Good people... Some might disagree but if you do what you say or let them know something they work with you... Never had a problem.. help a lot of people that are having issues.... They have bills and overhead like any other business!.... Be honest, keep your word, communicate... If not.. it is what it is....

Horrible place. Lied and said the car I got was good to go,but I m spending more than $2k in repairs for it!!! They sold me a DANGEROUS vehicle. They refuse to fix it on their behalf and they refuse to replace the car. Once this is paid off, I m never using them again for anything.

Well for years off and on I have gotten cars from them normally a very good fair place to go. Then I got about300 behind and my insurance was liability (which normally they check and fix for me but didn t this time) then repo my car had a deal that they would hold it for 2 weeks to let me come up with the repo fee and to catch up. But when I went to pay it they had charged me a car payment for the two weeks they had the car and told me that my balance was at 960 and I couldn t make payments that it had to be paid In full they offered to hold it again but said it would still charge me payments while they held it so they made it impossible to get my vehicle back. So I do NOT recommend them to anyone especially if your struggling because they do not care!!!

From my own experience I didn't have a problem with them I got my car paid it off if I ever needed to miss a payment they said ok call us when you get it my car never had a problem I just paid it off I've had it for 3 years it's been running like a champ I've never went to a buy here pay here and got a car they didn't break down on me . This is the place to go to if you have bad credit and hardly any money down he worked with me on my down payment I barley had any money and I still got the car I wanted . The only thing I didn't like was how much I paid for my car at the end my car is bluebooked for ,$9,000. I ended up paying $20,000 but I guess you have to do what you have to when you really need a car I didn't really have a choice.

I personally negotiated with Walt Williams on a truck. He was not honest. He claimed there was no difference between a salvage title and a rebuilt title. He claimed that there would be no effect of title status on insurance. I know better but others may not.

Everyone there is so easy to work with. Quick loan terms will have my new car paid off in no time. People complain about there vehicle being repo'd because they get behind. Do you expect for them to let you drive it for free? You have to understand they are a buy here pay here company not a huge dealership. Also I read something complain about insurance. Dealing with insurance daily they CANNOT change your policy regarding liability. Please know what your talking about before you embarrass yourself. Pay your bills and keep insurance its quite simple.

I can only speak of my own experience. That being said:This is a GREAT place to go for a car as far as buy here pay here dealers go. I haven't had ANY problems out of my vehicle, paid it off EARLY thanks to the very manageable payment schedule and supportive staff. My vehicle was missing a jack when I purchased it, when I brought it to their attention it was replaced within 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend this dealer to those with credit problems or looking for a RELIABLE vehicle.As I stated before, this is my own experience only.

They cared less to the employees that actually tried to work their butts off. If I could give a negative rating to this company I would..They treat the employees that don't work in the office like dirt!!

Never missed a payment, not one payment an I wake to find my car repossessed, and yes I'm currently in contact with a lawyer and legal action is being took. Take my advice, don't go here. There all dirty people, Amanda, Tony all of them my wife could go into labor any day now and they pull this and if I had to guess its probably because they found a few things wrong with the car which I had them fix cause they said they would, then a tire shop they DONT use said there's a crack in the rim and when I told them and they acted like they didnt want to pay for it, then they said they would and now this. This is illegal, I know because I've spoke with an attorney. People beware and you've been warned most the good reviews on here are probably from there own employees If i had to take a guess. Dirty people and dirty business.

This company is horrible! They car I bought has given me trouble sense I drove it off the lot. My mother passed away this past Thursday and I go to Georgia for the funeral and spend time with my family. I call them Thursday hey my mom passed away imma suspend a week in Georgia and I ll be home to pay my payment. They say that s fine. So I come home tonight. I pull into my driveway and get a knock on my window telling me to step out the car. So I do. He steps in and says I m repping your car call Walt Williams in the morning. And drives away. This is the worst car buying service ever! I HIGHLY don t recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Honest people selling good quality vehicles. A small town dealer's hospitality and ethics with a large selection of a larger dealer. I'd highly recommend Walt Williams to anyone who values a good deal, honest people, and good ole Southern values.

