I LOVE Action Nissan Body Shop!! I have to start with the fact that I think my car has a target on it that only idiot drivers can see because it s been run into not once, not twice, but three times! I must add that 2 of the 3 times I wasn t even in the car it was just parked. I have brought my car back to Action Nissan s body shop all 3 times and they have fixed it like new every-time. Granted the first time I went and had it repaired it was run over by a tractor trailer sitting in a parking spot and demolished in the front. It looked like an elephant sat down on it.Where it was hit in the front, I guess they didn t realize that the radiator had a hole in it. It started to over heat a bit. I just called up Anthony Maddox and told him the issue I was having with it overheating and without any negative feed back at all he had me bring it right back and repaired it with a brand new radiator with no problems at all!!Despite the negative reviews I have read about their bodyshop at Action Nissan, I personally love their work!! If my car gets messed up again (lord forbid) I ll be bringing it right back to them again!!I ve noticed that most people will only get on a review board when they want to be negative and complain . Not I, I believe that it should be even more expressed when positive has been done as well! Thank you Anthony and Action Nissan Bodyshop staff for a job well done!! Positively~Grateful

I brought my Armada to be repaired after a run in with a deer. After 3 weeks I was notified via text that they recommended some service/maintenance on the vehicle. I agreed to those repairs and was told my car was ready. It had been 24 days, I was happy to have it back until all the same warning lights and messages came on during my drive home that were there from the accident. I had already returned the rental car. I had to bring my vehicle back to Action Nissan and was told that it wasn t ready to be released, Jonathon in the service shop should not have released my car to me. Valarie in the body shop was wonderful to work with and arranged a loaner for me. After driving it about 15 miles it started flashing warning lights, and had a tire that wouldn t hold air. I brought that vehicle back to Nissan and now I sit here on my weekend waiting. I wouldn t have their vehicle that needs service if they had fixed my car properly the right time and if the service shop could communicate correctly with the body shop.When I pulled in today- after calling ahead of time, I had to honk the horn to have anyone come talk to me. They were too busy goofing around with each other to come address a customer. No accommodations made for this major inconvenience. Will not come back to Action Nissan.Services: Body & Trim, Oil change

The Collision Center did a great job fixing my bumper after it almost falling off. The downside is that my entire car reeks of weed. I had to drive with all the windows down and multiple air fresheners to try to remove the smell. Good work on the car, but maybe don t smoke before getting in someone s car.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Pretty good service. They work with you to get you what you need in a decent time. Some communication lapses here and there but overall the service was good, plus they made my car look new again!
