The team at Childress Collision did amazing work on my car. When you can take an '05 car and remove the bumper and place a new one and it not be noticable at glance that's awesome. Mrs. Candy and the Mechanics kept me informed EVERY STEP of the way on what was taking place. I was never in the dark. It was done right and efficient. I HIGHLY recommend this team and if you do choose somewhere else well....you will choose wrong. Sorry but these people are the best. They deserve more than 5 stars. My car was hit buy several deers on central pike late one night,it was tore all to pieces,I was sick but they put it back together and it looks so good these guys are great. If you love your car take it to them,you will b glad you did.thanks childress collision.

Words can not explain how happy I am with Childress Collision, omg they are the best, communication regarding my vehicle was amazing. I spoke with Mr Childress and other staff, they are sooooo nice and treated my car like I was on the VIP list.. let s now talk about the repairs, omg! My Jeep rides like it was never an accident. Great experience. My car had damage to driver's door (but was driveable) after accident on interstate. I chose Childress after reading Google reviews and because they could perform the work earlier than other shops. Although the scheduled time was still a few weeks away Childress asked me to forward estimate so they could order a new door, etc. During the repair they kept me updated on status. Estimate completion date was 8-30-22 and it was completed that day. The shop did a fantastic job and returned car to me looking as though it just came from the dealer's showroom.Service: Body & Trim

Childress Collision repair fixed my car seamlessly and efficiently! It was not difficult for me to bring my car in to get quoted or to schedule an appointment in a reasonable time frame. Additionally, they only kept my car for a few days and assisted me in finding a rental car in the meantime. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Childress Collision Repair!

They were efficient and thorough when fixing my car, and they kept me updated during the whole process. They were very friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. PLUS, they performed a complimentary wash and wax of my car and it looked brand new when I picked it up after the repairs were complete. I m so thankful I found Childress, and I recommend them to anyone in search of good quality and trustworthy car repair!

The folks at Childress were friendly, professional and easy to deal with. Communication was solid through the whole process. The repairs look pretty good. When I called to book my appointment on the front end it took 1.5 months to get on their schedule, and it took 2 weeks to complete the repair after I dropped off my car. So all in, it was a 2 month process. For that reason I wouldn't use them again but I also had a good customer experience despite the time.

This is a family run business that is extremely well run. They take excellent care of their customers. Their communication is amazing throughout the repair process. They are honest, up front, and our vehicle was done exactly when they said it would be. It s rare to find a business these days that has such high standards and takes such good care of their customers!

Childress Collision Center did such an incredible job. This was the first time I've ever had a claim on my insurance, and I genuinely had no idea what I was doing. They helped me with the process every step of the way, and got my car back to me in less time than I anticipated! The work is perfect. I genuinely cannot tell that anything was fixed or replaced. Both the exterior and interior we're immaculate when I picked my car up.I highly recommend them, and God forbid, should I need repairs in the future, I will definitely use them again!

I was referred to Childress through Carvana in Nashville, after I had been struck from behind at a red light. Childress gave me a fast estimate for cost of repair. Not only was the estimate fast but the repair was completed very shortly after I dropped the vehicle off a few days later. Childress repaired my bumper perfectly! I was 100% pleased with the end result. My vehicle s rear end looks brand new! On top of the excellent body work completed by Childress, I was extremely pleased with the amazing customer service. Everyone was very welcoming, accommodating and patient through the process. They work great with insurance agencies and provide quality work! I would recommend Childress to anyone in need of vehicle repair!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Charles and the team at Childress Collision. When my car was side swiped I was bummed but I'm glad it lead me to Childress. They are now our families go to place! Charles walked me through the estimate process and did all the work in a timely manner. They even have an automated email that would update me on the progress of my vehicle. My car looks brand new. Also, Charles and Candy were very friendly and kind through the whole process. I took my car to Childress after an accident. Childress came highly recommended and they did not disappoint! The facility was spotless, the owners were helpful, kind, and informative throughout the whole process, sending me updates on a daily basis regarding the status of the repairs. I picked my car up today and could not be more pleased. The repairs were done to perfection and the interior and exterior were spotless!!

A deer ran out in-front of me while driving on the interstate, I had just bought my car. I took it to Childress Collision Center and they fixed it amazingly and thoroughly. My car drives just as good as before if not better and looks like nothing ever happened. Life time guarantee, I definitely recommend. Unfortunately I ran into the side of my garage on Monday morning with my right mirror. Fortunately, I called Childress Collision Center and they were able to check it out immediately, get it ordered, and I had a new one on my car within 48 hours of the incident. They were super responsive, very quick, and really friendly. I hope I don't have to use them again, but if I need any car work done, I'm definitely going back!Service: Body & Trim

This is the best experience I've ever had at any vehicle shop. I was greeted warmly at the office and did not have to wait long for someone to look at my vehicle and draft an estimate. Everyone was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was kept informed by phone and email throughout the process. The work is impeccable and flawless! I will never go to another shop as long as I am in Nashville.

I would like to start off by saying that there is no chance I would give this Childress Collision 5 stars, even though the performed decent work on my truck. I have full AAA coverage and brought my truck in with $2k worth of front-end damage (mostly bumper). I talked with the front desk gentleman and informed him I wanted my truck re-aligned, breaks checked, as well as some interior damage fixed that happened during the accident. The gentleman informed me that he (Childress Collision) would handle the situation and get back to me with an estimate.Two weeks later, I was called by Childress and informed that my truck was finished and that I could pick up my truck. After dropping off my rental and taking time off work to make it during business hours, I arrived to find my truck not completed. The bumper was fixed but Childress informed me that they did not re-align my truck fix the interior damage, or check my breaks. Instead they politely told me to call a break specialist and pointed me in the direction of some business cards on their counter.At this point I was irritated and a bearded gentleman from the back came out and informed me AAA wouldn t approve of the repairs. I asked him why I had not received a phone call or email and he informed me that he contacted AAA and there was no need to contact me. I informed him that it was my truck, my choice to bring the truck to Childress, and that I should have been informed if work was not being done that we had already agreed to. The bearded gentleman told me that he didn t even know if Childress had contacted me for repair information and that he had 30 clients and couldn t keep track of contacting them all. Yes., literally told me he couldn t be accountable for his job and inform his clients of what work was or was not being done because he was overwhelmed?I immediately called AAA and inquired and AAA informed me that they would pay for the repairs and I could leave my truck at the shop longer to get repairs. While Childress did do good work on the truck that they actually performed, I chose not to leave my truck longer and take it elsewhere. Childress online reviews are all 5 stars from what I was reading online and that is the reason I chose to go there. They definitely lack in communication and accountability.Good work put I guess this goes down as another company who lacks in professionalism. This could of been resolved and avoided by actually emailing or calling your customers.
