The team at Tire Discounters on Lascassas Pike is phenomenal! Always polite, professional, and extremely helpful! I've had oil changes, tire rotations, new tires, new rims, and other work done here. The price and service are unbeatable! I would easily drive over an hour just take any of my vehicles to this shop.

I bought a set of tires from them about six months ago. Those tires had been trouble since day one getting a comfortable ride out of them. Life gets busy and can t always take care of things when you want or need to. I called the store to explain my situation, and there was no hesitation to help solve it. They had the problem accurately diagnosed with potential solutions ready to go in a very timely manner. I also had another issue with my TPMS system. While they did not repair the issue they advised me on how to handle it that best served my needs. You don t get that from many shops anymore. Some people don t understand that when you pay for a service you also pay for the knowledge, especially in the automotive or any trade at all. Ryan was very polite and attentive to what you say. He was great about keeping me up-to-date with what was going on. Glad I chose this location to go to.

I stopped in for an oil change today and asked how long it would take. The employee at the desk said about an hour and a half. I waited 3 hours and my truck never made it to the rack. I was told I would be next. I wait for 20 more minutes and they put someone else on the rack ahead of me. I had to leave because I had to go pick up my wife from work and had no more time to wait on unprofessional employee's. I wish I had the opportunity to be any kind of customer, even an unsatisfied one, but as hard as I tried I still couldn't spend money with this business. Save your self some time and money and go anywhere else.

After hitting a massive pothole I couldn't avoid, they were able to fit me in an hour before closing!! This is just one of the reasons they are my go to tire shop (and they do my oil changes too) 10/10 recommend

This tire shop does wheel alignments and offers great conveniences... they even offered to Uber me a ride to and fro after dropping off my car. Though they are a bit more expensive than Discount Tire especially considering the tire replacement coverage is not included... I do appreciate the options if I need a wheel alignment..

Unhelpful. Called asking about a replacement for a flat tire, was told that they could help and to come in. When I got there, I was refused service and told that I needed an appointment.

I am new to the area and needed a couple new tires pretty quick. The customer service was top notch and the prices were more than reasonable. I will be back again and won't go anywhere else for the services they offer.

I recently took my car to this tire discounters to get new tires and have my brakes checked. From start to finish this store took care of me. Specifically Dustin who was so incredibly personable and genuine. He was honest, and up front on cost of repairs (best and worst case scenario), and had my service completed in a matter of 2 hours. Not only does my car drive like a dream now, but I feel safe with who I chose to do the work. I have had horrible experiences having my car worked on in years prior, and Dustin and his team remedied that. I wouldn t take my car anywhere else.

I came in to replace one tire, but was later informed my other tires were going to pop. I didn't have enough for all 4, but they gave me a great discount. Amazing experience!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Murfreesboro Tire Discounters to replace all four tires on my car, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. A few months after getting the new tires, I noticed my car pulling to one side, and they promptly addressed the issue without any additional charge. Dustin and his crew did an amazing job. Ive read these other reviews and i feel they are just from angry people being hateful. Ive seen his interactions with customers and he is beyond helpful and polite. Def recommend this store over the Medical Center store

I bought a set of tires for my vehicle from the store 88 about 6 weeks ago. I had nothing but problems with these tires. I took it back 4 times and still had issues. I decided to take it to another store. I went to the 097 store. Dustin was very patient and understanding my problems. They had my vehicle for 4 hours. They went above and beyond to fix my problems. I highly recommend store #097 for all of your tire needs. I m very pleased.Thank you Dustin and all of your employees that help my situation.Bradley Brown

Dallas and Dustin are amazing people and they always have great service that we can always depend on. They always explain what the issue is and what they did to fix it. I m always confident to leave my baby Jade (2005 Honda Accord) with them because i know it s in good hands. Thank you guys!!!! :)

You can t always count on good customer service these days, but Dallas and Dustin did a great job at showing me there s still great service out there. I could tell that safety is super important to them, and it made me feel confident driving away with my new tires! I will definitely recommend!

Waited 4 hours for a oil change and tires rotated, car returned with no rotation. Said considered Bald. And that I needed front brakes.Another inspection, said could go longer. Will buy new tires elsewhere this time.

These guys are awesome, Dallas and Dustin specifically(plus everyone else behind the scenes). They always get the job done and at a reasonable price and we can always count on them if we have any car related questions!

