Leigh Puchalski cannot be trusted.. I took my car to get an estimate for this place and for 2 minor dings she quoted me close to 10k. I played dumb, I had multiple quote including dealership and she tried to swindle me. She even tried to push me to claim through my insurance instead of personal payment. Imagine if it's a real accident dent and have to go repair here, it would cost 100k to a million dollars. Lol Beware of this lady, research what the average cost for your car, and look at your estimate base on what technical term for repair this lady is using.. everyone knows 2 minor dings cannot cost that much and cannot exceed extremely than a dealership quote, go at your own risk..

I don't write many reviews as usually I brush things off as people having a bad day, but I have honestly not been treated so rudely in a long time. Got rear ended this week and thought I'd stop by to have them take a quick peek as one of the only two Rivian certified body shops in Nashville. Immediately get scolded upon walking in as one of the ladies up front gestures towards their full repair shop and tells me like I'm an idiot that they are slammed, I should have called, and they work by appointment only. I clarified that I was only looking for a quick set of eyes in case there was confusion as I just want to make sure I'm not causing damage driving it while I wait for a repair date and that I wanted to get their thoughts on frame damage (a death knell for my truck). In the most deadpan "you are a moron" way, they tell me they're only going to see what I can see, and they'd have to put it up on a lift for anything more while basically rolling their eyes given the aforementioned gesturing at the full repair shop. Gosh, how much of a fool I was for not thinking that through and assuming someone with years of experience might have some intuition. It was as if I had inconvenienced them just by walking in.I guess customer service goes out the window when you clearly don't need the business. There were a hundred ways to treat me with kindness and have an amicable outcome. "We're so sorry you drove all this way; we'll get you taken care of but..." I get things are different since the pandemic and I totally understand if you don't want to look at it for liability reasons. I'm not unreasonable. However, treating me with disdain for not telepathically knowing all of that before I walk in is off the charts. Do better.The irony being I called the other Rivian certified body shop on my drive home, they gave me their direct cell number and educated me that the rails don't run that far back on my vehicle and there is little risk of frame damage based on what I told them and that it is highly unlikely I'm causing damage if it's only cracked panels right now. In two minutes on the phone, they put me at ease without ever stepping foot in their shop. Talk about a night and day difference.

The employees here are the most honest friendliest people in the automotive repair business. I had another shop install some coilovers and the bolts werent tight enough. The head mechanic showed me the problem and fixed it right on the spot. Now that is Customer Service! They have me as a customer for life. Highly recommend any Mercedes owner in Nashville to call these guys first.A+++Service: General repairs & maintenance

This was literally the best experience I have ever had at a body shop. Leigh and the team are fabulous. They get the job done better than right. I highly recommend these folks if have a European car or a Subaru!!

Absolute terrible experience avoid this place at all costs!!! I had my Tesla repaired here ordered the wrong headlights which delayed my repair over a month. Took my Tesla to the dealer after repairs and multiple things were overlooked (had Tesla do the repairs). Did not put together my passenger seat. And on top of all of this they misplaced my portable charger for my Tesla and claims they never had it. Funny how they threw all my adapters that were neatly placed in the bag all over the Frunk but didn't replace my charger.

My experience at ECR was outstanding. I had some repairs done on my Model 3 after it got Rear Ended. The Body work and paint job was Pristine. Huge Shoutout to Leigh for being very professional and friendly. This is the ONLY place I will take my vehicles for body work. Kelly in their body shop is the best body shop "artist" I've ever seen. He does things that are impossible to other shops. For whatever reason, my Teslas seem to be magnets for parking lot mishaps and they've done tons of body work for me over the years, and the results are always incredible. HIGHLY recommend! Even if they are scheduled our farther than some of the other guys, they're worth the wait!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

ECR did a beautiful job of repairing my Volkswagen after some pretty bad damage due to some debris on the road. They were very diligent about keeping me updated on the repair and the estimated finish date and time. Robert was wonderful in getting the car back to me on a day that they were not actually open so that I wouldn't have to pay more for my rental car. Great service, great end results!!

BE AWARE -- COMPANY & MANAGER ARE TERRIBLY CORRUPT!I caught him red-handed charging for work they didn't actually perform on my vehicle. Manager was angry he got caught. I made him give me a new statement of work showing the work was removed and therefore he owed me a $1500 refund. After months of arguing for the refund and refusing to put me in contact with his home office accounting department, he actually told me I would never see that money! The synchronized team at European Collision in Nashville (on Murfreesboro Pike) did such a good job of making my Lexus look brand new after a multi-car collission, that I went back to them with a dent from a golf ball. I have come to knew this crew to be kind, helpful, professional, and well-trained. They remembered me, remembered my car, my family, and turned my car around in a day looking brand new--again. I like that they do a great job for a very good price and I like the fact that I enjoy visiting them. It's great to see hardworking, honest people doing a good job and bulding a reputable business. My experience with ECR was nothing but a nightmare. I first dropped it off at the location on Murfreesboro Pike, and was quoted 2 weeks for the damages. I came back from visiting home two weeks after dropping my vehicle off, only to find out it was not touched those entire two weeks, and was in fact moved to their other location without my knowledge because they were behind on work and couldn t get to it. After finding out what was going on with my vehicle, I was told parts needed to be ordered for the additional damage found, and I said that was fine.A week later, I received an update stating it was to be painted that weekend and reassembled shortly after. When I asked for an update a few days after it was supposed to be painted, I found out it still had not been painted yet. This was a week after I was told it was going to be. Then, once it was finally painted and reassembled a week after the fact, I was told the parts ordered were not the correct parts and they were broken, holding my vehicle up an extra two days longer than they said.This facility had my vehicle for six weeks, three of those weeks it just sat there not being worked on or touched. That s six weeks of Ubers I ve had to pay for to and from work, totaling $600 if not more. I had asked for financial compensation due to the misinformation and ridiculous amount of time it took for them to repair my vehicle, only to receive $200 off a $1,300 repair. For a little bit of paint damage and front end damage, for which I provided the part? Absolutely ridiculous. I will not be going back to this repair facility and I suggest you don t either. This is the best shop around! A few years ago, the beautifully repaired rear end damage to my vehicle.A few days ago, Stephanie and Roger did a comprehensive inspection on a vehicle I just purchased that was totally misrepresented. Because of their diligence, the dealer will be taking their lemon back! Thank you European Collision Center!

