I had a terrible experience with Firestone stripping the bolts to my thermostat housing. They refused to fix the issue and I called around town for someone who could repair the problem. Bekim agreed to look at the issue immediately, gave a solution and topped up some fluids for free. I m very happy with their service and will definitely be returning! Highly recommend.

Happy to provide yet another 5 review for Continental Motorwerks. They were recommended to me by another shop in town that was too busy to get me in. To get a compliment like that from a competitor says a lot. They got me in quickly, diagnosed the problem efficiently, gave me an accurate quote of repairs, and had me back up and running. They specialize in all types of European cars like BMW and Mercedes-Benz. Their labor price is very reasonable as well! They are my trusted mechanic in Nashville.

They do amazing work at reasonable prices. I took my BMW X3 for a battery change, and Bekim and his staff were quick to get it done. Made an appointment to drop off my vehicle for the day but they were able to get the battery changed within 2 hours. I had a bad experience at BMW dealership, and I am very happy to have my go to auto shop. Bekim s experience and expertise in cars are comparable to the dealership at good prices. We are from out of town. Our daughter went to school in Nashville and is now working in the area. Her BMW broke down a while ago and we found this repair service. It s so hard to find honest, reliable, and good car repair services. They were amazing! I couldn t recommend them more! Our daughter only gets her car serviced here and we bring our other cars from Atlanta to be serviced too. They just repaired my Mini Cooper which we thought could not be repaired! This is the second time I've taken our Mini Cooper here for service. Twice for oil change and once for brakes. Mason is very communicative and will even send quotes over text so you don't have to worry about stepping out for a call.The team is very professional and the service is always quick. I meant to write this review a long time ago:I have a BMW, and Continental has been the ONLY shop I have encountered so far to bring my car to its absolute prime. Not to mention they did it so quickly. I have had good work done before, but there was always the trade off between good work, reasonable cost, and good communication.Here, the three were not mutually exclusive.I am so lucky to have stumbled upon these guys when I really needed help, and it has undoubtedly saved me so much grief. Mason and Bakim are top notch, honest mechanics.I was happy with their work on my EVAP system, but my check engine light came back on a few days later. They told me to bring it back, and no questions asked they found the error, fixed it, and had me back in the driver's seat that day without ever mentioning an extra charge. You trust them with your vehicle, and they'll take care of you.I have been dealing with a slew of issues with my old truck, and they both took really good care of me. They charge honest prices for quality work. Yes, they my be a little bit more expensive than the mom and pop shop 40 minutes outside of the city, but for Nashville proper, these are the best guys in town.I'm pretty savy with cars, and I know my truck really well. I needed to replace the gas tank and had insane quotes from other shops in town. Mason and Bakim went the opposite way, and said that if I felt confident enough in my knowledge, I could purchase the tank myself, save huge and they would install it for me. They also gave me some solid tips / reminders to guide me before I purchased one on my own. Keep in mind you can't hold a shop accountable for parts you buy.All-in-all, since my tried-and-true garage in Madison went out of business, I've been on the hunt for a reliable shop in Nashville. Thank god I found these guys. I refuse to take my truck to another mechanic in town so long as they're around.

Could not recommend more highly! I was visiting from out of town when my check engine light came on the evening before I was supposed to drive back (classic.) I came here first thing the next morning and explained my situation and they saw my car within 5 minutes of arrival and gave a diagnosis for free! It was such a great experience and the customer service was amazing. Would 100% come back!

I had my 2016 Bmw serviced at Continental Motorwerks. Brake booster went out on my X5. Bekim and Mason got me in within an hour. Estimate a couple hours later and pick up the next day. These guys are legit and take the time to get to know you. Years of experience and easy to work with. Go see them!

The team at CMW is top freaking notch. They have maintained all of my BMW's and always are fair and thorough in repairs and services needed. Bekim stands behind every nut and bolt of the job and quickly identifies issues. If you have a BMW, Benz, or Land Rover, this is the guy you want to go to. If you want to make your toyz go fast. They are both absolutely phenomenal mechanics. They know what they're doing and provide a great deal of knowledge to tell you what's going on. They go above and beyond in fixing your car and treat it as if it's their own. I couldn't recommend them enough.

He did an excellent job on the AC repair on my 2002 Tahoe and her also fixed my 2013 Escalade Fast,Knowledgeable and a very fair price!! It s hard to find trustworthy shops these days and these guy are and that s why I won t take my cars to anyone else!

Bekim is always know how to EXPLAIN and FIX the problem on ANY KINDA OF CAR that I ve brought to him. He is the only person that I trust on my car, and on my family cars. I ve put countless numbers of cars to him and he always be able to fix it. Not to mention Mason is also there and he is good with asian manufacture cars!
