Highly recommend this place! I needed tires and while they didn't have them in stock, they came next afternoon exactly when they said! The woman at the counter was so so nice and so friendly I actually called 6 or 7 tire places and immediately just stopped when I spoke to her. The men working were also super friendly and very efficient, I'd barely sat down and they had all 4 tires done! Prices were extremely reasonable considering the rates on EVERYTHING going up. Plus, free rotations, so a bonus!! Thank you HWY Tire

Tammy, the receptionist and office manager, is very helpful and sociable. I called ahead to know if they were busy, as they don't take appointments. The mechanics tell you what they find before performing repairs and give helpful advice. The charges are quite reasonable.I highly recommend Hwy 111.

HWY 111 tire is outstanding!! Needed tires for my wifes car, called HWY 111 and talked to Fred. Fred was awesome to work with. Told me he could order the tires and they would be there next day. Sure enough he placed the order and they were there the next day. I took the car in and was taken care of and back on the road within an hour. So grateful for HWY 111 tire. They 100% have my business from this point forward!

Very helpful staff! I was on my way back to Indiana from Knoxville and I needed all new tires on my gooseneck, they got me in quick and we're super nice and friendly!

Love the customer service there . Usually some waiting time as they are very busy, but worth the wait. Love being able to get them to put air in my tires too. Their tires are great quality too.

I brought 4 tires for them to mount on my late 90's SUV. Staff was friendly and got me right in. And the price to mount and balance was reasonable. BUT.... they over torqued the wheel nuts. My user manual lists a max of 110 ft lbs. I tested with my torque wrench when I got home and most of the wheel nuts were **at least 170 ft lbs**. (tested in tightening direction carefully!)If you go here for new tires or a re-balance and drive away with vibrations when braking, they've likely over-torqued your wheel nuts which is warping your wheels and rotors/drums. Either torque them properly when you get home or take your car back and have them properly torque the wheels.Also, one of my wheel nuts is now rounded slightly, making it very difficult for a 19mm socket to slide on like it does the others.Due to the reasonable price of mounting and friendly folks, I'd likely go back. But I'll be sure to ask them to not over-torque the nuts.

Great service! Very friendly.. It's not too bad of a price for my truck tires. Especially for the size of tire needed for my truck. Would definitely recommend going there and getting your tires.

I am so impressed with this crew. Everyone from front desk to shop did an amazing job. The shop guys are experts in their field. They were able to troubleshoot an bothersome problem and in short order had me back on the road again being one happy camper. Thanks so much. I had my truck at another shop to get the front brakes fixed and afterward when I would press the brake pedal, the truck would pull to one side. I assumed it was the rear brakes since the fronts had been replaced weeks earlier. So, I took it to Hwy Tire and asked them to fix the rear brakes. I got a call an hour later and was told my back brakes were fine. So, I asked them to drive it to be sure it wasn t something else. Sure enough it would pull to the right/left when they pressed the brake pedal. So, they checked the front brakes. I was told that whoever put those on did not do it right because the brakes were installed so tight the rotors had gouges in them, brake pads although weeks old were down to the metal. Hwy tire could have charged me for the rear brake check and hours in labor, but they didn t. I have had zero issues since they fixed my truck and the repair cost was cheaper than I was anticipating.Service: Auto brake replacement
