What a great place, what a great guy. This shop takes cares of their customers. I have been there several times, with multiple vehicles. I was treated fairly, did not wait too long, and was treated like I have been a friend for 30 years. The prices are beyond reasonable. This is my place for good. I do not recommend anyone else for tires services, you will not have as great an experience as you will here!!

I had punctured a tire at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon, I had to stop and air it up it wasn't pluggable, I drove to two of the big boy tire shops, and both were like " we can help you, but either in the morning or Monday" I had passed by this place many times, thought I'd give it a shot. The tire had a awesome price, I tipped the guy $20 for putting it on, from start to finish they had me out within 20 minutes!!! I wish more businesses were efficient about customer service as these people were! Great job guys!

Christopher is the man! Took multiple screws out of my tire, checked for leaks, and repaired them (for $6!). Highly recommend.

We were driving cross country back home to Massachusetts when we discovered a nail in our tire in Tennessee. We stopped here and the man that was working was able to get it fixed up super fast, working in the 100 degree heat. We are very appreciative of his help and highly recommend this place!

Great customer service and 25.00 used tires if you can't afford new ones. They offer a 30 day warranty with receipt. Cheapest in the city!

I offended the man who fixed my tire by going in the work area and asking if he worked there. I am truly sorry. I know what it's like to have people ask stupid questions. He was overworked and probably underpaid. He did a wonderful job fixing my tire for only $5 and quickly. I was very pleased with my experience. I'll probably go back. Good job Chris

A great honest place. Chris is an amazing blessing. He answers all of your questions, explains things well and makes you feel comfortable. Being new in town and having a place to go where you can trust the staff is important.

Purchased a tire from them 3 months ago. A little after a month of having it I had to start putting air in it. Now it s started cracking at the point I know it s dry rotted. Decided to give Tire barn a shot this time and they informed me today that one of my tires was the wrong size. Low and behold it just so happened to be the tire I purchased from these guys 3 months ago. I waited a total of 45 mins to get this tire put on. I didnt complain because for $20 what do you expect. But upon my experience with these guys I ve come to realize quality is much better than quantity any day. I won t be doing service with the guys anymore.

This is the worst tire shop i have ever been too I will never go back there again.1. They claim they will balance tires before they put them on your vehicle. That didn't happen.2. I bought the first tire and put it on the front because it had more tread on it than my previous tire, but it was still shaking some what. Few days later went back to get 2 back tires. Later that day once i went on the interstate the tires had my whole entire car shaking. So i went to a reputable tire shop they showed me how the tires was dry rotted and uneven they where. And the danger it could be by having these tires on my vehicle. So they practically gave me 2 brand new tires for 50 balance and out the door. I was Hoping A &R tire shop would do the right thing but no. They claim they didnt have any more tires to fit my car. But they have 2 sets of tires but they will not break their sets up. I will never return to this place again.

Chris was the only one there, changing tires that is... the, I think owner came up later went straight to office. Didn't see him no more. But Chris hustled, I was getting full set so I told him to take his time..He got me a good price and I will b back to deal with him again....Well it may have been the owners husband but he should have stepped up. No I don't know what I'm talking about but I know a lazy MF when I see it. And you married him that says a lot for U

They are known for having $20 tires. Problem is Ive been there 4 times now over the span of 1 year, and they have never had a tire that fits whichever car Id be in at the time. (3 diff cars) Not sure how they stay in business if they never have tires, and my tires are not some rare kind.

The guy was over worked with no help and was stressed out to the point that he was rude. There is absolutely nowhere to park to get tires put on. The lot is full of broken down cars. This is directly on dickerson rd so it's even harder to try to pull in somewhere close just to ask for info. They didn't have tires for my mini van. Normal sized tires. I won't go back but take your chances if you'd like. This was just my experience. It may have been an unusually busy day. Idk

Took 2 hours to get both rear tires changed and a car got skipped a head of us after we had been waiting in line for at least 30 minutes there seems to be more staff members walking around looking confused then there are working on people's cars they have good tires it's just that i didn't understand why i was skipped after waiting 30 minutes and didn't actually get to leave until 2 hours later.

We drove all over town and nobody would help us except one shop put a little air in the tire. We pulled up here and we were in and out in 10 minutes with an almost brand new tire. Saved our trip!

Called for service and the person that answered was EXTREMELY RUDE! I inquired about mobile service and was willing to wait. The person on the phone displayed horrible customer service.

They don t pick up the phone! I went to get a tire a day later my tire popped and it was good and I didn t even drive anywhere.

The worst tire shop ever..Got a tire the next week it went flat plus paid $35, went back told me didn't have no tires that fit my car Told me I couldn't come back to get another tire so they plugged it. I would never recommend them to NOBODY