Stay away! After bringing our car in for a vibration complaint between 45-55mph We were told a tire balance would take care of it, well it didn't. We returned a month later after a family member said they believed it was a wheel bearing and they were quick to say it wouldn't happen at that high rate of speed and they thought it had to be something else. After arguing our point they said they'd check it and called to say it was indeed a wheel bearing on the right front and that the tire was dry rotted as well so the repair would be over $700 but the labor should only take 90 min. We agreed. FIVE HOURS later we called to see if it was ready and I was rudely told " No its not done. We will call when it is." And was hung up on. We had to make other arrangements to go to an appt and after leaving were called 15 min after and said it was ready. We then had no way of returning in time to pick up the car before they closed. We were called at 530 and I told them we had no way of picking it up then and would be there at 8 am when the opened. This morning we went to get the car only to find out they parked it in the bay and blocked it with another vehicle with a blown tire. They were rude and said it was OUR fault for not getting it the day before, even though we told them we would be there at 8 am. We then had to wait another hour to get the car. WE WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME at this store. Dallas and Dustin need a lesson in customer service. Beyond disappointed and very concerned we had reputable work done at all.

On Saturday, October 1, 2022, I had a dashboard alert indicating that my front, driver s side tire was reading at 28 PSI. I stopped & put air in my tire. The reading did not change & my dashboard alert was still on. I picked up my mom for dinner & told her what was going on with my tire. She told me to stop at Tire Discounters because they had always been great to her. The young man who came to help us was amazing not only did he check & put air in EVERY tire, he found out my dashboard alert was actually reading for the wrong tire and he re-calibrated the sensor. How fabulous is that?! What an amazing experience. I forgot to get his name but my vehicle is a black, Chevy Equinox if that helps bring him some recognition. Thanks for going above & beyond, friend.

Went for an alignment and they told me I needed a bunch of other work done: axle, struts, control arms. I told it to a different mechanic, and they said I didn't need any of those items replaced. I wouldn't trust them with my car.

Dustin and Stephen did a great job at setting up my appointment and having back out on the road in no time. Even the technician show me the up most courtesy when completing the repairs.

We have a fleet with Dustin and those guys at this store they do amazing work for us!! So much so our employees use them as well great to deal with and treat us like we belong there! We are located In Nashville but make the 45min drive to see them they keep us rolling

This company is great to work with. They know their stuff. They are timely and affordable. And I love the vehicle pick up and drop off service. That s a big reason I use them for my car needs.

The shop is nice and clean, and even if it s busy someone always speaks to us and updates us.We ve had Dustin explain to us anything he suggests we need and why we need it. We ve never felt pushed to buy something that we didn t need which we really appreciate!

Very professional, my go to when I need work done. Great employees and are always knowledgeable on the work that needs done. Very family friendly absolutely the best in town. Shoutout to Dustin and Dallas keep up the work!

I have been to this location multiple times but no more. Do not deal with Dustin!! He does not listen to the customer, dismisses what you are trying to say and then doesn t take any responsibility when things are overlooked. I put up with his rudeness of interrupting me and dismissing my tire pressure light concerns as a faulty sensor, slow leaks don t happen in two tires on Friday. But today as soon as I went into my issue, he proclaimed I m not taking responsibility for something that could have happened after you left! He told me directly on Friday that he even test drove the car to ensure the light went off. Then today he proclaims We don t test drive cars here! So which is it?! So now I have spent over 2 and a half hours total on 2 different days just to get an oil change and 2 tries checked for slow leaks. Never again!The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the work itself always seems to be good if you can get through a jerk that checks you in!

I unexpectedly had to purchase 2 new tires. I only ended up here by chance since it was the closest tire place that had my hard to find tires in stock. I was very upset about the accident that blew my tires and the staff here was so kind to me! I specifically worked with Mitchell (please do yourself a favor and ask for him to help you!) but was greeted by other employees as well and offered something to drink. I felt the price of the tires was very reasonable and they got my car immediately in and was finished very quickly. I highly recommend these guys!

I went to this location to receive a tire check. My visit began with some miscommunication about what I wanted, but I chalked it up to me not using the right terminology. My sales associate recommended that I purchase all new tires, considering the amount of driving I do. I wasn't pleased to spend the money, but better safe than sorry! I only had so much budgeted for the tires, so I could not afford the additional warranty. The associate told me I could purchase the additional warranty within thirty days of my purchase. The day I bought my tires is also the day I cracked my rim, unbeknownst to me at the time I'm seeing my tire light on! So very angry with me! So I returned my car to them, so they could investigate the issue with my tire and purchase the additional warranty. They informed me that the rim was cracked, and I need a new tire. The same associate who sold me the tires initially stated that did not need to buy a new tire, but needed to buy a new rim and the warranty would be almost double than I was initially quoted. Ultimately, his communication was not clear and raised my anger even higher. I could've easily bought the rim and the tire, but the associate's snarky attitude with me caused me to ask them to put on the spare and leave. I totally own that the issue was my fault, but what I will not accept is an associate not giving me clear information and his sarcastic attitude in handling an already frustrating matter. For this alone, I will not be returning!
