Pine and Bryce were absolutely amazing! Their customer service was outstanding. They are both amazing people in general. I didn't come for an oil change, I actually came for fuel treatment and my car runs better than ever :) you guys are awesome and I wish you all nothing but the best! Great team work!!

I have been going to this location for a couple years now. I recently went for an oil change and they noticed I had a brake light out. They attempted to change the bulb but accidentally broke off a small piece of the inside encasement. They were extremely apologetic and said they would order the entire thing free of charge. After waiting a few weeks due to a shipping error and the snow last week, it finally arrived. I went today to have them replace it and even though it took them about 45 minutes (it s a Nissan Rogue need I say more?) they finally were able to get it fixed right. Mistakes happen and I completely understand but the guys there went above and beyond my expectations. They re all so friendly and polite and I will continue to give them my business, this location especially.

The staff was very professional and efficient. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. They told me all of my options, explained all of the prices, and answered all of my questions. The facilities were clean and procedures were followed so everyone was safe. They had things that were said to each other above and below the cars that were repeated, and chanted to make sure things were clear and the workers were safe. Highly recommended!! 5/5 experience!

It's been decades since my last drive-thru oil change experience. I didn't go again because that company made a mistake with the filter. But Valvoline on Memorial, they know what they're doing and take pride in their work. They went above and beyond by using ties to reattach a plastic cover under the engine that had been dragging. All the while I sat in the comfort of my vehicle for under 20 minutes, including wait time!

The most unprofessional staff I have ever seen. I am sitting in my car as I'm typing this, and they are under my vehicle cussing and talking about Minecraft. Profanity left and right. I have been here pushing about 20 minutes, no update on why it is taking so long, no communication. It also sounds like they may have stripped the bolts on my oil pan. Ive been coming here for a year and never had an issue. I will be switching locations after this.

Jordan was just an excellent. The whole crew took care of my vehicle efficiently and perfectly in a short time. They were really quick. That was months ago.As of today, Feb 23rd, 2023, they kept earning my trust. What a fabulous teamwork. I called ahead of time and they answered the phone quickly and were very polite and professional over the phone and listened to my question and answered it in full. I told them what make and model vehicle I have and that I also have a 50% off coupon for a basic oil change. They explained which oil my vehicle used and how many quarts it would require and that the coupon is for 50% off up to 5 quarts of oil and that mine required 5.5 quarts and explained I would pay full price for the half quart and then 50% off for the other 5 quarts used. I got there an hour before they closed and they got me in right away and got me back out quickly while also performing a thorough oil change and going over my vehicle in detail and topping off any fluids that were low and cleaned up under my hood when they were finished. I will def be back in 3 months and will recommend others to their services as well!

The manager who I believe was Zachary (sorry I have mom Brain on names) was polite, helpful and kind. Zach explained the whole process and made this oil change experience nothing less than exceptional!! He made sure to let me know what I should get done now/ soon. Did not make me feel pressured to get anything unneeded which makes me trust him when he recommends needed work in the future. This whole team was friendly, well educated and patient. I had a small wait (maybe 5 mins, nothing crazy) and two staff members (Austin & max) came to check on me and apologized for the wait which was very kind and not needed but this team really wants to provide the best experience for their customers. I've gotten my oil change many times and I've never been treated with so much kindness. A few other employees said goodbye and happy holidays while I was leaving but I didn't get their names. Overall great experience at this location! I hope Valvoline company rewards hard working employeesServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Battery, Oil change

I was treated so well I was amazed. Having a 1974 Mercedes is always a challenge, but they were up to the task. Because they did not have the filter they said that if I found a filter locally they would be happy to do the oil change. I found one and they then took excellent care of me and my car. I highly recommend them and am quite sure if you go there you will leave happy!

My experience here was excellent. The moment I got there I already felt taken care of. I have never gotten my oil changed at a shop because the lines are always insane but I was the only one there and it was 3 hours after opening. But this was my 1st time, and it was an great experience. I believe the person who took care of me was Dakota but I can't be too sure. You could tell that all the workers really cared about their job, all the jargon that they were shouting out as they checked the car. I didn't even realize that he had already changed my oil because it was so quick, and I was out of there within half an hour, maybe even less. The crew just did a great job and I really appreciated that. They also showed me how old and dirty my air filter was and I got a new replacement for $20. Thanks Team Valvoline on Memorial!

The tech, Nathaniel, was friendly under what was a very hot, humid day. I did not feel pressured into opting in for the air filters, wipers, etc. He mentioned a few things to keep an eye on and continued to do his job. Great attitudes and overall great experience. Always efficient! The techs here get you in and out as quickly as it is safe to do while delivering quality work and customer service. No hard upsells, which is a huge plus for me.I've been coming here for almost a year, and they have never failed to impress. Highly recommend!

First time I visited Valvoline they broke the cover to my air filter. I figured this could happen to anyone, so I let it go as no big deal, especially since they said they would replace it. It took over a MONTH to get the part to replace. Because apparently they had multiple approvals to go through.The second time I decided to give them a chance, the customer service guy specifically asked me how much air I wanted in my tires (which I knew a couple desperately needed air), and later because I never saw them check my tires, I confirmed they checked them, but in fact they did NOT get air put in them. They also didn t clear my oil change light either, which I just happened to catch as I was driving away. Yet both were marked complete on my printout.Later that day, I was out of town for business and was getting gas, but heard a lovely crunch under my car when I went to back up. Apparently they hadn t completed latched the skid plate, which then fell off. Ugh!I talked to the manager, Zach, who advised the part wouldn t take as long as last time, since all they had to do was pick up the part from the dealership.Another month went by and I called to follow up, since he never called me. He told me he had forgotten and gave me every excuse in the book busy, people quit, new people starting, he was on vacation etc. Always excuses and never action! He said he would have the following day, and told me to come in. And imagine that he didn t have the part yet.So all of this to say these people may be very nice, but they are completely incompetent! They are also EXTREMELY slow for a quick service oil change. It s taken me easily an hour at each visit.It s been 2 months now, and I still don t have the part for my car, and at this point, I m tired of wasting my time, so I ll just go somewhere else to have it taken care of. I definitely won t be back! The newness of this location should have their kinks worked out at this point!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

