I recently purchased a car with Eli at Auto Credit Group, and I can't speak highly enough of the experience I had! From start to finish, every aspect of the process was smooth, easy, and stress-free. They're a genuine team, which made the entire car buying experience enjoyable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eli or the dealership to anyone!

OMG!!! The buying process was the easiest ever. The sales team is phenomenal,any and every question was answered professionally and friendly. I arrived with a certain amount of money and what I was interested in buying, explained this to the sales person and came out with something even better than I imagined! I will never buy a car from any other lot!!!!

My experience purchasing a car from Auto Credit Group was excellent. I worked with Kavon through the entire purchase. He was fast to answer all my questions and helped out as much as he could. Auto Credit Group and Kavon was great to work with and really went above and beyond to secure my desired car and ensure top quality. They also kept me well informed along the way about timing and next steps. It was a pleasure working with Auto Credit Group. Would just like to Share: I love this Place... Big Shoot's out to Dylan Adams for his time and my buying experience there. I recently purchased a Pretty Cold SUV from Auto Credit Group and need to lay this out there ( It really is a No Hassle Environment ) Either you like it or you don't.. Basically what all the other great reviews are saying here. Kevon and Susie really have done a great job with making sure my 2011 Ram 1500 I bought from them was up to snuff. Replaced a mirror, key fob, and fuel pump relay. Maybe because I was a good customer also. Catching more flies with honey than vinegar or something. I don't know, lol. For all those negative reviews, perhaps they are not as familiar with business practices. I went to another "small lot dealer" before this one for a specific truck and they had sold that one "out from under me," but I realize that is business. The truck I bought from these guys, I bought "out from under" someone else. It was a high demand truck, so that happens.

My wife s engine blew up within three months we took it to the shop to auto credit group to get serviced and he heard the knocking and he told us to pull it off the lot he told us that we put 15 17, 20,000 miles on it at first and then we added up. It was only 15,000 miles we serviced at Wrigley oil changes everything in the engine was knocking them, blew up and caught on fire so I would not recommend anyone going to this place because they still wanna finances a new car. They re trying to make us pay for a whole new engine that is not right these people are not right.

Auto credit group was great. Kevin and and Susie were great and assisting me and picking up on a 2011 Nissan Maxima I am happy with the car small details for used car but they were great getting me insurance and everything else use them I'll tell anyone of my daughters to go there and buy a car

Great service. Excellent vehicles. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to purchase a reliable means of transportation. They have a wonderful selection of vehicles. I really love this place and if in the future if would need another vehicle this is the place i would most definitely go to.

My Experience at Credit Auto Group was spectacular and very Professional. I worked with Dylan and I must say is is an honest with excellent custom service, especially as an Operational Manager. This is the Second car I purchased with him and I am sure there will be more to come, because customers service, honesty, and professionalism is dear to my heart.Thanks for all you do

I would give this negative stars if I could. They had a suv posted on Facebook, so my family and I contacted them, and they said it was available. We stated we was driving from Birmingham, Alabama which is 3hrs away. After driving more than halfway there, a lady that was under educated called us, and said she needed a deposit. When we spoke to the owner yesterday, and said we had all cash, and told the lady we was already halfway there. She said she was about to sell the vehicle. Do not only did we waste our time, but Money! I do not recommend!!!!!!

I had the opportunity to work with Dylan, and I will honestly say that it was the smoothest car buying experience I ve had. Dylan was very attentive to what I was trying to purchase and handled it as quick as possible. He made sure that any other issues were resolved and most importantly kept his word. I do not recommend doing business with this company.... and I never asked you to hold it.. I took it that day to have it inspected i spent money to have that done and put gas in it. and when I came back I told her what they found and told her I wanted it... But please have your guys look at it and see what they seen ....it had 2 ball joint that was lose they was not bad and the navigation on the radio was not working i never said anything about them fixing it i just wanted to see what thay found and I would come back after work to sign the paper work.. it was all done.. Again when I came back I told her I wanted it and would come back to sign the papers once your guys looked at it.. and no one ever said anything about a deposit which would have gladly gave you one.. But you chose to do business that way. That on you not me.. I did what was asked of me the financing was done all I had to do was sign the paperwork. But no she texted me back when I got back to work and said her guys didn't see anything and the radio worked fine... oh and by the way someone else is driving it.. and I asked why someone else was driving it when I told you that I wanted it.. I have this all in messages to. So don't think I'm just talking out my rear-end..

