Parked my car illegally after specifically instructing them to park between the solid white lines, my Versa was parked between dotted white lines where there is literally a sign that says "no parking allowed." I contacted the man who had towed it there and he never responded. My car was not drivable so my boyfriend had to physically push my car into a spot that was legal so that my car wouldn't get towed after a neighbor threatened to call a tow truck. This was a stressful situation to begin with and this situation made it much worse. Don't recommend it. I'm out of hundreds of dollars for this to be the service I received.

Larry and terell, both great people. You can tell Larry has been doing this a while in the manner of how he moves. Nonetheless I really appreciate yall helping me out tonight. It sucks being in a tough spot but it's reassuring knowing you have people like this company to help.

My husband's truck died on the side of I65 at 6 am. Larry got there quickly, was kind and professional and delivered my husband and our truck safely. Clean truck, fair price. Highly recommend!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. LARRY TOWED MY CAR TO MY HOUSE PULLED THE BUMPER OFF AND JUST STUFFED IT IN THE BACKSEAT. DIDNT BOTHER TELLING ME IT HAPPENED OR EVEN TELLING ME THAT THE CAR WAS OUTSIDE. LEFT MY KEYS OUTSIDE OF THE CAR THEN TELLS ME TO BRING THE CAR BY TO HAVE THE BUMPER FIXED. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, HE FAST TALKS YOU ON THE PHONE AND LIES AND SAYS WHATEVER HE CAN TO GET YOU OFF.

Larry was ok at the beginning, sounded like he was in a hurry. When he arrived I paid up front and ask if he would like the address, stated he would follow me there. He just left my vehicle at the wrong address and LEFT. TERRIBLE experience so if you call ask for anyone BUT LARRY

2 1/2 hours from home i had to call my first wrecker. The great service started with the Hello on the other end of the phone. Terrell was efficient, funny, and professional. Highly recommend!

Called my first buy and tow service today, as unfortunate as it was Larry came as fast as he could and towed by vehicle on a Sunday last Minute. He was very professional and kind. Totally recommend this place. Thanks Larry.
