Truly deserves a 10/10 review. Ben has helped me with small issues like tire repairs, and larger issues like exhaust and vacuum leaks. His service has fully earned my trust. He treats my car better than some owners treat their own vehicle. Everyone I've recommended to him has told me how happy they are with his service. First and only choice for a mechanic in the area.

Thank you Ben! This business deserves a 10 Star rating! It was a Saturday 2 hours before they close and I found a nail in my tire, loosing air fast. Ben got me in quick. Such a wonderful experience! I ll be back for sure and highly recommend this business.Service: TiresService: Tires

I will forever and always recommend Ben and his team to anyone in the Nashville area! They are honest, reliable, and patient. I've gone to this shop for a variety of repairs, services, and even minor questions over the past few years. Each time, the work is done in a timely manner and repair updates are provided throughout the entire process. Ben and his guys are knowledgeable. He takes care of my car without charging an arm and 2 legs for it. If Ben cannot guarantee the safety of his works for any reason, he will refuse to do it. Because he wants it done right and correct. That shows responsibility and integrity.

Ben s was able to help me with a tire that had a nail in it and tire rotation. I was really glad to find a local shop near me that had experience with Tesla cars. Service was fast, friendly and professional. The lobby is very welcoming and everything is very clean.

I had my car towed here after it wouldn t start. They were able to unload it directly onto the lift. Ben was very professional and patient the brief meeting I had. Minh and his team were quick and smart in their diagnosis and repair of the no start. Minh also did an alignment so now the steering wheel is nice and aligned, and it tracks perfectly straight and drives like brand new! The shop and waiting area are all impressively clean as well. Thank you Minh and Ben s Auto Service & Tire for taking care of my beloved car!

We needed our car serviced because the engine light had come on. I started researching places to take it and found that Ben's Auto Service had great reviews. I called and spoke with Ben. He was super friendly and was able to get our car in for repair the same day! His shop lived up to the reviews. He was very knowlegable, communicated with us before doing the repair and the price was very fair. We were very happy and will definitely be back! Being new to Nashville, it was difficult to find a quality auto service business with reasonable prices. Purely by happenstance, someone told me about Ben's Auto Service awhile back and that is where I've had all of my vehicle work done. Ben and his crew operate a remarkably impressive vehicle service and tire shop with the added bonus of having very reasonable rates. I now recommend Ben's Auto Service to all of my friends and every single one of them has voiced appreciation for the referral.Postscript: Love the wide assortment of complimentary refreshments and free highspeed Wi-Fi.

I was in Nashville for work, and the last day of my conference, I had low tire pressure, and upon further inspection, found a nail in my tire. I had a 3-hour drive ahead and no one could get me in on short notice on a Saturday, until I called Ben's. They saw me immediately and repaired my tire. They were remarkably friendly and helpful. So thankful for them! The shop was clean and welcoming as well. Highest recommendations!Service: Tires

We had gotten a flat on our way into Nashville. We had a full size spare but really didn't want to risk going back to VA without a spare tire. I walked into Ben's and the owner was so kind and helpful. He was able to get me a tire to replace the one that blew. He refused when I offered extra money for the tire and his staff was just as helpful and friendly as he was. If you're in the area and in need of a mechanic or tires, this is the shop you need!Service: Tires

I brought my 02 Ford Explorer Sport Trac to Ben s after a recommendation from a friend. The last shop I had used was expensive, and more than once left me with a large bill after not completely fixing the problem I initially brought it in for. I needed a harmonic balancer replaced for my truck, and not only did Ben s replace it for less than my previous shop quoted, but they wound up running into problems during the replacement and did not charge me extra for diagnosing the problems they found in the process. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Rest assured that you will be taken care of at Ben s.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Just like other folks on the review page, I had an amazingly experience with them. They were friendly, welcoming and most importantly genuine!! I had issues with Spark Plug and Ignition coil problem in my car and they told me that I will have to get all spark plugs changed and only 1 ignition coil (And not all 4). Before I came here, I went to a different shop and they told me to replace all 4 ignition coils and all 4 spark plugs even though it wasn t needed. So this experience told me that they are as genuine as they can be. Few months later, I had other minor issues with my car and they diagnosed my car for free and they told me that I don t have to worry about fixing them. Have recently begun taking our vehicles to Ben s shop. The prices are great! And they have gotten us in for service very quickly which means so much. Mike who mans the office is very trustworthy and I couldn t ask for more in a mechanic! Definitely recommend.

Ben is absolutely amazing. You can tell he actually cares about his customers and their safety. I just brought my car in and he gave me a great deal & was super fast. I was visiting from Texas and my vehicle stopped on me late on a Saturday and didn t have many options. My tow truck driver mentioned the shop and said they were honest people so I had it towed there. They had other cars ahead of me and I was supposed to be driving back home for Christmas that week. They ended up getting me fixed up and ready to go that Monday! They re great at what they do and have great customer service. I m glad I had no other option, but the BEST OPTION!

Ben is THE MAN. Had a friend refer him to me and I will definitely be going back for any future needs. Incredibly kind and awesome guy. Communicated very well over phone and text with how much and how long it would take for my brakes. Got the job done quick and at an awesome price. Ben is amazing. He s very sweet and walks you through each thing he will be doing and finds. His prices are reasonable and he made me feel at ease when leaving my car with him. He has went above and beyond for me and my boyfriend, even coming to meet us when my car died and he wasn t sure why. Ben is a great and kind man. He always treats me very well and all of the other clients, he treats everyone the same. They provide tremendous service at a very reasonable price. I always take my car to Minh Truong, I trust him and Ben completely with my car. They always go out of their way to provide the best service possible for their customers. Awesome place. I got a flat on I65 on the way to Florida. Changed it and searched for a place to repair it. Came across Ben's. They quickly got me in and patched the tire for a low price. All the workers were so nice. I wish I was from the area. They'd get all my business.

I've used Ben a few years now. I can't emphasize enough how much I recommend him. He has fantastic service, quick turn around time and extremely competitive pricing. When a car needs service, I reach out and am able to get serviced within the week. If its an oil change, its usually done within 20 minutes. He has kept my car and my wife's car running perfectly since I became a customer. If my grandmother were still driving I would make sure she used Ben.
