I had an older car that had been parked for an extended period of time towed in and fixed up for my teenager. They were great. I wasn't in a rush anyway, but they were super fast and nothing they quoted me seemed unreasonable at all. They were also very friendly, and I liked that with the inspection they email you an assessment with the option to approve or decline individual work items. I'd give them more stars if I could, highly recommend.

Justin and his team were great. They were able to take my truck in on quick notice and had it ready for me the same day after a good amount of work. Rocco is an amazing mechanic and will shoot it to you straight. It's hard to find great service like this for fair prices, but Automotive Rx has them both. Justin and his team are fantastic! The info I received after asking what was wrong with my vehicle was very detailed and included pictures and videos to demonstrate. Great communication and very timely on repairs. Highly recommend them!

I've been using Automotive RX for the past 1.5 years. The team there has always taken great care of my Subaru Forrester - they're communicative when any issues arise and transparent with their pricing. It's a great neighborhood spot where you're guaranteed good care for your vehicle.

Brought my vehicle in for tire patching and they were honest with what they found and included pictures! Also, long story short, I called to see if I could pick it up the next day and the guy told me yeah and I received a random phone call asking if I was coming in to get the jeep and the fact they go out of the way to make sure someone s coming in is great. Will definitely use them moving forward.

I received a coupon in the mail for an oil change and decided to give AutomotiveRX a shot. I was more than pleased with the service I received. I was able to schedule an oil change online for the next morning, and the booking process was simple. Justin, the owner, was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The waiting room was recently renovated and offered refreshments while I waited. I think I was only there for 40 minutes in total, which was exceptionally fast compared to my experience at other shops. Once finished, a tech came out to inform me of an anomaly on my truck and what I can expect (I knew this already but it was nice to see their attention to detail). They also ran a free inspection of my vehicle with photo evidence of the inspection so I knew all their feedback was honest. They told me everything was in great condition and they didn t try to upsell me (which is rare nowadays). Certainly will be taking all my business here in the future and will be recommending AutomotiveRX to my friends.

Had an oil change done here, they were super timely and reasonably priced. Then when my car was broken into, the owner himself told me I could come right in (the steering wheel was taken apart). Family owned and they really seem to care. This is the only place I d take my car.

Honestly can t recommend this place enough. I ve worked with a few of the mechanics around Nashville over the years and Austin and Justin were amazing to work with and they did the job in such a fast time. Every other mechanic was giving me a multiple day quote until they could complete just new brakes and rotors. I dropped my car off with them in the afternoon and it was completed by 9am the next morning. I tried this new place after reading reviews. I made an oil change appt online and came in on time. They were informative and super friendly! Completed my oil change in 30 min! I will definitely be back.

Justin and his team are fantastic. I took my car to 3 other places before finding Automotive RX. None of the other mechanics diagnosed the problem with my car, including the dealership! It was getting worse and upon bringing it into Automotive RX Rocco found the problem and repaired it. Exceptional knowledge and excellent customer service. I've had my cars in for various services since shortly after Automotive Rx opened. Although I was very sad when Mike retired and Precision Tune closed, it's become apparent that my vehicles are in very good hands with Brian and the crew at Automotive Rx. The service, pricing transparency, old fashioned friendliness can't be beat.

The owner, Justin is one of the nicest people you will ever meet! Austin at the front desk is very knowledgeable and very nice. The mechanics, Zac and Old man are the best and friendliest in Tennessee! It feels more like family here than a shop! Their prices are really affordable too!!

Got an oil change w/ inspection included. Great service, great prices, and fairly quick too if it s not busy. Austin at the counter was great! He explained to me other actual potential issues with my car without trying to fear me into fixing something immediately that doesn t actually need immediate attention like I ve experienced other mechanic shops do. I was extremely impressed with Justin and team from Automotive RX. I have been coming to this location for over 15 years but the new ownership left me very impressed, by both their professional services but also their friendliness. Zac took care of my car during the visit and he was excellent and knowledgeable. I especially loved that they sent you a text message (link) showing everything that was checked, the condition of each, and pictures. This was my first experience with Automotive RX and I am quite pleased. I originally took my car there for an intermittent starting problem and to get an estimate for the replacement on my side rear view mirror. I must commend the owner, Justin Erickson, for taking the time to listen to my thoughts regarding the starting problem. I also appreciate the fact that they gave my vehicle the "once over" to alert me to future problems. As a result of my conversations with Justin Erickson, I decided on front brake work and the repair of the side mirror. While I could have done the work myself, I did a cost benefit analysis and decided that the value of their work would exceed any savings I would have by doing the work myself. My time is very valuable!One thing that Justin Erickson, as the owner of Automotive RX, may not know is that I have been a long time customer. Way before he became the owner, I was a customer. I had great trust in the previous owner, and Justin Erickson has not failed to exceed my expectations!There is an old saying, you get what you pay for! Buy cheap, get cheap. I brought my 2012 Chevy Malibu into Automotive Rx with brake and engine issues and Justin and his team were able to completely repair everything that was wrong with my car and I was brought to tears when I picked up my vehicle because it was very loud when I brought it in and when I left with my car it was quiet as a mouse and that brought me such relief and joy. Thank you Automotive Rx! Best in the Tennessee Three!

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation after getting a coupon from a friend who liked this place. Easy to schedule online, clean and welcoming lobby with free coffee/water/soda, Justin was extremely kind and clear about expected wait time, what needed to be done, and didn't push to up-charge on non-urgent things once declined. They even came over while I was working on my computer to offer their wifi password once they saw I was struggling with my hotspot and checked in to make sure I was comfortable and asked if I wanted anything to drink. All around a very positive and professional experience but felt personal and like they genuinely cared.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

This place was great! I went in for an oil change (which they did super fast) got my air filter replaced and they fixed a problem with the rattling on my car! Typically I pay $100 at Valvoline for just the oil change. I only paid $85 at Automotive Rx. That s including the air filter. And for just the cherry on top all of the staff are super friendly. I ll definitely continue to go here and highly recommend every else to as well.Service: Oil change

I went to see Justin and his crew for a simple oil change. What I got was a full fledged check up! It was fully explained to me the health of my Lexus. The preventive actions to be taken , where there was no pressure to do, was taken care of without needing another visit. Thank you guys!