Insanely unprofessional. Not only have they had my car for months, they send me an email that it was done and I show up a few days later to pick it up and it s in pieces. They send a manager to come talk to me and not only does he have zero information but he tells me my service guy Chaz isn t working there anymore and no one followed up with me? So who sent the email saying my car was done? Then this guy not only gets irate with me but he steps up to me like he was going to fight me IN THE LOBBY! This place was referred to me by the car dealership, but I definitely would NOT recommend it at all.Service: Body & Trim

I had a great experience with ECR. Kelly was the technician that helped with my boss's vehicle. He did a great job and was extremely knowledgeable and experienced with high end vehicles. Was told that we d get weekly updates but would never hear back unless we called them. Even then, would sometimes leave a message and then get no call back. 20 days went by while they were waiting on insurance to approve an adjustment but, by their own admission, they didn t contact the insurance company at any point during those twenty days to see what the hold up was. The initial claim was approved the same day it was made so I find it unlikely that it would take them 20 days to approve additional repairs that were needed. We drive a Tesla so repair shops are really spread out but I d rather drop my car off hours away after this experience.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

I have been in the retail automotive industry for almost 40 years. Worked most of it in Florida, then North Carolina and here in Tennessee. In all of that time I only met two other body shop repair facilities that are on the level of European Collision Repair on Crossings Blvd. in Antioch. Not sure how the other locations are but this one is probably the best paint and body work I have ever seen or heard of. All of the personnel are top tier from the front desk to the techs to the General Manager Bryan. They have worked on my national award winning 1988 BMW M6 , 3 of my prior SL models, my sons car, my wife's 2018 SL 63, my Subaru and if my dogs had a car they would get it to because they are great dogs but bad drivers. Truly if you want on time, correct estimate and an un believable paint finish.....this is the place.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I hit a bear on my way to Charlotte, NC. It damaged the front left side of my Mercedes-Benz. After filing a claim with my insurance, I submitted the collision data online to Mercedes. About 5 mins later Bryan Moody called (even before my insurance company had called). He told me when I got back in town he would take care of everything and he wasn't kidding. When I got back in town I took it to ECR. Mary did my estimate. She was very nice and accommodating. She answered all of my questions. Even before my insurance company had submitted their initial estimate and check Brian told me I could go ahead and bring my car in. The crew was very professional. They kept me updated and completed the repairs within the estimated time. They delivered my car to me. I am very pleased with the work. **Update** - I was contacted by the general manager of the shop, and I will say he went above and beyond to try and make this situation right. That is greatly appreciated. It is always nice to see companies who try to do right by their customers, and he did.Never again. It is a shame that this is the only shop in town that repairs Teslas. I will pay to take my car anywhere else if I ever need repairs again.What should have been a simple (no parts needed) repair turned into a 25-day nightmare experience. The insurance company blamed ECR. ECR blamed the insurance company. I ended up having to be the go-between to get anything done.Finally got the car repaired (and that part they did well), but not until after I was out of pocket for the additional rental days due to the incompetence of the individual handling my repair.And it wasn t my insurance company!!! Someone else hit me! If you are able to take your car somewhere else, do.

I was in an accident on September 8th, 2019. I immediately called my insurance company (Progressive) who offered to have it towed to one of their "preferred" shops - which ended up being a Berger Auto (huge chain of bodyshops). I then reached out to some of my local Nashville "car" contacts, and every single one of them recommended ECR (European Collision Repair). So, I called Progressive and told them I wanted to change shops, and that I know the laws, and they have to legally let me choose my own shop if I prefer - so then Progressive had it towed to ECR, where I couldn't have had a better experience!!! From everyone at the place being super friendly and willingly helpful, to the mechanics in the back that REALLY know their stuff (especially the guy that worked on tearing down my 2013 Audi TTRS - he was FANTASTIC!!!, but I forget his name). My car ended up being totalled out - which I don't think EVER would have happened had I just let Progressive handle the entire process and NOT had my car moved from Berger Auto to ECR, as ECR found TONS of things wrong/broken on the car that Progressive missed!! I absolutely recommend ECR and would stand behind their work any day of the week!!!

Great service. Very diligent with calling about updates, and the service quality is top-notch.As a fair warning (as of writing this review) if you have Progressive insurance, the labor rates for their estimate will not match the labor rates of ECR. Anticipate overpaying your deductible (this is a ding on Progressive, not ECR, of course).And FYI, Google is currently stating this place is "permanently closed." Not true. They're open.
