Small, family-run business was so helpful! They got me in right away and took a look at what the issue could be. They were thorough, descriptive, fair, and very friendly. I will definitely be back when I need a mechanic again!

Bradley s Import Service does amazing work. I had an issue with my Honda Accord that the dealer diagnosed incorrectly and when I took the vehicle to Bradley s they were able to correctly diagnose the issue. They had my car fixed within a couple days. They are extremely thorough, honest, and do an exceptional job. They were so much more cost efficient than the dealer and I will now be taking my car to Bradley s going forward for all my auto service needs. I cannot say enough great things about Bradley s Import Service!!!!!

We took our Toyota Sienna to Bradley's Import Service for service based on the recommendation of another local shop. The service we experienced with Bradley's was outstanding. The service was quick and the cost was very reasonable. When my wife picked up the vehicle after the repair, they even took the time to show her what was wrong with the old parts and explained why they needed to be replaced. We were very pleased with our experience and will definitely be going back when we need service.

Simply the best. Tim and James have kept our ageing fleet (I drive a 97 Camry) of Toyotas and Hondas chugging along. We've been customers for 18 years with multiple cars.

These folks are good people.1. The owner has been in the same building since 1995 or so. That alone should be telling.2. These men know their Hondas, Toyotas, Subarus and the like. Do I sometimes not like to hear what they tell me? Yes. Am I mechanic? No.3. Never have these fellas tried to upcharge me. They give me their honest opinion on the work they think needs to be done and that's it. That is it. If they think that something needs doing, they will tell me. If I suggest something that doesn't, they'll tell me, and not charge me to do anything unnecessary.4. They have great rates.5. Do they have the biggest, prettiest facilities and lots of diagnostic reports and fancy front desks with people to wait on you? Nope. They are craftsmen, experts in their trade, men who know their stuff and the worth and weight of their opinions and knowledge; these are men who have little time for needless frippery. These are the guys to whom your father and grandfather would take their vehicles and the vehicles of their wives, the vehicles that cart around their kids.These are all reasons why you need to become a patron of Bradley's Import Service.

If you are looking for a shop you can trust, these are your people! Fair price when I replaced my alternator. They have also been honest about repairs that are unnecessary when I have gotten second opinions from them. Cannot recommend them enough!

I found Mr Bradley while I was searching for a hard-to-find battery for a Honda. He had it in stock, priced it lower than other sources, and I experienced Tim and his son, James, as honest and reliable in the transaction. If I need repairs or services to my Honda(s) or Toyota beyond my capability, I will certainly call on them.

I ve been going to Tim Bradley for over ten years. He is the best mechanic I have ever encountered. Extremely honest and trustworthy. Very fair with his prices. And a super nice guy. You can t do better.

This place is absolutely best in class for auto repair. I've been going to auto repair places in Nashville for almost 20 years and have never dealt with someone so fair and helpful in that timeframe. I've dealt with several others who I didn't trust at all before I went to Tim at Bradley's.
