If you re a woman trying to purchase a vehicle, this is a great dealership to check out! I felt comfortable and confident in my decision. I did not feel pushed to make a decision or taken advantage of. Great customer service and clean office. I worked with Zevin and he took great care of me!

Great dealership with even better people! Their maintenance tech "Shrek" is a guru. Their salesman Monte was kind and understanding. Really listened to our wants and needs. Managers were available but not too pushy. Dealer was second to none, I literally saw him sweeping while everyone was working! Nick, our finance officer was straight and honest. Really best experience ever had! And they were nice enough to let me do a photo shoot of my Japanese Hondas too to top it all off!

Many thanks to Juan Gerges ,Scott LeBlanc, and Nick Gebers for making this the best (of many) buying experience ever. And thank you to everyone else that made this a smooth transition from our old Passport lease to our amazing new Passport TrailSport. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Crest Honda from now on! Also Chad in Service was excellent when we came back for roof rack installation. Cheers!

This was such a great experience!! This place is clean, the people are friendly, and our sales guy Monty is the best. He is very professional, respectful, resourceful, and very informative. His calmness but confident vibe was warm and inviting. Thank you, Monty! We truly are in our best version when we are in our element.Everyone asked for Monty when you go to Crest Honda. You won t regret it!

I could have purchased from the dealership in the city where I live but Crest Honda has always maintained integrity in meeting my needs. My salesperson, Jessica, was great. Took time to demonstrate various features and even connected my phone to the vehicle. Despite having a credit score ranging from 745-783, I received denial letters from 4-5 financial institutions. I am grateful Crest Honda took time to find a banking institution to accept me. Made the wait worthwhile. Word of caution to other buyers: never buy a vehicle at dusk or under cover of night without fully inspecting the exterior. There is a long gash below the trunk window that was not seen prior to purchase. Otherwise, I love my car!

Sabir was amazing to work with! He went above and beyond to help me find my dream car, the Honda Civic Si. This car is an absolute joy to drive, with its sleek design and powerful engine. It's packed with cool features that make every ride exciting. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Monte helped me look for a car today and when I found the one I wanted, him and his manager, Gary, went above and beyond to pull strings, cross Ts, dot Is to be sure I could get the best deal that fit my needs. Monte is incredibly accommodating and just a kind-hearted man with my best interest in mind, no doubt. I wasn t able to purchase the car today, but the sincere kindness he extended and efforts he and his manager took to make this process the least stressful it could be was more valuable to me than any car I could buy.

My dealings were with a salesman and a finance manager. They were absolutely great to deal with! They were very knowledgeable and listened to me about what I was looking for. The negotiation and closing process went very quick. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a Honda.

We had a very pleasant experience from start to finish at Crest. Our appointment was set up on the website via chatting with Bianca. When we arrived, Leo was our initial contact and did a excellent job showing us the types of vehicles we were interested in. He handed us over to Monte for the actual sale, and he made us feel very welcomed and calm during the transaction. Michael the business manager was very helpful too. We couldn't have been more pleased with our time at Crest.

My experience with Crest Honda and the staff at this dealer was unparalleled. The salesman Monte was professional, respectful, and honest. Despite the vehicle I wanted not being in stock at the time of my first visit, Monte conveniently kept me informed about what options were arriving and again once the exact vehicle had arrived. The high level of expertise and understanding did not end there. After establishing the final price and ready to discuss payment, the Finance Manager Nick made certain that I was well informed about my purchase, the included and available dealer options, and even went out of his way to contact Honda to get me the best APR available.Over the month and a half that I spent car shopping, I can confirm that the staff at Crest Honda are the best of the Honda dealerships in the Nashville area and don t prey on buyers or use shady sales tactics like some of the others.

Jared and Scott were so easy to work with on the purchase of our new Honda Hrv. Everyone at the dealership was incredibly helpful and responsive. Our car was on order and they updated us several times a week on when we could expect delivery. When we got to the dealership to take possession, they had all the paperwork ready and we drove away in our new vehicle in less than an hour. Many thanks for an amazing experience at Crest Honda!