What can I say? Amazing customer service! They really do everything in their ability to make a deal work for you. Dylan is a great example of what a business manager should be. He greeted us with a smile & made us feel at home throughout the whole process. He will not only help you get into a vehicle that works for you but will make you smile while doing so! Absolutely exceptional experience, 10/10 recommend!

I bought a 2008 Lexus last year and have had no issues with the car. The car is great and it has run well. We are almost done with our loan. Yesterday I went back and bought a 2010 Toyota Highlander and it was super clean! Well priced and I was in and out the door in about two hours. Matt worked with me and was able to meet our financial needs.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Auto Credit Group they are a wonderful company and will help you as much as can! I highly recommend anyone to come here to get a car. I had a car through them and got into a wreck and within a week and half they had me another and they did work really hard to make it happen! Dylan is just absolutely phenomenal he is the best sales car guy I have ever known/met!! He literally did everything in his power to get me a good deal on both my cars I have had through them and he is just the BEST!!! Thank you Dylan and AutoCreditGroup for all you do!!

My spouse and I are currently paying on a GMC SIERRA. We have had issues since day 1 with our truck. We asked if they report to credit bureaus they are not. We are being charged for insurance on our truck through them even though we have sent proof that we have full coverage insurance through state farm. We have never been late on a single payment and have asked company to work with us on repairs which they will not do. They do not honor any kind of warranty on vehicles they say they have and we have put 2000 in repairs on a truck that is a 2004 that has "no issues" if you ask this company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE!

Matt was great. He worked hard to get our vehicle exactly how we wanted it. He followed up with us about the progress of the changes to the vehicle that his mechanic was doing so we were well informed. We got an excellent price and he went the extra mile after the sale to make sure we were happy.

I'm an out of town buyer and I made a purchase from here a week ago. I love the car, I loved the service they provided. I've bought 10+ cars and this has been the easiest, stress free transaction I did. Matt listened to what I needed, respected with I wanted, and went above and beyond in accommodating my requests before taking delivery of the car. 10/10 will buy from here again if they have another cool car.

I walked on the lot looking at the cars and was greeted with a smile. The salesman was helpful and very knowledgeable about the cars, mileage, and prices of the vehicles. We purchased a vehicle days later and they still honored the same price we were told initially. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. I had an awesome experience. I've been searching for a reasonably priced quality truck for weeks, and I sure wish I'd stopped here first. Most places stressed me out, but I actually enjoyed my time at Auto Credit. Dylan was fun to talk to, and he's very knowledgeable. They had me driving off in the vehicle I wanted in 30 minutes. Awesome Place!!!!!!!

I purchased a vehicle and Matt was my salesman. He was a pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable. I ve purchased vehicles from large dealerships where the salesperson doesn t really know what they are doing and the sales manager is really the one calling the shots and then you deal with the finance manager etc. Matt was genuine and handled every aspect of the purchase. He truly goes out of his way to make you happy and earn your business. I wouldn t hesitate to purchase from him again.

Matt was great I cant complaint about him. I got 36 days behind due to covid and a surgery. They came and got the vehicle. We tried to get it back had money ready Dylan said it shouldn't be a problem. After talking to Jennifer. He came back and said no she didn't want to deal with it. Also said that we didn't have insurance on it. We have proof it was insured the whole time. Said that we didn't do an oil change. Got proof of that as well. Then wanted me to answer to why I put so much mileage on a truck I was trying to buy. Honestly I would consider very carefully before buying here.
