This is the first collision center I've ever worked with, but I hope it's my last or that they are still there if I ever need repair work done again... they are amazing. Tom there was fantastic. My own insurance company was slow to respond, but Tom took initiative to contact me via text and call, simply to let me know of the pending process that lay ahead. This consideration from the beginning was very reassuring and displayed professional care that seems hard-found. Repair work was done despite holiday schedules and 8" of spontaneous snow around the area, and questions I had post-pickup of my vehicle were met with diligent responses and welcomes to bring my vehicle back to their shop for a second look (although not needed after all). I certainly don't hope I *need* to return to a collision center, but I'll be headed right back there if I ever do. Tom rocks. The lobby staff rocks. The techs obviously rock. HIGHLY recommend!

My truck was broken into so I took it to beaman for repair. There I met with a rude enterprise rep and then Barbie with Beaman took over. She handled my repair and dealt with my insurance perfectly. Impeccable customer service . Top notch care. I highly recommend Beaman. Especially ask for Barbie. She is on point. My truck repair was perfect also. Thank you so much

I was rear-ended prior to the Christmas holidays and was told my car would not be finished prior to leaving the state. It was finished while I was gone, and the insurance stopped paying for my rental while I was dealing with the holidays. Beaman told me not to worry, they would cover the cost of my rental until I returned. The repairs they did were outstanding, you can t tell I was ever hit. They do fantastic work and take care of people first!

If you ever need body work done on your vehicle, do not hesitate to see Barbie! Her attention to detail and care for us was nothing like we had never seen!! She truly cares about her customers and will make sure they are happy from beginning to the end of the process. She makes everything simple and made us feel so much better about our situation. She even was able to get us in within a few days to have the job started !! Thanks Barbie and thanks Beaman for everything !!

Dealing with cars is always a frustrating process. I dropped mine off before the holidays so I expected a delay. Then it snowed and iced over which caused more of a delay. If I did not have Barbie assisting me and answering all my questions in a timely manner, I would have been so lost and frustrated. She kept me updated by always texting and was always easy to reach. I enjoyed her assistance and recommend anyone who is using Beaman to ask for Barbie for assistance as she was so kind, helpful, and responsible. She made my situation 10x better and for that I am so thankful.

I brought my car here after hearing and seeing great reviews! The process was quick. Barbie was very communicative. The front desk lady is very nice and I would recommend this business to everyone if they want their car looking brand new again!

I took my vehicle to this shop because I assumed with its longstanding reputation and volume it would be a sound decision for my Toyota when damaged. After reading the reviews, I was a bit concerned about my decision and was not looking forward to the inevitable crises to follow. However, my fears were unfounded and my experience was a positive one. Quick in, quick out. Convenient rental service inside the building. My point of contact was Tom but I also spoke with Amber of the time my car was being repaired. I received regular updates regarding estimates, parts ordering, and completion date. The work was done to my satisfaction and I am back on the road. Based on this recent experience, I wouldn't hesitate to visit this business in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Although she was not my actual claims manager, Shauna with Beaman Collision is beyond amazing! She was extremely communicative with me throughout the process and kept me informed through the whole process. The repairs did take a little longer than anticipated, but in instances like that, any news is appreciated and Shauna went above and beyond for me! Thank you again for your professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction!

One of the most ridiculous experiences I ve ever had with any business in any line of work. Took two weeks for a super simple repair, but that was the least of my problems. The shop doesn t have an answering machine and I had to call countless times to get any sort of update on my car. I ended up having to show up in person to get anyone to talk to me and still have zero info on when my car would be ready. I got the feeling they were screening my calls and asked someone else to call and see if they got answered. Miraculously, they answered on the first ring. I would never recommend this place to anyone based off of the attitudes and poor service of everyone I interacted with.

Barbie took care of me from start to finish and my car looks as good as new. Beaman took care about of all dealings with the insurance company and Barbie communicated with me at every step along the way. Both Barbie and Sam took good care of me and made sure I got back my Tesla on time. Much appreciated! I dropped the car early morning for a windshield replacement and got my car back by 2pm. And was needing a cup of coffee - thanks for that coffee Barbie!

Beaman repaired one of the doors on my Tesla model 3. The work was immaculate and they were easier to work with than my insurance company. Katrina specifically was prompt in answering questions and had my car ready sooner than expected. 10/10 would recommend and they will be my go-to if I need work done in the future.

Had one of the best customer service experiences here this week. Was initially told it would take weeks to get my Tesla in for repair then Barbie came to the rescue! I kindly asked to be considered if there were any cancellations. Within an hour she called and said there was one and moved me to the next day. She was kind, thorough and kept my needs in front of her at all times. Love this place! So happy I found it. Thanks Barbie!!!

My Tesla Model Y had hail damage, and I took it to Tesla Collision at first to fix. After waiting for 20 days for their appointment, I dropped it on Aug 16th. Then there was no communication, no response through their app, or through emails or phone. After 2 weeks, I had to go there in person and "find it". I got lucky to find Beaman would work on Tesla. Thanks to Barbie Hemmingsen, I got my car in for service the same day. They completed everything in just a couple of days. Overall, I am very satisfied with their work.

