I love my new car. This was the most awesome experience I have had at a dealership. (I have worked at one.) I was approved before I went down there and they had a few cars picked out. I worked with John (who I highly recommend). He called to talk about what I was wanting and what I could afford. It only took about an hour when I went in to do the test drive and paperwork. I wanted a car I could drive my family around in and feel safe. Being a paranormal investigator I travel home between 2 and 4 am on the weekends. I needed to know that I was not going to be on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck. If you need to buy a great vehicle Echopark in Nashville is the place to go.

Great experience with Shawn. He was very nice and he took his time working with us until after 9pm, and was very helpful and not like most car salesmen. Very genuine and friendly and down to earth and really worked hard with us where other dealerships would not. Very happy with our new purchase. Thanks again Shawn.

This process can always be stressful and exhausting.Luckily with Bert, we had the BEST experience. I wish I could give 10,000 stars. We walked in on a Monday morning right when they opened. Was greeted & taken care of immediately. They were patient, understanding, SO helpful, it s my first new car in over 14 years. I left crying in happy tears. Melissa was AMAZING!!!! NO ONE here was pushy. I will definitely recommend everyone to y all! THANK YOU!

Best experience that I have ever had buying a car. A guy named Rich got me a much better interest rate than what I had expected. Bert was the gentleman that sold the car to me and they were outstanding. They both made me feel at home and did not rush anything when I was making a decision. Their patience didn t make me feel pressured and they could not have been nicer. They genuinely wanted to make sure that I got the perfect car and this meant a lot to me. I got my BMW X1 for $5,000 less than what they were selling one with double mileage and 4 years older right down the street. I will never buy a car anywhere else. Thank you Bert and Rich for such a great experience! Make sure to ask for Bert and you will not go wrong!

Bert was terrific! I came in knowing which. Nicole I wanted. He made sure I quickly got to test drive the car and was so helpful answering my questions. When I left the dealership he assured me he would negotiate with his team to get me the best deal possible. Not only was he able to do that, he was also able to help get me 2 new tires at no additional cost and was able to help me negotiate terrific terms for my purchase.The entire staff were wonderful, friendly, helpful and welcoming - from the wonderful woman making my appointment and following up on my visit, to Bert helping with the sale process, and the management team who worked with me to get the best deal possible.I love my new Audi Q5! I m certain I got the best value deal for the vehicle. I will continue to use and refer friends and family to echo park in Nashville. Thank you all so much for being AWESOME!

Easiest car buying experience I ve ever had. I ve never seen a dealership be almost empty when I walk in and filled of people buying cars on my way out. TRUST THE REVIEWS!!!!I had my eye on a car from their website earlier in the week, and they were very honest that it may not be available by the time I was able to get there.Scheduling a test drive was super easy, and I was lucky they still had the car I d been eyeing. Before allowing me to test drive they went over the car fax for the vehicle and some of the coverage that was included which I really appreciated.Sammy was my salesperson and he was so helpful, always had an answer to my questions and was very thorough with explaining everything.The only thing that kind of sucked was that the online calculator for the payments is quite inaccurate, however, they were still able to get me a great rate & a payment somewhat close to what I was looking for.I ll never go to another dealership after my experience with Echopark!! Ask for Sammy, you won t be disappointed!!!

I recently purchased a car at EchoPark and had a great experience with Jared and the team. Everyone was very patient, especially Jared who had to answer my millions of curly questions seeing as I m only new to the country.I m also super happy with my new car!I d recommend anyone and everyone consider making their next vehicle purchase here

By far the easiest car dealership to work with! I enjoyed the no pressure sales by John Perry. Brandy was the greatest for financing. John Perry is the #Kobe of ECHOPARK! Will definitely continue to do future car sales with Echo Park!!!!!

If I could give 10 stars I would! They were excellent to me! They were kind, patient, professional, courteous, smart, informed, helpful, gracious, and not pushy at all! I have never had such a pleasure buying a car before. I would recommend the to anyone looking g for a vehicle. They helped me even though I had not used my credit in years. They got me into a wonderful vehicle that was within my budget. I cannot say enough good things about them. Please go see them if you are looking for a vehicle, you will not be disappointed!!

After HOURS of searching, Echo Park was a breath of fresh air. Bert really helped my husband and I so much. He answered all of our questions and was super transparent with the car s history. We are now the owners of an older (2011) Toyota RAV4 that was reasonably priced and seems to be in good working order which is so hard to find now a days but exactly what we were looking for. We really liked that Echo Park vets cars with a thorough inspection and if they don t feel good about the cars getting traded in, they send them to auction. They also do a 7 day happiness guarantee.Most of the other used car places we went told us cars were running great and we checked the engines out and there was so much rust or leaks. That s why we are so happy we found our car through Echo Park and we recommend requesting Bert!