There is a Lemon law for all you people with instant repairs. Even if it's used. Google it. Talk with a Lawyer. Make sure you take to a mechanic before buying and make sure you don't get over charged for a 20 year old car. That have had mice/ rats chew on battery cable and other stuff. Not even had this car a week and is in shop again. Note to self don't listen to other people and don't rush and follow your instict. I am sick to my stomach about this deal. I can't afford missing work and paying extra to get rides if I can even get one.. This could cost me a job...

I have bought a couple of vehicles from here and my daughter also purchased a car. I am still driving my last purchase and my dad is driving the one my daughter bought and it's still going strong. Very nice people. No pushy sales people. And they are willing to help and work with people.

Best place hands down to buy a car. Easy to work with and they go above and beyond to make the customer happy. Just pay your payments and keep insurance!! I will keep going back and will refer everyone to them!

People and place is really horrible. I promise I'll do whatever it takes to make you lose business for how you'll did me and my wife after we've been loyal customers for about 5 or 6 years now. And for you'll to sell us a lemon that breaks down in 2 days. So if anyone reads this turn around and run far far away from Toney and that car lot unless your willing to lose money and give it to that crooked place

Put a big down payment down got $300 behind and he come and got my car and want and sold it to someone els for the same price I pay for it they don't keep there word and there very unfair and I pay over 5000 for it before he took it

I've been dealing with Walt Williams for almost 2 years now, Bought a 2015 Car that has had issues since day 1. The first mth of buying the vehicle it was in the shop for 3weeks with transmission issues. Since then the car has been in and out of the shop 5 times for transmission and tcm issues. Meanwhile I've payed every payment and have not been late or missed a single one. Walt Williams would not even take into consideration to how many issues we have had since day one. I would never recommend anyone to deal with these crooks! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! BUYER BEWARE!

Bought a Jeep from them. Payments $325 every two weeks.. drove it twice...had to put it in the shop for 5 days-- got it back.. same issues. We will see how this pans out. Doesn't seem promising.

I've sold cars for over 30 years an I haven't ever seen someone done so bad. Im not going to mention her name but she bought a car from walt William's and they told her they would report her pay history to the credit bureau which they didnt do. After paying over 12,000 dollars on a 5,000 dollar car she still cant do anything so I would advise anyone who is looking for a car not to buy one from Walt Williams because you will be paying to much money for a car that will not help your credit at all!

This place is horrible! We are foster parents and we had lost a placement. It took several weeks to get our reimbursement worked out with the state. I was one biweekly payment behind. I had already talked to them had arrangements in place to pay. They sent someone to repo the day BEFORE the arranged date. So luckily our check was deposited a day early, so I was able to go ahead and make my payment. After that, I continued to get harassing text messages from them . So I sent them notification in writing not to contact me, my references, family, neighbors, associates anymore. That I was to be contacted my mail only. They have repeatedly broken Fair Debt Collection practices by continuing to call my references and sending me text messages. I had to block their number to stop them from texting me. I have filed 3 reports with the FTC against them in the past 2 months. These people are crooks! Stay far away!!

This is the place to go get a new vehicle. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Every other car dealership turned me down but Walt Williams auto inc. put me the truck I wanted. I'm so happy. Thanks Walt Williams!!!!!!

Recently purchased a truck from this car lot. Had a little issue and they fixed it even though it wasn t covered under my warranty. Will continue to use Walt Williams for my future vehicles.

NEVER EVER BUY a car from here I did and had a list of things that needed fixed they weren't my left front tire was coming off, I was lied to by Maria about a new battery being put in my car it wasn't....My payments are up to date and now they are trying to harass me about my insurance which is not thru them....SERIOUSL
