My husband and I highly recommend this particular location in Nashville. We had wonderful service, particularly Brad in the service department. The team worked to get us off the expressway in a timely fashion and got us back on the road so we could head home north

Literally saved the day! 7 horses loaded heading to a horse show when the brakes started locking up on the interstate! They had us back on the road in no time and were amazing to work with!

My family and I were on vacation and got a flat tire on our travel trailer. It was so stressful but Jennifer and Felix helped us out. They worked with our crazy Good Sam warranty and went above and beyond. Thank you again for helping. Highly recommend if you are in Nashville area.

My husband and I was traveling from Florida to Wyoming , we stoped in Tennessee for the night.Once s we got back on the road shortly after starting, we had a blow out on the trailer, on the side of the interstate.We called and spoke to Brad (he was amazing)we told him about our situation and he was able to send Miguel to us!Miguel was able to help us put our spare on our trailer. Once he was done we went headed back to their shop. They was ready to put the new tire on for us and checked the air in our other tires as soon as we got there.Over all Amazing service! They truly care for their customers! 5 Stars from us!

Very impressed with how quuck i was able to get trailer tires put on. They have a huge selection and quantity of tires readily available. If needing a service call, they are quick to respond usually within 2 to 3 hours. Our company uses them and Bill does a great job with getting the ball rolling for service calls

We where heading home to New York City and they fit us in with an appointment for a wheel alignment and balance for our RV. Amazing people and very helpful and we thank you so very much. We are in the road now, our RV is Absolutely perfect driving. Thank you again highly highly recommend for your RV or truck. Tennessee you are great people and see you soon again.

I own a 310J backhoe.I called Logan around 4pm today. He was prompt, responsive and on target. He came out, left for an emergency reason and then came back out later that day to help me out. We had a 2" gash and he still put a patch on it so that I can get it on a trailer. Left around 7pm, or later. Great service. Told me the best tire for the ground situation on that jobsite. Logan is my new favorite person in my phone book.

Pro) Large warehouse directly connected to shop. Drive even your big rig right inside.Con) Took way too long came in for 1 dump truck tire, semi tractor who arrived 10 minutes after me had all 10 of his tires replaced before they even pulled my tire out of stock. Service guys kept telling me 10 minutes more took 2 hours.

Needed a tractor they had one in stock and even mounted it for me. Said it would be an hour went and got lunch and they called 30 minutes later and said it was ready and I was able to bushhog the rest of the day very pleased

Called "Jay" while in Kentucky about getting 4 new super single drive tires, he quickly checked and found me 4 tires, and I let him know that I would be offloading about a mile away and would be there asap..he not only relieved my anxiety of finding the tires and insuring that they would work me right in but once I got there he double checked and save me around $700.00..i would highly recommend these people and to know that you can get your vehicle problems resolved is priceless almost

Had a 3 axel alignment- perfect job! All my tire wear issues are gone. Steering is perfectly centered. Reasonable price with fast & friendly service. I'll definitely be back!

These guys are the best! Scott is a very personable and honest salesman! Bought new trailer tires and went back for the last 4 and had a blowout next day, where one of the casings came loose at the seams.. Contacted my salesman and even on a Sunday, he made it right! As long as we own trucks, we'll never buy tires anywhere else! Thanks Scott and BestOne!

Arrived in my Rv 45 min before closing and got in line behind two 18 wheelers. TJ promptly came to my rig and got the details. I left him the keys. At 8 AM TJ called to let me know my rig was ready. 6 new tires, stems and balance all done before breakfast. Amazingly fast, efficient with no hassle. Thanks to TJ and crew.

Hate this place service at the shop behind the counter is terrible. They look at you like your a bother. But my company has a account with them so I guess I still have to go there.

Had one tire replaced maybe it was an off day for them but it took two and half hours and a guy I talked to in the waiting was getting one tire replaced was there four hours. But they where very nice at the service desk so maybe just an off day

Iam coming to make appointments to change some tire my truck but iam wainting 30 mn the guy working front desk they dont have good cusmer care no body talk to you when come here

We did a favor for them and did a service call and a new tire. We have called several times and emailed several times. Its been almost 2 months now and Brian Dobbs wont even call us back. The accounting department has been no help either.

While traveling from Cincinnati to Arizona in my motorhome we suffered a tire failure on I-40 near Dickson Tennessee. Made contact with Tara and Bill. They quickly found the correct tire and dispatched Marcus to change it. Marcus almost had the tire changed before I could get out of the motorhome. He is extremely capable and professional. We then drove back to Nashville and got a new set of tires. It is a commercial operation so no fancy waiting room just quick professional service. I highly recommend them to my motorhome family. Thanks again Marcus, Tara and Bill!!
