I had to go here recently and the visit was quick and much easier then I expected. The older gentleman took my ignorance of cars and explained what was going on in a way that made sense to me without making me feel stupid. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in which was instant relief.

The guys at the store are great and down to earth. They provide great service and are always friendly! They even come out to my car to help carry parts when I make a purchase. I appreciate the staff at the Clarksville Pike location.

I was traveling in the area and my check engine light came on. The gentleman at the counter was quick to help me. After performing a free diagnostic, he provided advice and printed out all diagnostic paperwork to help me out after I left. This was a model of what customer service should be.

Really great service. I hate anything car related, I feel like places take advantage of women . BUT everyone from the store manager down was super helpful, really transparent. I highly recommend going here!

These guys were really great and helped me get a new lawnmower battery. Since my wife decided to leave the key on the mower and killed lol ... But they were very helpful .. Tried to recharge the old one but it was to dead. But its all good got a new one right in time for yard mowing season to start.

I ve been shopping at this Autozone for many years It s the Superb Customer Service, Customer driven Support that is exemplified with good mannerism, as well as a clean store and a friendly smile that keeps me in return.Let s not mention, the employees calls me by my name when greeting me as I walk in.Thanks, Autozone for all you do!

Battery exchange under warranty. Mr Anthony although off duty helped..cashiers figure out how to ring up battery. I purchased from Rosa L Parks store that had closed. Message on register stated to return to country purchased..thank you Mr. Anthony. I would have had to wait 30 min. Until mgr got back from lunch.

Staff here isn t bad except for one particular member. I called to complain to customer care regional office so expecting a call back to see what they will do in regards to how unprofessional a staff member was in our store experience. I ve shopped here for years but will never return to this or any other autozone based off this experience and the fact thus far nothing has been done. Nobody has taken the time to apologize or have the staff member apologize. It s sad because the store manager here is an amazing person.

They have very bad service and staff I made an order online for pick up @ 6:30pm. And to remind you they close @8 I had called because I had a question and they told me they was close and I couldn t pick up my order I asked to speak with a manager and he didn t get on the phone. When I called it was 7:00pm. I will never go back or shop with this store again. Very bad service

Horrible customer service!!! I walked in to this location at 7:34 pm. The guy who was supposed to assist me refused to offer any assistance at all! I explained that my check engine light was on and that I wanted to get it checked. He refused to check it, because it was after 7:30 pm when I entered the store. There's no notation or indication on AutoZone's website stating they can't or won't perform the check engine test after a certain time. What a horrible encounter! AutoZone needs to definitely learn better customer service. I've worked in customer service, and there was never a time where we refused to assist someone for some made up and arbitrary reason. The worse part is the store wasn't even busy. There was only one other customer in the store with me. I saw one other employee up front. It felt like this guy, the one who failed to help me, was just being lazy and didn't want to do his job! You guys can definitely scratch me off your list as a future customer. O'Reilly's it is.

Just went to pick up some tire dressing/shine. But they are always nice and very helpful. They know where everything is and have helped me with batteries, check engine lights, and with installation of lights without any charge! This is my go-to store on Clarksville highway

This is my local parts store for many years now. I m sure they get busy sometimes but I always receive first rate service when I stop here. The staff is consistent and knowledgeable!

I rolled in at 7:59 and they closed at 8. The gentleman that helped me was very pleasant and helpful and didn't mind my last minute running in to get a battery I do desperately needed.

Stopped in to have a code pulled. Didn't have to wait long for help. The guy pulled the code I got a detailed print out of the code and the part needed to fix it. The part was available so I grabbed it and was out quick.

Went in for a starting system check. He put the gauge on and found a bad battery. He changed the battery and told me the size wrench used!!! Great service as stated on sign the window.

Just moved into this part of town and as this Auto Zone is closest, it has become my local parts store. I have been in a handfull of times and have consistently been impressed by the helpful and courteous employees. Based on this I will continue to make all my auto need purchases here, even if there is a cheaper price elsewhere.
