We ve been with Essy for 5 years and we ll be with him for as long as we re in Nashville. He is so kind and always takes care of us at a very reasonable price. He is an honest, highly experienced, above-and-beyond mechanic. We tell everyone we know to go to him! Grateful for you Essy.

My check engine light has been on since June. I took it to another mechanic probably 10 different times because he would fix it then the light would immediately come back on. Essy finally took the time to figure out what the issue was and got it fixed in a timely and budget friendly manner! He always answers the phone and is prompt with repairs unlike most other mechanics. Would highly recommend!

I have been going to Essy's for a couple of years now. When I began my first job in Nashville, nearly 4 of my coworkers recommended him and for good reasons! Essy is always kind, fair, and timely with repairs. Just last week, my Honda's timing belt broke and Essy discovered the problem and completed the service within 4 days! The price was exactly what he quoted me and I got back on the road safe. Thank you very much, Essy!

Essy does great work. I only took my car to him once but he was very honest about the problem of my vehicle and certainly didn t charge an arm and a leg to have my work done. Just a pinky just kidding. Just speaking with him you will sense is is honest and fair.

I went to essy for a catalyst converter replacement. I informed him of an oil leak and selected oil leak on the service sheet he had me fill out before services on my vehicle. I picked my car up and it broke down six hours later. & informing essy of this he stated that s not my problem I asked him if we could figure out next steps, he stated to me, that has nothing to do with himAnd it ll cost me 2600 to fix my car. I already paid this man 1600 the day I picked my car up. I got my car towed to the dealership to find out my car needs a whole new engine. If he would ve checked the oil like I told him; I wouldn t be in this position. I wouldn t recommend his services to my worst enemy my. He also stated, he has rent to pay not sure how that statement helped either of us but it s very unprofessional and unethical. He hung up on my face and won t answer my calls. If someone have suggestions on how to handle this please advise. Thanks

100% amazing and kind people. Completely understanding and accommodating to requests. Fair prices. I'm not from this state and the 2 worst things are finding a new doctor and finding a new mechanic. I have found someone I can trust.

I needed my side view mirror replaced after my brother accidentally backed into my car.I contacted Essy Auto during the week that they weren t open and I still was responded to and was asked to come in or call the day they open back up.I came in the first day that they were open and he ordered the part, explained pricing, and was extremely transparent about that pricing.The part came in two days later, I brought my car in and they had it done in about an hour. It was the exact price he told me it would be.Very impressed with how efficient, friendly, and transparent the service was! This is not something I have ever experienced with other work on my car. Never been at the auto shop for such a short period of time. Will definitely be coming back for any future car needs!

Update - I've been going to Essy for 10 years now. 10 years later I still trust him more than any other shop.Essy is phenomenal. Always honest, very kind and caring, does great work, and goes above and beyond to satisfy customer. I've used him on our Mercedes and Lexus and have no complaints.

I went to Essy s place this afternoon. I was worried that the check engine light on my Honda Accord would cost me a lot of money to fix which I cannot afford as a student. Essy scanned my car and did a thorough inspection by himself. In the end, he told me there is no need to pay hundreds of dollars to fix such problems because it s still good to drive. He is so honest, friendly, professional, and considerate. He deserves the high rating!

10/10 would recommend! Essy has fixed my car twice, and has done a great job both times for a great price! My car was stolen with a usb cord.. I took it to Essy and he fixed my ignition and made a new key!! I would honestly recommend to anyone! Essy is one of the best mechanics I know!I have been taking my vehicles to him for atleast 10 years.He always takes good care of me and anyone I refer to him. He does not take advantage, and is very fair with his prices. I always take my vehicle issues to him, and I trust that the issues are fixed correctly and that I am safe!Thank you, Essy, for all that you do!

Excellent service, fast turn around and quality work. I took my car here to be fixed after it had been rear ended. Essy and his team body worked the whole car, fixed the damage and re painted for an INCREDIBLE price. I plan on taking my wife's vehicle in soon to get her car painted as well.

Amazing service and quality work. Essy put me at ease when some major and sudden issues came up in my car and promptly took care of it and let me know what was going on. The last mechanic I went to was less than transparent and honest. Very grateful to the multitude of friends who recommended Essy. I will never use another another company but Essy and his crew for any issue or routine maintenance..

Essy is the most knowledgeable, professional, and Honest mechanic, that I have ever run across in Nashville. I am currently in the process of having Essy repair my truck, which involves engine removal and reinstallation. He's the absolute best!

Not that this place needs my addition but there's a reason the rating is so high. Came in for an issue with the windshield wiper and an oil change. Was fixed faster and charged less than i expected. Will def be coming here for future repairs

This man took really good care of my car repairs. All the other good reviews are accurate about how reasonable prices are at this shop. I needed my axle seal replaced and he had it done in just over an hour. Great job and very nice, definitely earned my business. Mr Essy always looks out for his clients.

I ve had a couple of services done with Essy (some routine, some not) and he has been nothing but professional, kind, prompt, and honest/fair about pricing. I needed my front brake pads replaced, and was quoted $300+ at other shops, including dealerships. Essy charged me less than 1/3 of that. I recently had to get my oil changed/tires rotated and he only charged for the oil change. I was recommended to him through a good friend who has also used Essy for service as well, and they have had the same experience. Definitely will continue service with him and highly recommend him to others!

Probably one of the most honest mechanics I ve been to. He will take you to your car and let you visually see the problem and talk you through the fix before fixing. I ve had several repairs and routine work done and the price is always great compared to other places!

We had a lot of problems with our car and hesitated for months to get them fixed because of what it would cost. It got to the point that we couldn't wait any longer and decided to take our car to Essy's. He was so professional and kind. He qouted us very reasonably and fair. Got our car back and we're in shock at how smooth and amazing our car feels! Our car is a 2008 but it feels like I'm driving a brand new car. We also had our oil change light on and knew once we got our car back we would also need to pay for that service, but to our surprise he changed our oil FREE of charge and did an alignment. Talk about customer service. He definitely has our business for any future mechanical need.

This guy could not be any nicer. I have a cover over my catalytic converter that came loose and was causing my whole car to shake upon braking. He took one look at it and fixed it in about 5 minutes. I feel like this is one of the last places around that offers real customer service. I m telling everybody to go here if you have car problems. Thanks again Essy, you re the man!

I have been a patron of Essy Auto Service for years and I will continue to be a faithful, loyal customer. Mr. Essy is an honest, great mechanic! Yesterday my car started smoking and the smell was pretty bad. I took it to him late in the day, he instantly knew what was wrong and had my car ready in about 40 minutes. That's not the best part though, not only was the price VERY reasonable but when I thanked him (almost in tears because I thought my car was ruined), he was humble and kind! I appreciate him & his employees deeply.

Essy is the place to get your car repaired! He stays busy, you may have a wait, but believe me his service and prices are the best. Essy will take care of you like your family. We don't go any place else.
