I had a positive experience with appointment scheduling day of and a free brake check. They were able to get me in within an hour. When I arrived they had my analysis complete within 30 minutes (even with several folks ahead of me). Bobby quoted the price, parts affected and we decided to do the work ourselves. Bobby was polite and efficient. We would recommend budget brakes to others.

I went there because another shop recommended me to them. I have a 2014 Dodge Ram. Had some front end work done by the Dodge dealership but to me the alignment wasn't good and still had a pull. Took it to a shop and they tried twice and it wasn't right. So obviously being mechanically inclined I knew it was something else going on. Now this shop that tried twice recommended me to Budget Brakes.Get there early,first one there. So after his examination which I watched,he said that I needed a whole new front end. Man I'm like how is that. Quotes me some ridiculous price, $2000 plus dollars. Even said that I needed upper ball joints,Dodge replaced control arm with new bushing 6 months ago. I'm like ok..So I went to Bass Tire Company on Nolensville,I've used them before and was very satisfied. End up being a tie rod end and a professional alignment. 300 bucks! You tell me!! Drives like new! Thanks again Bass Tire company.. I know its tax season but I don't get taxes back.

We have a great experience with Budget Brakes. The cost to completely repair my daughter's front brakes was lower than in other places. And when I wasn't ready to do the back drums for the additional cost they didn't try to push me into it. But what they did was send a 20% off coupon to come and get the work done. I am sure that cuts into their profit but if they hadn't sent it then I would have not had the work done. And even though they had not seen a coupon like that for like 2 years they said, they still honored it and I didn't have to fight to get it. That means I will be going back for any other brake needs I have. They even checked the front ones again to make sure everything was still good.Service: Auto brake repair

Amazing service at an amazing price! Dustin and his team went above and beyond to help fix my brakes. Not only did they do a wonderful job, they also worked incredibly hard to make sure the repair was affordable. It's hard for me to imagine that you can find a better place to have your car serviced in the area.

The guys at this location were great with communication on what was needed to be done to my car. They were not aware of coupons that were sponsored by AARP for this location. If this was made more noticeable, you my have more business maybe.

DO NOT GO HERE took my car here for a brake job and one of the employees told me 5 to 6 grand to get my car repaired. Doesn t sound like a budget to me. Fortunately, I declined and have since found a personal mechanic doing the same job for way more affordable.

I drive over 20 miles to their closest location to me and pass numerous other shops along the way. These guys at Budget Brakes never cease to amaze me. They ve been taking care of all my vehicles for many years and I ve always left there feeling like they charged me very fairly, sometimes even using a coupon of which I wasn t even aware, they honor warranties on past work whenever they can justify it without me even having to ask. My vehicle is driving and braking safely as it should when I drive away, so why would I ever even take a chance by using another shop?

I came to this Business sometime in November of last year to get my breaks fixed . Since the name of the business is Budget Brakes I thought it would be cheap and easy. Five hours and 1200$ dollars later I m broke and owe ppl money. I am a 17yr old Black girl the people who worked on my car (my very first car) were middle aged white men. To say they ripped me off is an understatement. At the time I had only 900$ saved for unexpected expenses when I had told the mechanic this he told me they would not be able to get my car to me because of the bad shape that it is in. At that moment I should ve seen that as a red flag but I thought nothing of it and called ppl I knew to get to 1200. This man threaten to not give me MY CAR if I did not pay, being only 17 and naive I went ahead and paid and am deeply ashamed and regretful of doing so. Because not only do my brakes not work anymore they have gotten worse. I thought mechanics ripping women off was something conjured up by social media but this has proved me wrong. I wasn t able to bring my parents with me because they were at work and with the name being budget they believed I would get a fair and just deal. Yet I was bamboozled. If I could give negative stars I would shame on all the people who are working there then and now.

The day I went they were short staffed and slammed with people. With a ton going on I was treated like the only customer. My repairs were bigger than expected but they took the time to explain everything to me. Great customer service. First time there and won t go anywhere else.

Bobby, the manager, did an outstanding job of thoroughly checking my brakes, giving me the details of what needed to be done, and provided a very reasonable cost quote. He was very nice, knowledgeable and kind.

This was my third trip to Budget Brakes and my third pleasant experience. I originally had brake issues (basic, I know) and Mark was very helpful in showing me the problem and explaining the solution to prevent this from happening in the furure, at no cost to me. The second trip back I had them replace my rear brakes and haven t had issues since. So my front brakes started going bad again as a result of using another business that used some cheap rotors and pads. I was in a tough spot because I drive for a living and Dustin came through and really helped me out by getting me situated with a better setup. I am extremely grateful and would recommend this location, in particular, just based off of the level of service I received. These guys take their business seriously and because of that, I will be back!

