Beware! Our Peterbilt was having a Derate issue Kritzie quoted us that the truck needs a new EGR and the closest one was in Murfreesboro it would be $4300 parts and labor to have it done. I called my West Michigan cummins sales and service they said the part is $2,000 and 2-3 hours of labor shouldn t be above $2600. So we took the truck away went and got the part 20 miles away for $2,000 called a road service tech with cummins insight program changed it out in 45 minutes $275 including the show up fee. Why Nashville cummins quoted $1500-$2000 more on a simple EGR Valve is not understandable

We had a great experience! Arrived to Nashville with a popped code and these folks took us in first thing Monday morning and confirmed our engine was fine to run! Friendly, professional and incredibly helpful with their knowledge. We would surely recommend their services!

The team here was INCREDIBLE! Huge props to Neil who was friendly and efficient, making time to fix the Hz output on our on-board generator to be compatible with our solar setup! He took the time to hear our unique issue and immediately knew how to resolve the problem.Everyone here is extremely helpful and friendly. Nikkie and Kritzie were both awesome, as well!Highly recommend this location for your generator needs!

I want to give a thanks to everyone who work on CUMMINS dealer especially to a Mecanic name Shawn I had a sensor issue with my truck And this guy did everything is possible to help me out they were about to close.they are amazing people specially the lady on the from dest.

Let my RV sit there for over a month before they even looked at the generator. Then wanted to charge me over $1600 to replace a carburetor and the cost of materials was only about $400. The only reason they get two stars instead of one is because they helped me jump my dead battery. I had the office manager come up with about 2.3 hours of labor and even he could not justify the quote for that much money. Absolute rip off. I replaced the carb myself for $50 and it took an hour. Oh. And that wasn t even the problem. Criminals.

This shop had repaired my regen system on a kenworth t680 they said it would take a few days it took two weeks excuse after excuse from the service manager after getting my truck back 6 weeks later the entire regen system fell apart there tech didn t tighten the bolts l spent thousands to limp the truck to another cummins dealer who got right on my truck and then showed me what happened they repaired this shop s mistake quickly.This shop refused any of the reimbursement for there mistake beware this shop should not be allowed to represent cummins. This shop also took stuff apart on my truck that had nothing to do with the regen system and lost parts

99' Windsor service on my generator and new shocks put on. I have never been offered lunch before ever. They bought pizza for me. That is customer service!! I was amazed. It is the simple little things in life that real people value.

Super friendly personnel who didn t put down my 42 year old Buffalo GMC Coach. These guys saved me a lot of money with my generator. They found a small issue that was easily corrected and didn t change out unnecessary parts.Thank you again for your service!!

The staff were nice but the only issue I have is that they close at 4pm, which is pretty early. It would be nice if they stayed open til at least 5pm like most businesses do, so if you need parts for your truck up until then, Change Your Hours To Stay Open Until 5PM.

Darren the service tech was great. Took his time to explain everything to me in layman's terms. Brandy pointed out $260 that I was incorrectly billed from another shop for warranty work!! Clean shop. Good folks! I will be back!!

While they were friendly and seemingly competant, it wasn't till after the fact and another tow bill I discovered a shoddy job on fixing a heater hose on my bus. They only spliced what they should have replaced and allowed the hoses to rest on the exhaust causing it to melt and fail. I would not expect this from a reputable service center.

Needed simple price and availability on a very common part. Associate on the phone didn't seem to be trained well. I don't think they care about people "off the street" needing genuine parts.

This is very respectable establishment, I would come here any time to get service. They didn't give me the run around, very thorough and transparent. Also was able to get my truck looked at and worked on the same day! Thanks!

Did a great job fixing engine but got carpet very dirty near engine access compartment . Stated I have to drive it all the way back to Cummings Sales and Service so they can look at it. They refused to come out to my location and look at it they also refused to pay for cleaning if I did not bring back to look at it. If you value you carpet I would suggest looking for another repair facility

Helpful staff. They do a good job keeping you posted on the progress of your repair. They worked with my insurance to file a claim and we're very professional in making the necessary repairs.

A really good place to get your truck fixed!Where Rush Peterbilt failed, Cummins came through with flying colors!The only thing about this place is they don't have a smoking section for their customers.Their employees can smoke under a big awning out of the elements but customers have to stand in the rain if they want a smoke.They have very strict rules here regarding safety which isn't a bad thing but while your equipment is in their gated facility, you're not allowed to sit in it.The driver's room has a strong, musty odor.This is why I didn't give them 5 stars.Outside of that, the staff is very friendly, they don't mess around getting you in and they'll drive you to the motel if you have to spend the night.Their customers service is outstanding!They offer free coffee, wifi and TV.If they would have a small place with protection from the elements for their smoking customers who have to wait, this would surely be a 5 star review...

I highly recommend using another repair facility. They charged us over $400 for a $70+ part and failed to diagnose a belt that eventually broke and resulted in a very expensive tow bill.

Parts department always has a bad attitude and acts as if providing service is interrupting them the real tall guy is always closing his eyes looks like hes nodding off??? I have been coming here over 6 years the service went down hill over the years then I found out they are a union....

Don't go MHC kenworth , if you have a cummins engine , go to Cummins..Nashville MHC kenworth suck !!! They can't don't my fault code 3 days but cummins find in an hour. And front desk lady very polite and nice...
