I d rate them even lower if I could but here s one star. Please, DO READ and judge for yourself. I came in at 9:15 am cause my car was leaking power steering fluid. I needed to get to Orlando tonight and I even had the part with me so they d just replace and install. Seemed like no big deal. Well, they identified the leak, said it d be easy. Hours kept going by and they hadn t managed to remove the faulty piece. Finally they say after 4 hours there the part I brought isn t the right one so I go look for the proper one in two auto parts. Come back w a solution. It took them an additional 3 hours to replace the little hose you see at the bottom. During all this time I kept asking for an update. I kept being told: almost ready. I hadn t eaten. I wasn t offered water or anything so ok I asked if it was gonna take longer so I could eat. They said oh no it won t be long... another hour an a half went by. Finally 8 hours later they give me my car. 8 HOURS I could ve kept going just refilling the fluid occasionally. And to top it off I was charged $220 cause someone who looked like a rookie having a go at my car took that long to remove a hose and install another. The guy at checkout was so rude after I expressed my concerns. He dismissed what I had to say and kept saying: should ve replaced it yourself then. Should ve taken it elsewhere. I respectfully said: I ve been nothing but patient and this is ridiculous. Here s your $220 even tho I provided everything parts, bolts and fluid, so I hope it s worth your reputation. Go elsewhere! Because I basically paid 30 an hour for someone training on my car figuring how to replace a part, and after driving it a bit now it has a noise. Awful place.

This is my favorite mechanic since I ve visited this place. Ruzbe is amazing. I accidentally purchased front brakes instead of rear brakes, he gave me a ride to the nearest auto zone and we exchanged it