My first day I went to go car shopping it was just to see the car I had in mind and see what my options were. I have always bought a cash car, so this experience was very new for me. I enjoyed test driving and seeing what my options were and learning about the price/car. Jennifer was very knowledgable on the cars and very helpful for me to find the right car best for me. I went home on Saturday thought about my options and if I wanted to pursue all that came with a new car. Monday after work I went to go confirm and seal the deal. Nick from finance was amazing and explained everything, gave me my best options and really looked out for me. I didn't feel he was trying to get over on me. He made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer and teacher, recognizing all my hard work I do in my profession. I will be sending everyone I know to the Honda off Rosa L Parks just because of how satisfied I left on my day of sale. Ya'll need to give Nick a raise, a real stand up guy !

Will definitely do business again at Crest Honda. Very professional, nice, to the point, did not feel like we was getting the go around like you receive at some dealerships. Job well done! I left with exactly what I wanted.

I took my aunt car shopping and it hasn t been a pleasant experience until we met Scott at Crest Honda. We went in thinking we wanted one model, but was introduced to the best model for her. It was a very good experience from beginning to end.

(update: I called per request & reply from owner asking to "make it right". The manager was confused & not helpful at all). Dishonest. I was sold a vehicle with unreported damage. The rear door is out of alignment & was previously painted. I reported this to my sales person as soon as I noticed & have not heard anything back. It has been a year. Would not recommend.

My wife and I were very pleased with the car buying experience at Crest Honda. The sales staff was curtious, professional and demonstrated respect for our time. Maartin Perez and Gary Ramsey were both great communicators and kept us updated on the process all along the way.

Recently bought a car from them. They pitched us on a Road Hazard Tire and Wheel Coverage and straight up lied to us about it. They said we didn t have to have the tires fixed there, since we live about 45 minutes away. Was having problems with a tire today and got out the contract-it has to be brought back to Crest Honda. Go somewhere else with your business

Would give negative 5 stars if I could. So much happened from repair shop, to offer for trade-in, to the sales. Gave super low offer for vehicle trade-in, and repair shop did not put back nuts on something that would of caused more damage, when they took everything apart for a repair quote. Sales people tell you one thing and it's not like they say. Very disappointed, would never come back. Feel like they weren't trying to be even remotely fair, and trying to take advantage of our car needing repairs and not looking out for our best interest. We told them a number we wanted to stay near, after looking at vehicles, the price came back at 10k more. And when we said no, suddenly they were willing to give more on trade-in. I would of trusted them more, if they had of offered that in the first place. Save yourself a lot of money and go elsewhere. Garbage, bait and switch tactics. After this experience wondering if they forgot the nuts intentionally, to make us even more desperate. No trust for Crest Honda.

I am reviewing based on my experience with the service department. (Please note: the hours on Google are for sales. The service department has different hours.)Our experience with service was great. Brandon served us, was warm and gave a full explanation of all details. He was prompt to answer texts and questions. We got a full synthetic oil change (~$60) and rear brakes (~$480) on our 2009 Honda CR-V. We could have done the brakes cheaper elsewhere, but are glad to know the right ones are now installed. We will likely be back.Recommended.

