This place was great! Excellent communication and an honest owner. Got a quote and Kyle suggested I shop around. Went to two other body shops and they were higher! Chose to use the Dent Shop and there was no long wait. One of the other quotes wanted me to wait almost two months! Car was fixed quickly and they did a really good job! Very satisfied!

Drove all around Nashville, TN looking for a shop to install a new car door handle. Could not find anyone willing to do so. Finally, someone recommended I stop by Dent Shop. They were more than happy to do the work while I waited. Their prices are super fair also. Highly recommended for collision work! You will have a much better experience at a locally owned shop vs a corporate-ran body shop.

This place is awesome! I dented my 1993 Honda hood and this was the only place to find the part. Kyle was helpful, professional, and honest. The car is beautiful- I get compliments on her all the time about how great she looks. The paint job makes her look like a new car. These guys are the best!

I waited over 3 months to get my car repaired. The customer service was subpar and anytime I was told I would get a call. I never received the call. I showed up to the shop in person over 20 times. All of the initiation was on my end to get updates about my vehicle. I was told several times that my car would be ready tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. Just to be told after 2 month mark that the reason why they were having trouble was due to oversight on their end. I received my vehicle after 3 months or so. The work was beautiful on it but there were minor details that I had to wait over a month to get taken care of. I have my car back now but there are still small things that need to be fixed that are taking longer than they need to. The owner of the shop was very kind and understanding and helpful many times, but overall I would say the customer service was not that great. If I ever need a body shop again I will not be going to this one unfortunately. They do great work, but you might have to wait a very long time and be proactive about contacting the owner yourself. Also expect there to be delays, even if you think you're getting your car tomorrow.

Terrible customer service!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. I called to get an estimate and some work done on a car and was told to bring the car over. Once I arrived, I was met outside like I wasn t welcome inside. The guy took pictures of my car and told me that he would have an estimate for me in a couple hours and I never heard back from him. When I called the next day he told me he was painting a car but had my estimate and would give me a call in the next 30-45 minutes, I never received a call back so I went somewhere else. I wouldn t recommend them, very unprofessional.

Amazing experience. We took our jeep there to get repaired after a hail storm. They put new parts on and matched the paint to perfection. These guys (Kyle) are so nice and willing to go to bat for you with the insurance companies. Obviously, this says a lot that they're not willing to do a job to fit what the insurance company is willing to pay. Reputation means something to these guys. These guys are top notch! They not only did great body work and paint but they fixed a couple of problems with our van that the dealership didn't! So we got the car back in better shape than it was before the accident... So unusual these days to get MORE than you were expecting.

I brought my car in for a driver door replacement and from the beginning, Kyle was very informative and helpful. I couldn t afford the initial quote he provided because of the cost of parts, but Kyle spent a week sourcing high quality used parts that brought my final price e down significantly. I highly recommend Kyle at Dent Shop for your car body needs.

I used this body shop for a paint job on my SUV, knowing I might have a hard time finding a shop that could perfectly match my pearly white paint. The first round, it was great quality but the color still needed to be adjusted a bit based on certain lighting. So a few weeks later, we reached out to Kyle to see if he would be willing to work on it again. The 2nd time, it was a perfect match and I m still happy with the quality of work over a year later. Even though this review is long overdue, I feel that this business should still be recognized for their excellent customer service despite being in the height of pandemic shutdowns at the time. I felt like Kyle was committed to making sure we were 100% satisfied. I would absolutely use them again if needed!Service: Paint repair

Great Service! Extremely professional! A tree branch fell on my car and dented it, took it to the shop and everyone here was extremely professional and polite, worked with me while I claimed the incident through my insurance, my car looks good as new like it never even happened, can t recommend this place enough, any dent issue this is the place to go!Service: Auto detailing

Kyle and his crew did a fantastic job repairing the damage to the side of my truck, you can't tell anything ever happened. They did the work in the time frame they said they would and kept me up to date in the process. Excellent work and excellent customer service.

The Dent shop just performed a minor repair on our new BMW after I goofed up. You can't tell that there was ever any damage on the lift gate. They did the work in less than two days and at a very reasonable price. Staff was very good to work with.

The Dent Shop was extremely helpful and professional. When the manager discovered he had priced the part at a lesser price than it should have been, he still honored the quote and took the loss. That is outstanding 5-star customer service!!!

Great service. Fair price. Have used them 5 times and very satisfied. Have teenage drivers with a few dents etc and have not found better service or price in the area. Drive from Brentwood past countless high end shops to have Robert do the work. Have referred others who have not been disappointed.

I had damaged the front end of my car in Atlanta, GA and was having a hard time finding a repair shop that wasn't taking advantage of me.I was in Atlanta for work, and a friend told me about the Dent Shop here in Nashville. I decided to drive up on Friday and introduce myself, and was welcomed almost immediately, and their office felt very homey and relaxing.After speaking with Robert, it was instantly clear that this was the shop I was going to use.He was friendly, and didn't sugar-coat anything.The paper work was a breeze, and there was 0 stress involved.Most importantly, my car looks like nothing ever happened to it. Amazing job and many thanks to the crew at Dent Shop.

Kyle and team knocked out a great job on a custom fiberglass fender and bed side kit. Body work made lines look factory, paint looked factory as well! Good, honest people to work with!
