for this young man s efforts.

I was skeptical that on a Sunday, I could get someone to fix my work truck. Googled Liftgate repair and there she was. Fast Fleet!Jacob came by within 45 Minutes and diagnosed the problem and assured me it would be fixed immediately. He was personable and worked very hard to get my truck work ready! I was happy with the price and learned a lot about my liftgate so I could prolong something like this from happening in the future.Thank you sir for the conversation and hard work to help this small business here in TN!

My semi lost power during the snow storm didn t know it. Was told by company to jump it off was no way for it to be done that way. Called fast fleet and Mac showed up. It took him a while to get her warmed up but once she was she ran like a kitten. Second time I ve had Mac work on a semi I was driving. Great guy very polite and knows his stuff. Would highly recommend using this company and Mac from fast fleet.

I Drive for vega transport we have had breakdowns recently and fast fleet has been the only one to not show up 3hrs later. There tech Jacob showed up in less then 45mins and fixed my air leak quick and was very professional.Would recommend fast fleet to anyone looking for road side assistance.

I was not happy. Fast to get to me. But left me for 5 hours to get a part 15 minutes away. Repair took 10 minutes. Charged me 1.5 extra hrs over service call charge. Idler pulley total coat $900 for a $ 30 part. I get it, it's road side service but it was more like Highway robbery.

First eta was 90 mins which was fine 90 mins goes by I called and was given another 90 min eta I call again after the eta had come and was told it would be another hour I wouldn t recommend using these guys

Do not call this roadside service. They will over charge you for simple repairs. Charged me 1800 to install a air compressor discharge line. Never again. I could of uber to a parts store and uber back to install myself. No way a braided discharge hose cost a 1000 dollars.

Had a issue losing air in Smyrna on the trailer called my company they got fast fleet and its was a great decision there tech Jacob called me and made sure he had a good location showed up when he said and done a fantastic job with in a few mins he had found out I needed an air tank called it in and had it off and going to get one with in 30 mins he was fast and polite would recommend this company to others.

Mac exceptional. You should be proud that he is the face of your company. He communicated well. He educated me with a wealth of his knowledge. Was very efficient and very knowledgeable. Whoever recruited him for employment knew what they were doing. I was in healthcare for 30yrs before driving. Customer service was at the foremost, that s another reason I appreciated Mac. He exuded customer service. My company s vehicles are on I-24 7 days a week. I spoke to corporate in Cicero, ill. You are now on the first to call list due to Mac s exemplary work. Jacob was so fast and efficient when repairing issues with my truck and trailer. I mean the most pleasant and experienced mechanic I have work with. Little down time and the repairs 100% completed. Call these guys first they know what they are doing.

Micah came out and fixed an electrical problem with my trailer in minutes that another shop missed diagnosed. He was very professional and explained what the issue was. Fast Fleet was excellent in their assistance, customer service, follow up, and pricing. As an airbag could be considered an easy fix, the airbag for our 48 screen trailer is unique and required a special order. They provided a mailing address for delivery and patiently assisted with diligent follow up until arrival. After the delivery the repair was scheduled in a timely manner to insure the trailer made our next event. The cost of the repair was more than fair after all the service they provided. We would highly recommend them and we will call them for any future services as needed. A special thanks to Mark the call service representative, Jami the customer service manager, and Archie in accounts receivables. Your attention and assistance was greatly appreciated.

1300$ to replace belt and tensioner. I get prices for roadside are higher, but charging 3-4 times for a part price is an outrage. Last time I'll call.

I agree dispatcher was very nice. However when they showed up for our oil leak, mechanic couldn't even find were is leaking from, and he told me that is hard to explain. Mada a picture of it and charged me $ 582. If you need to use them make sure you know what you need exactly to fix, otherwise it will be waisted day and money. I will never ever use them again. I have no clue how this guy's got so many good reviews, if I could I would leave a zero.

Fred, the dispatcher was very courteous and Professional. He got the Tech, Michael out to get my Truck back on the road in a matter of a couple of hours. Michael explained his diagnosis in a way I could understand it. They both did an outstanding job. Especially on a Sunday!!! We were stranded along side road for 4 hours when dispatch told us 25 minutes. 4 hours later tech showed up only to take another 4 hours for repair and installing incorrect part. 8 hours later we were on our way only to get stranded again an hour away. Tech was not knowledgeable to fix repair. Would not recommend this company.

I had a great experience for an at need repair on a box truck that died while fueling. The intake call was a little arduous, but the tech was prompt, professional, and diagnosed the problem quickly. We are back up and running within 90 minutes of my call.

Was on the side of the interstate with an air leak, all other companies told me 5 hours or more. Called Fast Fleet and they said 60-90 minutes, mechanic was out within 45 minutes. Quickly fixed the issue and I was back on the road. Knowledgeable, fast, and fairly priced. Will definitely call Fast Fleet if we ever have anymore issues!

Fast Fleet was amazing when my driver's trailer had a blown tire outside of Nashville. They arrived quickly, replaced the tire, and gave us helpful advice. Highly recommended for roadside assistance. 5 stars!Service: TiresService: Tires

Jacob is the best mechanic I ve dealt with in a long time. I called their office and they came out within 45mins. No complaints from me I m back rolling and can get home to my family on time now!!!!
