Online database was great and included a photo of the vehicle I was looking for, which was awesome. The lot map is really helpful and the row numbering is easy to read as you walk the lot. The cars are well-spaced and easy to get to every part of the vehicle. Staff was helpful and polite. I saw a lot of newer vehicles here, so I don't think you'll find many classics, FYI.Highly recommended!

Very friendly staff!!I always come here whenever I can t find certain parts at the auto parts store, most of the time I do find them here.All the workers here are very friendly, they treat you with the utter most politeness. Depending on the weather just make sure you bring waters and a snacks, depending on the park you re looking for it might take a couple of hours!Next time I go back I ll post some videos of the place!

This place is sweet. I showed up expecting to break my bank just for a tailgate support line thing (no clue what it's actually called) and found exactly the one I needed for my 1995 GMC Sierra. The employee at the front was kind and professional, overall just a great experience.

Do NOT come here!!!! My starter went out in their parking lot and I called the next day to apologize that it was there and their reaction was Well if it s not gone by today we re having a SCRAP guy come and get it. The managers are pissed about it. So I called a towing service and they said they can t get to it till tomorrow (Monday). We called them back to let them know it will be tomorrow before we can get the truck and their response to this was even better. That might be okay, but we re not responsible for anything that happens to the truck . As in vandalism. 1. What was the point in even bringing that up? 2. Why the bad attitude when we re trying to work this out reasonably? They also lied and said that they don t have cameras which is false. I mean come on man what s the deal? Is this how people are running businesses now cause this is not okay. You cannot treat people like that. Especially making threats about vandalizing someone s property because their vehicle just so happened to break down on your property. You run a junkyard you people should know better than anyone that stuff breaks. This was all a very ridiculous and stressful situation when it should ve never been that. I ll never be doing business with them again and I hope this makes other people think twice before giving their hard earned money to these people who think it s okay to treat their customers like this.

Ine if the smaller salvage yards I have been to and seems a bit disorganized. Some cars seemed to be placed haphazardly and quite a few were flat on the ground. I may have just come on a bad day. Not a bad place but I will probably tick with their Lavergne location in the future. The people were nice and the prices are good. If you're nearby there is no need to go to a further location. Check their inventory online.

Best place to get parts. They have alot of inventory and they are always helpful and kind. Best junkyard in the entire country. Their prices are affordable unlike other junkyards. They are the Best and I buy all of my parts from them.

This is a very cheap place to find auto parts , as long as you are mechanically inclined or have someone with you that is to take the parts off other vehicles for you. However ,the lot is covered in softball size gravel making it hard to walk and maneuver a wheel barrell.

These guys and gals are awesome. Love the 30 day warranty. Never had a problem with them honoring it even if it's an electrical part. Both Laverne and Lebanon great

Good variety of salvage cars. I did find what I needed but they didn't have anyone to help me load it (complete rear axle assembly) very heavy but priced fair. I would give 5 stars if they had loaders for every day they are open.

Bought a bad engine, tried to return. Kid behind the counter tried to tell me it wasn't the same engine. Had receipt and pics of the day I bought it. Now out $260 and weeks of work.

Went here today to get a part for my truck that I couldn t find anywhere, I called to make sure they were open because of all the snow lately, Sabrina sey I think was the name of the person I talked to, she said yes were open and come on in and get what you need. When I went in she looked up the truck I needed and told me where it was. I got the part I needed and thanked her for being so friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back here again when I need something!

Not a very good experience! I went to get a starter for my car and after fighting with it for what seemed like forever I finally have up and headed for the exit only to find the exit locked! They closed the doors and locked me inside the junk yard. It was 6:37pm by my phone. I injured myself trying to get out

This was an excellent experience. Having worked in a recycling facility/ scrapyard before, it is pretty common to run into some rough spots in service. This facility was by far the friendliest, most informative and easiest place to take care of your recycling needs. There are several places near my home but I drove 27 miles one way to deal with Harris because it is worth it! Experience it people. You won't be disappointed!

Nice place. Found exactly what I needed, relatively quickly. The better you are at stripping parts and getting at what you need, the better experience you ll have. Prices are fine, I suppose. Expected to pay more, so, that s a plus. Good selection of cars.

My personal experience it sucked I went out looking for a bed and a tailgate for my 05 Nissan Titan I called and they said they had them I got out there they were bumpers were crushed worse than mine and only one truck had a tailgate that was all creased and Rusty on the end. And when I got in there and told him the kid oh well. I'm sorry sir have a good day

The website says open on Sunday at 8 am I was there @7:45 until 8:30 nobody ever showed tried to call phone number couldn't get an answer or leave a message

Just experienced the best customer service. They did not have the part I needed but helped me research compatibility and even located the part for me at another salvage yard in town. SO helpful.

For a car salvage yard, this one is a pleasant surprise. Wheel barrows are available to move heavier parts from the yard to the checkout counter. Staff is helpful and prices are reasonable. Policies are posted clearly. Cars are accessible in the yard with room between them to work. Most are sitting up off the ground so parts can be taken off the suspension or underside.

If you find the parts you want great. They keep zero records of returns and give a "credit" even when you pay cash, if you don't use it right away you will loose it and they get their parts back. 60.00 down the drain. Pretty much stolen. THANKS EPRESS PULL AND SAVE. Wish I could give 0 stars. Feeling robbed.