I made everyone's job easy - I came in knowing what I wanted to test drive, what I was looking for and I have an exceptional credit score. So, when Crest Honda had the exact car I wanted, I decided to purchase that same day, I even bought the extra warranty for $4K or however much it was, and I just asked to include the black Honda emblems, which was rolled into the sale deal -- I think that's an easy customer for any sales person, Mike and Treigh. I didn't need to be sold. I've had two Hondas before this. The problem was the moment I left the lot -- no customer service whatsoever, I was ghosted -- I kept getting texts and emails asking to do the review/survey, but I couldn't get an appointment to put on my emblems. I would be told to come in on Saturday, but then when I did, I was told they don't do that work on Saturdays. I would text with the floor person, Treigh, to make an appointment (their preferred communications method), but then never get texts back. I finally reached out to ask who could help me after I've been in twice and have asked several times via phone and kept getting no responses -- finally got an appt. two months later. When I arrived at the appointment, the person who checked me in said it would take 30 minutes to get the quick work done, great, I have somewhere to be -- two hours later I was still in the waiting room and had to ask to get my car whether it was done or not because I had another appointment. Finally got my car back. Oh yeah, and I was supposed to get a quote on something else texted to me that same day .... 5 days later, still waiting on that...Being really honest here -- I'm not looking forward to having to get my maintenance and any work done with Crest Honda now -- this is going to be brutal to deal with and now I feel pigeon-holed after purchasing the extra warranty as well -- can I go to another dealership for maintenance? Darrell-Waltrip in Franklin NEVER was like this, plus whenever I went to get something done there, they would even fill me up, vacuum and wash my car... just because, I never asked -- now that's good service. All I got from Crest Honda was a more than two hour wait, more dirt in my car, and screws left everywhere on the floor -- were they important? Where do they go? Am I safe?

I received 5-star exceptional service at Crest Honda! Leo did a fantastic job of helping me appraise my 2021 Honda Accord for a trade-in, ultimately leading me to get a new 2024 Honda Accord. Leo was helpful and professional in answering all of my questions and concerns.Service like this is why I will keep doing business with Crest Honda in the future! I highly recommend Crest Honda to anyone wanting to buy a car!

As a first time i have a horrible experience with them. I was expecting to get a better service but their behavior makes me down. They charge me extra for 150k milage second hand car. They verbally told me to fix so many stuffs which they didnt fix. The manager was so rude to me when i asked him they didnt fix those stuffs.

I purchased a Honda CVR from Crest Honda dealership. Things were fine during the first five years. I went in and had work financed at the beginning of November 2023 two to three weeks prior to the follow-up about the brakes squeaking. As I pulled up in the bay and got out. Nobody approached me. A lady in a van pulled in after me. She got out, and a service representative approached her. I'm still standing, and at that point, I approached the desk and asked for help. Prior to they, they had already worked on my SUV, and the back brakes were part of the finance. The next day, the brakes were squeaking and making a horrible sound. The return appointment on 11/27/2023 was scheduled on the service shops mechanic named James. He said he didn't hear any noise. As I began to drive, I had to back up and immediately heard the same horrible squeaking sounds again. My car didn't have this problem before the dearship touched it. I called and couldn't get anyone but a desk attendant. I asked her if I should involve the Better Business Bureau to get my automobile fixed. She said,"If that what you want to do." She never suggested letting someone call to correct a wrong. I think my automobile should be repaired, or they should call the finance company and reduce the bill so I can take it to another mechanic to fix what they refuse to deal with.

Treigh was awesome. I was so nervous about buying a car for the first time and I really appreciated how Treigh was personable and didn t pressure me into anything. Treigh showed me how to work all the features in the car and was very patient when I had to call my bank (for anyone else who didn t think about this - call your bank as soon as you decide you re buying a car that day so they can raise your purchase limit). Nick from financing was very nice as well. Great experience and a great deal compared to the other Honda dealerships around town!

It would have been negative stars if I give them!Had a fuel pump recall on my vehicle. Called on January 18th (appointment confirmation says I spoke to Jay Geames) and made an appointment for a recall repair for today (February 6th) after confirming the recall and that parts were available (NHTSA website also says remedy available with a 2018 fuel pump replacement and all these details are also included in my appointment confirmation too), I took the vehicle in today and they basically turned me around saying they don't have parts. THIS IS AFTER CONFIRMING THEY DID HAVE PARTS AND MAKING AN APPOINTMENT?On top of it the guy at the service station had the audacity to play the "oh you are mistaken card" and claim I must have called the central phone number and said they didn't make appointments for this recall repair. Thankfully I had the confirmation they send to my phone with Crest Honda name, person made the appointment (stated above), their telephone number and all the details (they even booked the shuttle for me to get to work till the repair was going on) and when I showed him that, he backed off, went to talk to someone else, came back and said the same thing! The most ridiculous customer services I have ever experienced in any Honda dealership! This place is an absolutely disappointment and a waste of time!

