Poor, poor customer service. No help in getting Antifreeze for my vehicle. I asked Anthony the cashier about 50/50 coolant. His answer, " 'No, I don't think so.'" dude just look it up. You aren't that busy.As a woman I would never shop here. Other AutoZone stores are more Customer Service oriented.

I came to get brake fluid and my battery unexpectedly died and Vance was so nice and helpful. He topped off my brake fluid and helped with my battery to get me back on the road. Couldn t have asked for a better experience!!

Amanda was a life saver!! We had been stuck due to Nashville snow/ice and car battery had died! After waiting on 2 different people to come help we ended up going to autozone ourself! She not only helped us find all the tools needed to replace a battery ourself but she walked us through the steps and said she would check to make sure we did it right if we got the car to start! We changed the battery ourself using the tools she recommended and drove back to the store where she did check to make sure we did it correctly! Amanda is seriously the most helpful person we came across and can not thank her enough!

I was in Nashville on business when my vehicles alternator decided to fail, fortunately, it happened in the parking lot of AutoZone. Shannon was above and beyond polite and helpful, he diagnosed the problem, and used his own personal vehicle to give mine a jumpstart so I could get to a nearby local shop (Slims Garage) for repairs.The Manager on duty (I can't remember his name ) was helpful in providing me the parts needed and was a savior by referring me to Slims Garage based on his long time working relationship with Slim. I was lucky to have broke down where I did, these gentlemen helped save the day!

Use this Auto Zone first if you can! Store Manager Vance was very helpful and Tez changed the headlight bulb on my daughters car in just a few minutes. This place is top notch but more importantly the people are top notch !

My flexible brake line blew and left me and my family without brakes. We made it to auto zone to try and fix it. The lady at the counter said she didn't have that part but kept digging until she found one that worked. She changed our vacation from a nightmare to a good memory. Thank you so much!

We wanted to thank Smitty Smith for helping us yesterday. We had a problem with our license plate that was complicated and we had been unable to figure out and Smitty helped us out. He was patient and really problem solved to help us. Although it took about 45 minutes in the middle of the heat he really went out of his way to help us! We were super impressed. Vance is the new store mgt & his associate Shannon were extremely helpful with a warranty issue on one of the Duralast Gold batteries 5 on professionalism 5 I'd called the 800 customer service# Friday night after store hours & a GM from the Clarksville area(Mr Al) called me that night to help resolve my issue

This establishment discriminates against people with disabilities!Tried to shop here a couple weeks ago and was violently threatened and insulted getting in my face for not wearing a mask by a "concerned" employee and after leaving when told I would receive no service preceded to give me the middle finger out the window. When I returned to the store to get said persons name (Trevis C), I again was threatened and insulted getting in my face, ironically not "social distancing" again, for me not wearing a mask. Corporate office could care less after explaining the incident! I will refuse to patronize Auto Zone for their handling of this situation.

I had a battery issue, had my car towed to them and they were able to change my old battery out for a new one. They are amazing and helped me out tremendously. I will be back at this location bc of them.

I stopped by this morning needing to replace my car battery. It was quick and easy. Jonathan S provided outstanding service. He offered to replace the battery and did so quickly and kindly. I ll come back anytime I have auto part needs.

Called at 6:55 and received extremely poor and unprofessional customer service . I ordered a passenger side mirror contingent on it being there today (02/20/23). This morning I called and was told that they had it on their premises just to be greeted with the pleasant surprise that there was a technical glitch and the part has not yet arrived.When I called at 6:55 to see if they had the Mirror I was simply told No with no explanation . When I proceeded to ask when the estimated time of arrival was for this part he told me No idea with zero concern or regard for this matter .Mistakes happen but the lack of professionalism and customer care in person and via phone is quite disheartening.Still have yet to receive the part .

Auto zone is a great place to go if you have repairs and parts are needed to resolve mechanical car problems. I had diagnostic done on my car. 2 ladies tried to figure out how to perform. The results showed no problems. I left the store and within 10 min. Battery and alternator died. I wanted to ask for man to perform, but being held my tongue. There are women that can do same work as males..but my gut said no..get a man. My car self diagnosed..saying battery not recharging. All Auto zones not created equal in personnel knowledge of cars. Friendly bit inexperienced staff.

Best autozone in Nashville! Came in here with a friend and we had no idea what was going on with her car. Jeremiah helped us so much and explained everything so clearly. He went above and beyond, even carrying the car battery to the car for us. He also had a great attitude and was just a pleasure to talk to. I'll definitely be coming back here.

This is far most the best store I ve been to service was great all the way around the board and the female manager is excellent in all ways I want take my money any where else Natasha is the best manager for this location she hands on at all times

Great experience, needed a new battery which they took care of but also checked all my fluids for me and found I was (very) low on coolant even though Jiffy Lube had said last week all my fluids were fine they topped all my fluids off for me and checked all the lines for a coolant leak - really above and beyond and super helpful!

While I was out driving I noticed I needed a new bulb for my headlight and I stopped here at AutoZone on Charlotte. The staff was very helpful, and I was able to get the part I needed with no issues. They even made sure I knew how to put it in! I will continue to go to the store

Even though they were very busy, Felix and Brendan took the time to help and answer any questions I had. Went above and beyond explaining the check engine code so it could be resolved. The best auto zone visit I ve had!