The car dealer told my wife she needed new rear brakes but the fronts were ok. I knew this did not sound right so I took her car to budget brakes to get an honest answer andher rear brakes still had 70% of the pad and the fronts were ok. Good to have someone you can trust

I always have a great experience here. Came in with no appointment at 8:00 am I was back on the road by 10:30 am with a full set of brake pads and rotors.Also wanted to say it has been over 11 years since I had brake work done and I hope these will last that long!!

Awful customer services. I have changed brakes, arms and other parts at this place trying to fix my car. Also, I have spend over $2000 in less than one year, and my car is not working properly. Every time, I come to check on my last work, the technician or manager advise for more and more parts to replace. A few weeks ago, he was very rude and yelling at me because I went back with the same problem. Very disappointed about this awful and dishonest business!

Honestly for shops that make you buy their parts it s not crazy high. Pretty sure Midas is cheaper. It s not bad for just brake pads. Wouldn t buy rotors. $110 each for rotors is highway robbery. Check the price of them online if you don t know what these things actually cost.. the only upside is they re usually fairly quick. Brake pads ok. Rotors hell naw

Fast service, friendly staff. What I thought was wrong with my car was not the issue at all. They didn't charge me for the inspection and was honest about the problem. I will be using them going forward for all of my brake, suspension and steering repairs!

I bought a car without knowing much of its maintenance history and I scheduled a brake inspection after some persistent squeaking. He told me I had pads that would last a long time (still at 85%!), and he didn t charge me a dime. He even sprayed some anti-squeak on for me. He knew I was worried about an expensive job and could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge about the vehicle but instead I got to leave with complete relief. I will definitely recommend and will be back once I do need them!

It was our 1st visit at Budget Brakes. We appreciated the time Dustin took to explain our cars issues and answer all of our questions. We also appreciated a referral of where to fix issues they don't fix there. Eddie did great repair work and Dustin rocked the alignment afterwards. Our car is riding well and we would recommend their service, we will be return customers. Thanks guys!

They did not fix my emergency brakes. I told me I needed a new cable, but they didn't do that job.My mechanic fixed that problem in 10 minutes. NO NEED REPLACE ANYTHINGIt was expensive and no job completed

The men are very courteous and knowledgeable. This was my third time using Budget. This time was for a warranty on roters. Everything was done no charge. I have recommended them to friend.

Budget Brakes is the best! Dustin and Blake took very good care of me! I drove 6 hours from Charlotte on bad brakes. I called and made an appointment even though I was an hour late they still told me to come in. They inspected all my brakes for free and told me what I needed. I knew my brakes were really bad and I had to replace my rotors as well. I couldn t afford to get all that my car needed so they offered payment plans. I didn t qualify because I was from NC. But the guys still worked with me because they didn t want me to keep driving on those awful brakes and they notice I had new driver sticker on my car. They said my teenagers can t drive on those bad brakes. The prices were very affordable. I am so glad I came here and now I can drive back to NC safely. I really want to thank them for all these guys have done. They even gave me pointers in how to keep my brakes from wearing out too quickly. I am a single woman and I did not feel like they were taking advantage and that is rare where I come from. This is a family oriented business they just don t treat you like a customer they treat you like family! I told the guys I will drive 6 hours just for their service!Service: Brakes

Great place and employees , they got me in and out fast and didn't give me the run around about all this unessarary stuff that needed to be done , I had breaks pads put on at Gateway tire in Cool springs who charged me 350$ plus to have them installed and I had budget brakes do the same work for half the price. I will definitely use the nolensville rd budget brakes facility again to have any brake work performed on all my vehicles from now on .

Find out the price of break pads and rotors for your vehicle BEFORE you let these ppl rob you. Rotors are not that expensive, they are charging you HUNDREDS of dollars in labor. Thank me later.

I took my Dodge Charger in to the Budget Brakes shop on Nolensville Rd. in Nashville, TN for a brake job. I arrived mid-morning on a Friday. I did not have an appointment, however Blake placed me in the queue and was able to call me back within an hour with an estimate. I approved the work and I had my Charger back by mid-afternoon.The personnel were confident and courteous and the cost for repair was reasonable considering what Budget Brakes had to do.I wholeheartedly endorse this business and will likely use them again when I need to take my Chevy Silverado and Ford Escape in for service as needed.