Dishonest sales tactics. First, the salesman showed me the car and told me they already added their bogus paint protectant which would cost extra. This was a lie as the plastic was still on the car from the factory. I called him out on the lie and he just said well it s going to have it whether I want it or not. Then they added over $5000 to the msrp and presented it to me as the actual msrp on paper without showing that it was a mark up. Then after I told them that it was not the real msrp they tried to lie and say that it was. When I finally told them the msrp is listed on the website and the window sticker and that I m not an idiot and that I had already seen it they proceeded to make excuses and said every dealer does it instead of admitting they lied and apologizing for being deceitful. The days of mark ups are over. Maybe they are having a hard time at Crest and need to steal from their customers to stay in business. This is a very shady dealership under shady management. I ve purchased 17 new vehicles since 2016 and I ve never been bold face lied to like this before. I ll never be back to Crest Honda and I would advise everyone to shop elsewhere. There are better honest dealerships out there.

If you read any review, read this one:Going to Crest Honda was actually the WORST experience ever. It started off bad from the beginning when I noticed the car I was interested in had a broken fog light that had not been there two days prior. After traveling an hour TO Crest Honda A SECOND TIME, I was disappointed to say the least that an already scratched up car had ANOTHER flaw especially since the car had gone through a MULTI POINT INSPECTION to be "certified."From the beginning, the car was advertised as a CERTIFIED PRE OWNED Honda vehicle with everything from the sticker to the official paper header that advertised it as such. It had NEVER ONCE been mentioned to me the possibility of it not being certified because why would a professional, established business that I'm about to spend THOUSANDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS at falsely advertise that their car is certified even though its not??It was then that Nick came to talk finances with me and was VERY UPFRONT about not budging on the price; although the car was priced at a CERTIFIED PRE OWNED rate when the car was not certified by any means. After being berated, belittled and outright INSULTED by being offered a different car by Nick because he refused to negotiate the price, we (somehow) found an agreeable price to move forward on. Despite Nick acting huffy that he had to go down a mere $500, I was finally feeling slightly better knowing that I would soon be able to make the hour drive back in my new car.I had just paid for my auto insurance and was escorted to finish up financing when I was informed by Remone that the car had never been certified and in fact, could NOT be certified because it had a recall on it. I was shocked to say the least and even WORSE nobody could offer me any sort of explanation on how this had happened. Even though as Nick had kindly mentioned to my parents and I that everything had to go through "a chain of command." You're telling me this "chain of command" was inhibiting you from negotiating the price of the vehicle, but was MORE THAN WILLING to sell me a FALSELY ADVERTISED vehicle? The only chain of command you're referring to is the patriarchy because something isn't adding up here.Austin, the dealer that first showed me the car, assured me several times the vehicle was a certified Honda vehicle and if the recall had not been done then I could take the vehicle to another Honda dealer to be fixed at no cost to me. He never disclosed that the vehicle in fact could not be certified with a recall on it and seemed like he kept avoiding the question of the recall all together. It was at that point that I had decided I had had enough and was ready to leave after being there two hours trying to get this vehicle. I was basically being lied to on several occasions as I had spoken to them about the certification warranty and the recall on the vehicle numerous times. Remone told me he would bring this situation up to the GM and that he would have the GM contact me about the matter. It's been 24 hours since I left the dealership, I thought I would have heard back from management, but I have not. This was my first experience buying a car and it proved to be very UNPROFESSIONAL and downright MESSY situation.