First, my service date wasn't until 7/10/23. But I was contacted to bring my truck in early, 7/3/23 where they can remove the affected part (tailgate) and I can retain the use of my vehicle. Considering I commute from out of town, I was originally faced with the prospect of renting a vehicle until repairs were made. But now that's no longer an issue. I will just need to return to Beaman Collision Center after my repair has been made for installation. Saving me money overall. Very grateful for the Beaman team and their professionalism. And dedication to customer service.

Called them about fixing my Tesla since no shop in Clarksville will repair Teslas. They were a little back logged but that worked for my schedule. Barbie was very helpful and accommodating. Checking in the Tesla was easy and it took 2 weeks to get everything done, parts ordered and repairs done. Barbie kept me informed of the progress and it was super easy on pick up day. I would definitely go back if I needed.

Had the entire right side of my Tesla replaced/fixed. The repair work was top notch. The customer service was incredible. Consistent updates as to where the vehicle was in the process. If you get to work with Barbie you will have a great experience.

So I have a Tesla and my wife has a tesla WE LOVE OUR TESLAS. Both of our cars were hit while parked outside and she took hers to the new Tesla body shop and I took mine to Beaman. She kept bragging about how she was going to the body shop with TESLA on the sign and how I'm stupid for going to Beaman...Both of the places got our cars in pretty quick, but my repair is far superior to hers and I wanted to know why. Turns out, the Tesla collision center has all new techs who aren't experienced with working on Tesla while Beaman has Tesla techs that have been working on them for about 3 years.My wife is disappointed and I am happy. Goes to show you shouldn't pick a place just because they have what you think is what you want written on the sign. I'll take Quality and Experience over everything else which is why I bought a Tesla in the first place!Thank you to the Beaman Tesla team; Joseph, Sam and Barbie. You all were so great!

Took my Tesla in bcuz it was recommended through my insurance. This place is horrible!! They had my truck for a month and a half n The paint job looked as if it was just splashed on. Then both tire trims came off and they said they only touched one so they would only replace one but they have to order the part. Although Barbie was great!! Please do not take ur car here if I could give less than a one star I could.

Beaman Collision Center made getting my vehicle fixed a breeze. The staff was amazing and the work they did looks great. Barbie helped me tremendously and kept me informed of each step along the way. Went to the Beaman to get an estimate for a repair. I told I was going to use insurance. I have been there twice because I used them before and the same lady who works the front desk told me I would have schedule an appointment and leave my car there without being told what the upfront price will be or estimate. I ve never had to do this before. I thought what if guys do more work than what my insurance is willing to cover. Seemed very sketchy and the lady was not very helpful. So I left.

Extremely disappointed. The only good thing about this place was the front desk receptionist, and the only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1.My passenger side window was broken and I came to Beaman per Progressive s suggestion. When I talked to my insurance company, and Beaman, I explained that all I asked for was a window replaced and that s it. Well, here we go!Both Beaman and my insurance company tried to put a $500 door panel on my jeep that was not needed and was simply cosmetic. Nor the shop or the insurance company tried to call/email me to give me updates or even ask if I wanted a part replaced simply due to minor scratches. I had to call multiple times to get any information about my jeep and Beaman did not answer any of my calls, Progressive did. After talking to my insurance rep, it was evident he made a huge mistake and was becoming frustrated with me standing my ground to no longer work with Beaman or Progressive any further. When I asked what is actually going on with my car because this entire time nobody has told me anything, my insurance agent said they DID NOT put the glass window or the window moldings in yet and I told him to just leave it because I will be taking it elsewhere (this is important for later in the story).....He was annoyed but understood and said he d tell the shop not to do any more to my vehicle.Then the customer service representative Megan finally called me back and appeared to be nice/empathetic to my frustrations, at first. She AGREED that what my insurance rep did was wrong and I asked her why nobody from the shop called me to explain the progress of my vehicle, she did not have a reason or answer for that. When she was trying to persuade me to continue to let them work on my car, I stated over and over again that I did not feel comfortable and why I did not want Beaman to work on my vehicle anymore. Could you believe it, she was LAUGHING in the background. (I guess she was getting annoyed with me voicing my concerns), but when I called her out on it, she ignored my questioning of what was so funny and continued to explain how window moldings work. I said, ma am, I do not find this comical or amusing at all and I will not be dealing with Beaman any longer. (Remember when I told you this is important to remember for later in the story?... well....) Megan then told me that they had already PUT THE WINDOW AND MOLDING IN, after I told my insurance agent to stop all work on my car nearly a half hour to forty five minutes earlier! Did they ignore it and try to pull a fast one on me? Did my insurance agent not tell them to halt all work? THAT, I will never know. I told her, take everything out and I will be back tomorrow to pick it up, she said she understood and confirmed.Well, here I am now in the waiting room waiting on my Jeep because guess what.... the new parts that magically were put in even though I said not to, were STILL IN. I said, I told you yesterday to take it all out and I ll be there tomorrow to pick it up. I asked how long it would be and her words were well it will be just a few minutes. A few minutes has now been 47 minutes...and i m still waiting.... they sent out the insurance rep to talk to me I guess to try and AGAIN persuade me to keep the new glass window... UNBELIEVABLE. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.Here are some pictures of my so-called damaged door. What do you think? Worth a $500 replacement?
