one of the best car experiences i ve had yet. they were really kind and knowledgeable about everything. Devon and Cameron were so awesome. I m definitely coming back here again.oh and they did a great job on my alignment!

1-12-24 Devon was very helpful. He shared lots of information and the service was very quick and he shared with me things that may need to be done in the future. I highly recommend this location and I will be doing all of my business regarding Brakes and I ll find out what the other things they do at that location. I am very pleased. In regards to the price that I paid. They beat everybody.

Great work !! It was my first time getting work done with Budget Brakes. They explained all my cars needs and asked what specifically I wished to get done. All work was completed in less than an hour . Great staff!! They answered all my questions and explained thoroughly!! Thank you so much for the awesome experience!

D. Tass is one of the reps this particular was straightforward and honest. Even help some of the price. Fixed a problem that a shade tree had done. They were quick and efficient with service. I have taken several cars of the years to this particular location with no problems. As the saying goes you get what you pay for appreciate fellas.

When I lost my hubby 3 years ago I've had to take care of my car. We always used Budget Brakes so today I brought car in they took it from there. Not to hard on my billfold. Very nice people working there. Got good brake now so if y'all need Brakes this is the place to be.

I had a great experience at Budget Brakes in Nashville, Devon was a super professional individual, I showed up with almost zero brakes and the car barely stopping. After they took the wheels off he took me out to the view the car and seeing that we needed to replace all 4 rotors and pads. So I gave him my approval and it was done in less that an hour. This was very important to me because it is my Mother s car and we left out of there with a true piece of mind and her car now stops perfectly smooth as it should. We are very thankful for the prompt and courteous service provided to us. Thank you Devon.

The guys were extremely helpful and professional with getting my car in quickly and getting back with an estimate. The service that was done was incredibly fast, considering what my car needed, and it drives better than it has in along time.The team were all very good at what they do, no matter who I talked to they all had the same professional approach and demeanor. I have seen the commercials on TV, I needed an alignment, loved you can schedule an appointment online. Arrived a little early, they got me right in. The mechanic took the car for a test drive before and after, back on the lift because it wasn't perfect, another test drive and, perfect. The guys at the shop are very knowledgeable, friendly and VERY honest.I watched them interact with other customers while there, customers had them look at their cars after visiting another shop, they inspected the car , walked the customer out to show them the brake system, nothing needed. Never trying to sale parts not needed.I wish this shop did more than brakes and alignment. The only shop I would use for brakes and alignment.Awesome work guys.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Be careful going here. I called this BB location asking for a rough quote on rotors, calipers and pads for my truck and the gentleman would not even quote me prices on parts for the specific make and model! This tells you all you need to know. Again, be careful with this place.

Find out the price of break pads and rotors for your vehicle BEFORE you let these ppl rob you. Rotors are not that expensive, they are charging you HUNDREDS of dollars in labor. Thank me later.
