Bass has been great to me. They are very professional. Their workmanship is great. They are prompt in letting me know the status of work on my vehicle. After one alignment on my vehicle, it drove like it was new. Since then, I ve been using Bass for all my tire and alignment work.

I have been doing business with Steve Bass and his team at Bass Tire for over 30 years. I have never had a bad experience at Bass Tire. They are the best people you could ever deal with and they do excellent work. I take my all my vehicles to Bass Tire for everything that is needed. Give them a try and you will have yourself a place to take your vehicles when they need repair!

If I could give this business 10 stars, I definitely would. Mr. Steve went out of his way and helped me in a way nobody else would!! He really did a lot for me and I couldn t be more grateful! No scratches on the rims or anything, got it back just as it was. Mr. Steve was very helpful and kind, I recommend this shop 100%

They always do right by their customers. I had issues with my battery they replaced less than 6 months ago and was able to get to Bass on a Friday 20 minutes before they closed for the weekend. They never once made me feel like I was a nuisance or did I feel rushed out of there. They fixed the problem there and then so I could carry on with my weekend and not have to come back on Monday. I really appreciate that kind of service.

So easy to work with Bass! Had a couple of recommendations for them and was able to message them for quick estimates and pricing. Price was the same when I got to the shop with my vehicle. They got me in quickly, had my car done even quicker. Very good/ fair pricing! I was not upsold, but given the items I should watch. Highly recommend!

Best service in the city!! The entire staff here is focused on giving excellent customer service. Each of them is kind, caring and engaged to make sure you have a good experience. They won t upsell you on things you don t need, but will make you aware of all of your options before making a decision. Fair prices and great customer service. I had a slow leak in one of the tires I purchased from Bass back in early 2020, so I took my car in today to have them check it out. They worked me in without my having to make an appointment which was great since my schedule is all over the place. In an hour they had assessed and remedied the problem (bead sealer to fix the slightly damaged rim) and sent me on my way. Big thank you to Jeremy, my service advisor, and to the technician who worked on my wheel. Really appreciate y'all! Oh and extra stars to Bass Tire for not charging me! Apparently there's no repair fee if the current tires were purchased from them. Love that added value!

Took about as long as i thought it might but longer than i was told over the phone. Fairly certain everything was done well and the pricing was pretty standard. The service was phenomenal. I got there by 8:10am, was out by about 11 with 4 new and balanced tires, oil change and 2 filters.

Choosing a new mechanic/auto repair shop is nerve-racking. The guys here at Bass Tire , From Steve Bass right down through all the ranks, took care of me and my wife's car as if it was their own family member's car . Bass Tires came to my home and got a flat Bass tire which was not repairable. They brought the new tire back to my home and put the new tire on my car. They helped me in this way as I have great difficulty walking and my vehicle registration had expired. I greatly appreciate their kind extra service to a senior citizen who needed help and had none. I had met Steve Bass in 1990 when my car had broken down and he stopped to help me. Thanks Steve, Phillip and Troy....

I d taken my car to a different shop for an oil change that morning; that shop told me I also needed a wheel alignment, which they were unable to do themselves, and recommended I go to Bass Tire Co. I called Bass Tire Co. and was able to bring my car there the same afternoon. They told me I needed a tie rod replacement and to my surprise were able to order the part and get it replaced despite it being the end of the day. Everyone was super friendly and said hello/chatted with me as they were wrapping up the rest of their work. And I could tell from the way other customers interacted with them that they are very well respected and trusted by their clientele. I will certainly keep them in mind for the next time I need something done on my car!

BASS Tire never disappoints!! We ve been going there for years, and now we ve moved out of Nashville but will continue to go back because these guys and girls are absolutely the best. I dropped in on a Monday with a tire that had been losing quite a lot of air, and they had me safely back on the road within an hour. Thank you!

The staff at Bass tires is the most kindest, honest, and efficient, and prompt auto service store in town. Aaron and Stanley are the best! I would recommend this she to all my friends and family. They also have a courtesy ride service - which is a real plus!!!

Absolutely amazing service! Honest, hard-working, fair, and informative. They send a link that tells you what the issues are as well as providing pics to verify their findings. On top of all this, they were about $300 lower than the dealership. I highly suggest using them.*Side note - the owner even offered me some banana pudding (which I gladly accepted)!

I recently purchased a set of tires at Bass! Between the tire quote online, to ordering, dropping my truck off and picking it up. Everyone was super nice. Any questions I had, they had an answer.Would highly recommend them!
