They said my car would be ready in a few hours. Called 4 hours later they said it would be ready in about an hour. 4:45PM I call again, no answer, turns out they decided to lock my car up overnight and close without telling me. I walked home. Next day I give them heads up I was coming to pick up the car. I show up, they say 5 minutes left to go, I wait 15 minutes and then the receptionist walks away and so do I, without my car, again. Hours later I get a call that it s finally ready. Thanks for all the wasted time and for never being honest with me.

New to Nashville. I needed an an oil change and a check-up for my BMW. I choose this place becasue they had a awesome Google reviews (only 2 reveiws) Its a small shop but damn... Google was right! I had to add my own reveiw.Beside having the confusing name "BMW repair" on Google and a "Percison Auto' sign I give this place top marks. I dont like to give 5 STARS to any business but what can I say? They were exactly what I want from an auto repair business ! I will continue to be thier customer in the future. They got my work done, did it when they said they would and recommended what my car needed. I wont go back to a BMW dealership. This place can do the work on my BMW and take the time to give me personal service. Met the office manager Savanna and the owner Alex.

This is the only place I'll take my BMW for service. Courteous professional service at a fair price. I couldn't ask for more.

Awesome people and they are very cool and explain everything to you from start to finish give you options to fix it or not tell you what's the problem and go from there I recommend these people hands down.
