Brian is great, top tier service, he continues to go above and beyond every time I need him, his level of service is unmatched in this area, 1-800 radiator is now our go to for all radiators Condensors compressors etc they have it all

The only reason I'm giving any stars is because of Jill. She was wonderful super friendly and even kept me informed about my order. However that being said the "warehouse" employees communication with her is HORRIBLE! Also, if you're not a shop getting the part then they will get it when they feel like it. I quote "if we knew it was a shop and not just a regular customer we would've already got it to you" they randomly stopped to ask about his shop he thought they were delivering the radiator. That is what was told to my mechanic while my car sat taking up his lift for days. Little did the guy know I've known my mechanic for well over 20 years. So of course he's going to tell me. That is the WORSE thing you could do as a business and a small local business at that.

Worst company to get radiators from I recommend finding someone else I bought a radiator from this place an it leaked within 4 months bought a warranty with it when I purchased the radiator, called to get a replacement for my radiator an said I had already gotten a replacement even though I never got a replacement so they just lied an left me out to dry and overheat had to go somewhere else to buy a new one because apparently your warranty you purchase with them means nothing horribly company