(Updated): 01 civic with 142,000 miles. Have only had the oil changes done at this location when i bought the vehivle with 125,000 miles and was told today that my oil pan was nearly completely stripped. Oil pans do not randomly fail unless they have been constantly over torqued or crossthreaded. I may possibly be looking at a new oil pan and will be doing my own oil changes from now on.Replaced our Fiat 500 oil filter housing (free of charge) after the medical center location stripped the bolt. Went out of their way tk get the part and have it installedRecently got the oil in my 01 civic changed, new crew seemed new and a little unorganized, (no callouts and were unsure if they had shown me the oil dipstick which they did) made me nervous.Service: Oil change

The store I visited, for this first time, in Murfreesboro, had incredible service. The oil truck was there, to fill their oil reserves, and instead of making me wait for the truck to finish or the other bay to open up, they asked me to drive around to the front and back in to the bay blocked by the oil truck.The service was quick, and as they advertise, you CAN stay in your vehicle. As I have a new vehicle I wanted to be there so I can see where stuff is. Took them a little bit to get at the large air filter, but the car manufacturer doesn t make it easy, but finally was able to figure it out. The didn t have that filter in stock, but let me pay for it and said that when I was in the area again, I could just come in and have it installed. I did just that two weeks later and they didn t hesitate to pull me in, behind another car being serviced, so I wouldn t have to wait. I didn t ask for this, they just did it for me.I recommend this site, on Memorial Dr, to anyone looking for a quick and expert oil change.

Waited more than an hour and I was told 30 minutes. I asked about my tire pressure nobody let me know about it. Had to remind them about checking my brake and signal lights and they still did not get checked. They did not check my air filter as well. Why am I paying for service and it s not being completed up to standards. I will not return to this location.

When I found out my oil change was going to start pre tax at 101 dollars (thanks Toyota) I broke out in tears. Times are hard and I barely had scrapped the barrel for just what I expected to pay, around half that. Matthew took the time to walk me through several money saving options through coupons and Groupon to buying my oil first and bringing it in (never had i known that was an option). He helped me get the cost down to only 7 dollars!! I have never been so grateful and thankful to a complete stranger before. Matthew and his team are angels in the pits and I will always take my business there from now on.Service: Oil change

If I could do a 0 I would. Took my Escalade here to have the oil changed. They done the usual checks and changed out the oil. Told me oil was dark and ready for a change. Left from here and instantly started losing oil pressure and oil. I ve spent hundreds putting oil in for it to run back out. Took my truck back, and these young men tried to tell me it came that way. You can t even drive a vehicle without oil so try again. Filed a complaint with corporate on which they denied, because the general manager Casey claimed they looked it over and agreed. Never even met this person. So now I ve put it in a shop, and will have to file a civil suit to get my money back for all of this work. Please be careful of them. They were young, scattered, over worked, and just not honest. Tried to also blame my motor, but showed proof it was replace less than a year ago. Just don t go here . IService: Oil change

Came in for an oil change. At the end they said I was missing bolt from the drip pan. Which I wasn't. It was not having any issue driving. Now the pan is dragging the ground. They must of lost the bolts holding it. They definitely didn't take responsibility for it. Very irritatingService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Alright, I pulled up to the Valvoline station and one of the techs greeted me. There was only one lane open, so I pulled in behind a truck on the left. Then I was told that I'd have to wait until he was done to get an oil change because the other bay was doing inventory. Cool! I'll wait. Then they weren't doing inventory anymore, magically. So I rolled my car into the bay, they guided me in. Their safety inspection was very slow and seemed like they had no method to practice to make the inspection go quickly. It's like the gentleman doing the inspection had never been trained on best practices, even though he did a good job and was communicating to me about my vehicles details.Here's my beef, though I'm not mad. When your sign reads Valvoline Instant Oil Change, the oil change needs to be the star of the show. None of that other garbage. When I come for an oil change, and I say thats all I want, you're wasting your time and everyone else's time trying to squeeze money out of me. I watched 2 cars park behind me, and leave after about 15 minutes.Here's the kicker, I listen to what the techs are saying as they're working. And I'm a pretty smart fellah. Bottom side was calling for a star bit, I know for a fact that the oil drain bolt is not a star bolt. The entire time they've been trying to sell me stuff, their tech was trying to give me a free transmission flush. If I hadn't said stop, the tech would have slowly realized that. So I probably sat for a total of 30 minutes before their bottom side tech found the drain bolt.TLDR; The staff are nice and kind, but seem inexperienced. These guys need some veterans in their midst. Come here if you have a lot of time on your hands.

The staff were friendly, and thorough. Wait time was about 18 minutes. They were done in 15 mins. I will definitely go back to this location in the future.

I DONT EVEN KNOW WHERE TO START & IM NOT FINNA GO INTO FULL DETAIL JUST know IF U DRIVE A AUDI DO NOT GET A OIL CHANGE HERE!!! & WHATEVER THEY MESS UP COOPERATE WILL TAKE THEY TIME TO PAY FOR IT!!! (Unhappy customer)
