I came to the autozone on memorial blvd,Needed help with my break light ,micheal didn't hesitate to help me with it .Also asked him to the my headlight and he did it quick and efficiently unlike 2 other autozones that could not even remove the bulb smh.. Micheal is a great example of how a worker SHOULD be.He knows what he's doing!!

Can't say enough good things about Randy's service yesterday. Went in with a dead battery and it was a pain to remove. He was persistent and really wanted to do the job right. That's so appreciated. Love these guys.

Michael at the Memorial Blvd. store is absolutely fantastic. Every time I go in there the young man is helpful and always has a great personality. One day I went in there with the relays from my John Deere tractor. Even though to my knowledge they don't keep up with tractor parts for a 20+ year old tractor, Michael took the time to match my relays up to some they had at the store. I was very impressed with his willingness to help.I also had to bring in a battery from that same tractor and he helped me with that as well. I'm old school and appreciate customer service and at the Memorial Blvd. store you'll get it. All the other guys working there and the other managers have all been fantastic every time I've gone there. So I wont hesitate to endorse them.

Every time I have needed to buy something from this autozone it has not been pleasant. As a woman who works in the automotive industry I get looked down a lot. Especially at this establishment and it s made me quit uncomfortable to return to.

The guys were so helpful in this store. Tested my battery and took care of putting a new battery in for me. Made the experience so much better. They were professional, kind and helpful.

Came for a battery for my Honda ridgeline and was helped by Randy. Really great service, he even took the time to show me how to install it. I m very grateful for the staff, professional, prompt and friendly. I Would recommend this location to anyone who wants a good experience and staff that takes the time to answer all your questions and help you feel at ease.

The customer service I received from Randy was tremendous and beyond reproach. While in the rain Randy assessed that battery replacement was the proper next step and proceeded to replace my battery while also improving the terminal connections to ensure proper installation. From here he ran a complete diagnostic test and took the time and effort to copy the detail for me on paper so I would have a hard copy of detail to present to a mechanic should additional attention be needed. He is a tremendous representative of the company - we need more like Randy. He was excellent!

Drew Napier is the MAN! I ve been searching for a particular Oil for ages and he was beyond helpful with it. He found it within minutes and got me more than enough information. He got more ordered for me for the future. He was patient and professional. Earned a repeat customer for sure

This is the best auto store out of any that I have see!! The service of this store is wonderful, the employees that work here are more than wonderful!! We're from FL and my car wasn't sounding right so we stopped to get it read to find out the problem. My car had to have spark plugs and coils plus a few other things, my driver didn't know everything needed to so these men helped get my car running again they stayed over 2 hrs after store closed then helped finish the next day they are remarkable

Absolutely the best customer service!! Chris helped us out big time by getting a scuff off of our ambulance just in time to respond to another emergency! He even took the time to remove the scuff himself!! 10/10 we are so grateful :))

Just want to give a quick shout out to Drew!! Came in on Friday (10/28/22) for assistance and he did it. Quick and with a smile! Helped with my license plate! Also, was greeted when walking into the store. As someone who's worked in the retail/customer service industry, little things like that go a looooong way! Such amazing customer service and very friendly. Taylor an awesome employee or manager for AUTOZONE was so very helpful in so many ways. He was not letting me leave until I was satisfied. He made sure I understood everything that he was helping with my car. If only we had more people just like TAYLOR in every business we shop at. TAYLOR again thank you so much for your help.

Advanced has always treated me great in the 6 years I've been going to their store. The tram there has changed twice as I've been going there and every time it does, they seem to find their step just the same and deliver quality parts, advice, and service. Definitely recommend the team to everyone I meet. Keep up the great work guys.

I didn't have a good experience here this morning. I went to O'Reilly's, the young lady came out to show me what I needed to know without hesitation. That's all I was asking for someone to walk outside to look at my problem. Not stand and tell me what Autozone doesn't do. I went home found my socket set pulled up a YouTube video and fixed it within ten minutes. So I guess auto zone did help by refusing to help me. Thanks

I call up to the store at 15 minutes before they close to find out if they have a engine air filter for a 2021 Buick encore and the employee right away answers no it s to new of a car. Employee didn t bother looking it up nor try to help ! How can you tell me my car is to new for you to have a part and it s a 2021?!?!! Not only that your a auto part store!
