I was in your store on 820 and Chris Carr had a line wrapped around the building and he was taking care of every customer and being polite as he could be while another of your employees had taken off to the outside changing a battery. It took him forever to get the battery done but Chris kept his cool and took care of all the customers I just want to say thank you Chris you did a great job!!!!

I've got to say my experience didn't start out that great. I had someone come out check my battery when we walked back in he sat the tester down and clocked out and left. Then the Manger for the night I spoke with him about it and I was ready to leave but I think his name was Chris insisted to see why I came in the first place. And told him it was for my battery he looked it up by my car showed me the one it was supposed to have compared to the cheaper one and explained very detailed about the choices and why it needed the one I bought. Just have to say he knows what he is talking about and need more employees like him. I will be back to deal with him when I need something!!!!

So I have been coming to the advance auto parts on Murfreesboro rd for years. I am not from here and was in a car accident and totaled my vehicle and paid cash for another 1. When I tell you I put so much money into this car and had so many issues and Steve was right there by my side! He listened to me cry on many days! He could have gotten over on me many times but refused to do so! I kept overfilling my car with oil and he said hey! No more oil!! He never sells me things I don t need even when I m telling him that I need it! He allows me to finish then simply says no! He doesn t know me from Eve but that just means he s still 1 of the good guys! I ve moved but I still come shop with Steve & again he never has any idea who I am he just always delivers the exact same service & that is world class!! So here are your flowers Steve because this STL girl doesn t know what I would ve done without you sir!!!!!

They had all the right fluids to keep my classic 57 Chevy up and running. Super nice guys at the counter very helpful. It was a simple in and out without any lines or waiting or hassle. You made my weekend ride enjoyable.

If you come to this location ask for Chris he is very helpful and points you in the right direction on what to do he is patient and will help..what a great person

When I say this place was awesome...I mean awesome! The customer service was awesome, the gentleman that helped us awesome. He explained everything, answered all our questions and took time to explain. Just a great experience for this to have been my first visit at this location.

Joe was amazing! In all honesty, I know very little about cars or how to diagnose/fix whatever issues may occur. That s why I m unusually a little nervous when I have to go somewhere because my car is acting up. But, when my battery was having issues I went to this location and Joe made it such a smooth and easy experience. Joe explained what was wrong and even joked with me about my Steelers shirt I had on lol. He was friendly and easy to talk to which made the whole experience 10x better than I was anticipating. Thanks Joe! Will definitely be coming back if/when I experience more car trouble!

HORRIBLE LOCATION EVEN WORSE STAFF THEY RE LAZY AND ALWAYS SAYING THEIR TESTING EQUIPMENT DOESN T WORK TO READ ANY DASHBOARD ERROR LIGHTS!!!Very unreliable auto store !!Don t waste your time here they are too busy play with one another in the store

I have always had a good experience at this AAP. Until tonight when I encountered a sales clerk who didn't care if I was a customer or a piece of mold on the floor. He knew next to nothing about cars. He didn't seem interested in looking up my needed parts. Let alone help me find the solution for my questions. The store manager couldn't handle it any more. He stepped in and in seconds I was able to get what I needed. I like the place. But the attitude was unnecessary.

Well I normally don't give bad reviews but this time its justified. I waited in line for 10 minutes only for the guy working to not even acknowledge me and the guy behind me . I get your helping someone but when the guy has 9 items for you to look up you need to maybe put him on pause because two customers walked out with products on the counter. I want be back because of the lack of professionalism and customer service.

Needed everything I needed are people here are great great attitude and they know how to help people out here so don't hesitate to ask for help cuz they install batteries wipers and everything else that you think of they they will help you with your car truck motorcycle and all other types of vehicles and that even includes boats

I really appreciate the service I received from Paul (I'm sorry 95% sure that was his name. Younger guy dark hair) He was new, but he NEVER used that as an excuse to pass me off to someone or point and tell me "over there somewhere". Not sure if that was just him or his training, but we got my junky car fixed! Thanks again.

My battery was dead, dead, dead. When I got to Advance, Joe was friendly and very helpful. There were two batteries available for my car, and he quoted me the lower-priced one, but then he couldn't find it. So, he said he'd give me the higher priced one at the lower price. He actually gave me a 20% discount instead, which made the price even lower! And even though it's 30� and windy, and replacing a battery in my car is a huge pain, he did it with a smile. This is the second time in a row (in different cities) that I've had great service from Advance Auto Parts, so I'll definitely keep going back. Thanks, Joe!

I went in looking for a part for my car air conditioner. The customer service representative came outside to where the car was parked, and he helped me identify where the Freon should go in, in case that was the problem. He seem to really care , because it really seems like he was trying to have me by as little as I could and still fix the problem. He did a good job and showed me where it was. Without being able to do the work, he was able to show me what to do, so the liability wasn't there for them. With that knowledge, I was able to fix the issue myself. Prices are a little high, if you ask me, but Advance Auto Parts tends to be that way unless you go pull them from a junkyard. Very friendly staff and will return.

Great place to get auto parts and advice. Plus you save even more if you order.online and go pick up your part. Our online order was ready in less than 30 minutes. This store has one of the best auto parts store staff hands down!!

Everytime I go to this location I'm met with fast and friendly service. Sometimes they get a little busy but i've noticed that they usually have more registers open than any other auto parts store i've been too. The staff are pretty knowledgeable and have given me good repair advice before. The store is always clean and well stocked. One occasion they did not have what I needed in stock but was able to order it and have it in the very next day. I always go here first before any other auto parts store.

Nice store, clean and organized with a good variety of products to select from.They didn't have the part I was looking for but Dwayne was very kind and helpful researching it and providing the part number.

Poor service. Really rude associates. I went in to buy one of their products and nobody offered assistances. I bought the wrong size item and tried to return it or get it exchanged and the guy rudely said nope can t return it because it s opened. So I asked if what do I do now? He rudely said sell them because there s nothing we can do. Terrible experience would never recommend anyone to buy from this location or any other advance auto parts.

Always helpful and good at helping find the parts i need. Joe, Steve, Eliot and the guy long hair whos name i dont remember have always been nothing but nice. This is why i never go to orilleys anymore.

Convenient location but when did the employees stop helping you with replacing a headlight bulb purchased from their store? O'Reilly just down the street still provides that service to their customers. Sorry Advance Auto, O'Reilly will get my business from now on.

Phats is so helpful, very attentive amd helped me quickly. The store was not packed like the Auto Zone on Murfreesboro Rd. As a woman, it is peace of mind to know you are getting sound information.

Terrible customer service. They don't care if they give you the wrong part. They don't care if it ruins your weekend. They don't care if your were a diehard fan of Advance. The district manager gives the same quality of service. Don't waste your time.
