Thank you to the men of this location after a rough night at work I got off and my car was dead. These gentlemen made sure the corrosion on my battery was off and then installed my new battery after . O'Reilly refused to. It took literally two minutes for him to install and he was so kind and thoughtful. I was tired so I don't remember his name but thank you so much.

David was amazing! I came in with a battery issue and he helped from start to finish with no problems. From finding the issue and explaining the issue, to helping me find a new option. So happy I came to this location.

Great selection of car care products, even had some of the new products mad by Mother's Ceramic coating waxes, really impressive with the selection and different name brands of products, had some decent sales on some of the everyday products, tire shine etc. will definitely be returning to this location.

Mr. Dean the store Manager has been exemplary!! I was visiting my inlaws from Florida and had a battery failureAlthough it was raining and my car was not a direct screw on screw off battery, he remained patient and polite and finished the battery switch. When I told him I appreciate him working in the rain he pleasantly said " I don't melt"..Five Stars Service!!

Best customer service! Dean and Jay were professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I had a bad battery. They tested it, found the best deal for my money and replaced it, no questions asked. Highly recommend! I was denied a simple battery test at the Antioch Mt View location. Will go to Jay and Dean from now on!

Best autozone in middle Tennessee. Store manager went beyond customer service satisfactory to get me right. I appreciate the store great understanding of auto. If you're in the area I urge you to go here to get the best of what you need.

I stopped at this store because I needed bulbs for my brake lights quickly. Now I have had plenty of bad experiences at other auto parts stores, but this store renewed my faith in good customer service. The employee that helped me was not only knowledgeable, but he was extremely nice and answered all my questions like he actually cared. I will definitely be coming back to this store in the future. Whether it's bulbs, fuses, batteries, or just windshield wipers, I will be coming here first.

I bought rotors and breaks and both of them were kinda wrong but somehow fit my vehicle so I went back in 2 weeks and there s a guy his name is Christian by Murfreesboro pike he accused me of not driving right and kept yelling at me tell me he s beeen mechanic for 30 years and he asked me to leave the store just because I was trying to get the product, her manger was right next to him but he couldn t dare to say a single word. So very rude and so unprofessional, and most of their products either not right or damage very quickly pleas avoid them

I had a phenomenal experience here this weekend. Nobody wants to see the check engine light come on in your car so I drove up with my nerves shot.William, a manager, greeted me with a smile on his face and ran the diagnostics test at no charge. He even recommended a place for repair that my warranty would cover.On top of this, he saw the crack in my windshield that Safelight can repair 10-days from now, at the soonest, and tried to find someone to come to the store and repair it. He wanted to make sure I didn't drive much with a cracked windshield.I expected coming here would be helpful but William exceeded my expectations!

I've been here 3 times and the customer service is usually always mediocre at best. The employees are always blaming their negligence to acknowledge customers entering or waiting to checkout on the lack of manpower. It somewhat makes you feel like they're blaming the customers entering the store for being there trying to get parts. Hear me when I say, I get it. I've worked retail and it can be rather stressful. But making the customer feel at fault is not the way to do things. I only chose this store because it's near where I live. Guess I'll just have to go elsewhere for parts. The young employees are the worst.

GREAT Quick/easy commercial experience!Been to a few locations around middle Tn where grey shirts end up actively learning the commercial process during my transaction.Learning is encouraged, but not when I've seen you standing behind the commercial counter many times before, behaving as if you work commercial. Then when I need you and you're flying solo it's, "So sorry man, this is my first time."Did not happen at this location. Great experience here. They kept me on time for the appointment and that keeps the entire customer chain happy.

While I am not the best when it comes to vehicles or cars, I am very seasoned in customer service seeing as it's my job and has been for several years. Steve I absolutely went way above and beyond for me, and I really felt like I trusted him to give me advice and help me with my vehicle. Thank you so much for all your help and I hope corporate gets a chance to see this too. Thank you for understanding my concerns and listening, as well as being fast and very knowledgeable. I havent been in Tennessee long, but this will be my one stop shop and it will be when Steve I is working.

Wow so I started my car buying journey on a car that had a check engine light on and called around for an obd2 sensor to use. Some people were rude, short and wanted to charge me 70 just to use it. This team, however, was polite, welcoming, conversational and went over the top trying to run down the root cause of the check engine light. They did a deep research on all codes, finding the lowest and highest price I might have to pay to fix the issue. They even advised me on what to do given the sales price. I walked away from the purchase with 100% confidence for the first time in my life. I ve attached the obd2 sensor codes for proof and can honestly say this is my goto place for ANY vehicle needs. You can get parts anywhere but not this level of service. Keep it up team.

Metin the Sales Manager was excellent in assisting me with my vehicle. Even though they weren t able to diagnose the vehicle. He gave great recommendations for places to go to and went above and beyond his Customer Sevice.

Jason is rude as hell and I will not be back to AutoZone. I have never had such worst customer service in my life. Came in to get a battery today and had to wait over an hour for them to install it because their exact words were it's a free service and so is diagnostics on cars which he continues to do.

Worst AutoZone that I ve ever been in. No desire to help me. Manager on duty was the most difficult. Most of the AutoZone stores do a good job but I will not walk into this one again.

My battery/alternator was giving me trouble and Kevin did a great job educating me that it was my battery.I appreciate his professionalism and knowledge! My visit was on 12/1/20 around 1330 hours.
