If I could give this company zero stars....I would. We are just a small business and they attempted to put us in financial ruin with their questionable business practices. They can't properly diagnose issues...keeping your truck for weeks. Then the bill continues to grow exponentially along with the issues. They jack up their prices.....and they tell you need all kinds of unnecessary repairs. They attempted to rip me off for over $6,000 in repairs just recently. I was starting to questions some of the repairs along with the high cost of the repairs , so I took to my truck for second opinion. None of the recommended repairs were necessary...and the total bill was $125 with my new mechanic. They then send me a bill for $500.....for coming down to me to diagnose repairs that were not even necessary . It is more than shameful that they prey on small businesses with unethical business practices. If you have a lot of money...and like getting overcharged..... and paying for repairs you really don't need...then this is the company for you. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemies.

I called to have them look at a problem with my air brakes and the mechanic took the part off and put it back together. This took 30 minutes and they have a 2 hour minimum. They charged me 2 hour minimum plus a hour drive time there and back to the office with informing me until the bill is due. Master tech has no customer service skills and no communication to a customer that is calling to ask questions and should keep his head under the hood. Read other reviews about the company because I should have before I let them take my truck.

It has been almost 5 months since I brought my truck in for a repair and still haven't been able to find the problem. They have kept replacing parts and the truck is even worse but they're asking me to pay even though they know the truck it's not fixed. Since they haven't been able to fix it I asked them to release the truck or buy it, but looks like none of that will happen. Very disappointed.

Love the people that work here! They have always taken care of me and done so in a speedy manor. The customer service has always been understanding and helped any way they can.

So far had no issues with this place they all seem like good people and know what there doing good job keep it up