Please do not waste your time. I have my speculations, but it's evident that "certain" people's money is not welcome at that place. My fiance and I came in today (2/6/2024) to buy a BMW 430i. In all fairness, we were advised before test driving the vehicle that it was dirty and that the third-party corporate vendor who cleans automobiles for them did not do a good job of getting it "test drive" ready. While test driving the vehicle, we spotted bird feces all over the car, as well as a lot and I mean a lot of pet hair (dog/possibly cat) throughout the vehicle on the sunroof etc. When we returned, we informed the gentlemen that we were interested in purchasing the car but were concerned about how dirty the car was and the cost of detailing a new car. I asked if they would be willing to take it back and clean it, and he informed me that they would not. The icing on the cake was learning that we would be charged a $699 car prep fee as well as a $699 interior and exterior 5 year warranty cost that would cover leather wear and tear, among other things, as well as paint damage caused by bird excrement. So let's get this straight . You're going to charge me $1400 for prep and interior and exterior warranty upkeep, but you're not going to wash the car or vacuum out all the hair and garbage before buy it? That's a red flag I can't ignore. I even urged our salesman to speak with a manager about it, but he advised me that it would be pointless because they do not haggle prices or clean the car. This is the first time I've seen someone approach selling a car with a take it or leave it attitude regarding the cleanliness of the automobile. We'll gladly take our money elsewhere.

Just sold my vehicle here after listing it on Facebook marketplace! I was hesitant because there are so many scammers on the marketplace and after our interaction I felt good about the offer! We arrived at the dealership same day and was greeted kindly. The person working with us was very professional and wonderful!Highly recommend selling your vehicle here!

EchoPark is hands down the best dealership experience you can find; from the moment you walk in you feel taken care of. Everyone is polite and helpful. All their vehicles are priced under kbb and have economical options to fully protect your vehicle. I had the pleasure of working with Shawn Clark. He s knowledgeable in all aspects of the car buying process and made sure I felt at ease, zero pressure. He got me in the car I truly wanted and worked to get me the best deal possible as well. My husband bought us a 2020 Alfa Romeo Guilia today and we are absolutely in love with it!!! We had a hassle-free and enjoyable experience as first-time visitors to EchoPark. We liked the modern feel of the place, great soundtrack on the overhead speakers, and the sales team was super friendly (especially Jared and Mitchell)! Our salesman, Jared, took the initiative to introduce us to Mitchell, who owns an Alfa Romeo himself, so he was able to give us some great insight and put a lot of our fears to rest. We were allowed to take the car for a test drive on our own. When we got back, we knew this was the right car for us! We didn't want to test drive anything else. We liked the fact that the cars are firmly priced to sell and we didn't have to play the "negotiation game". My husband never had to go into any back sales office. Things were streamlined, mostly done on a tablet, and so paperwork was easy. The car was detailed nicely and then brought around with a full tank. We were given a neat temporary license plate that was a large sticker to put over the dealer plate and a printed Registration for the glove box. I am amazed we found a deal like this on such a beautiful car. We couldn't wait to take it home!!! Thanks to all who played a part in our experience today!

All in all, great experience. Very laid back, biggest thing was not having to go into that tiny room with the massive green sheet printer. When it was time to sign, he came to me and it was part Docusign part paperwork. The reason it is not a 5, and I would think someone has created a better way to do the final paperwork, it took hours from yes you decided to buy to get out the door. But, the experience was good and I do plan to buy there again.

Kristopher was super professional and answered all of our questions to put us at ease. He was a pleasure to talk to and tended to all of ours needs. The manager (can t remember his name) was also attentive to us and made sure everything was going smoothly. Making a large purchase such as a car can be stressful. Echo Park does and excellent job taking care of you with great service and some of the best prices for cars I have ever seen. I cannot recommend them enough. Ask for Shawn! This was by far the best car buying experience I ve had by far and it was all because of Shawn. I m very hard to impress, but he did it. He took the time to not only answer all my questions, but answer them thoroughly and patiently. He took the time to make sure we felt completely comfortable and sure about this car and get us the best rate possible! He went above and BEYOND. No sleazy car salesman tricks, no pressure, just honest integrity which is hard to find these days. Honestly, we had a lot of cars at different lots to decide between, he got the sale because of how good of a guy he is. Period. Any worry we had, he took care of. On top of all of that, we got this car at an absolute steal pricewise. That goes for every car on their lot. I m not kidding, as a stressed out millennial, this place is THE place to go. Just make sure to ask for Shawn. 10/10 all around.
