Luis took great care of me during my visit! He communicated well as to the progress of the service. I was provided a list of upcoming service items that need to be addressed and the time frame. I will definitely go back! Great place!

Always hesitant about the experience I ll get with a quick service stop, and this place handled everything beyond satisfactory. Dalton, the service manager greeted me upon arrival, checked me in, and began immediately. Nick, the store manager presented pricing and service recommendations in a welcoming and informative way, before all requests were completed swiftly.Our household will definitely be repeat customers due to our experience and service today!

Luis and Chad are great!! The whole is crew is courteous and knowledgeable. This is the only oil and tire change place we trust for all of our vehicle s .. We will definitely continue to use them.

Great experience! Nick and Chad are the best. They told me things about the service I d never heard when i ve gotten my oil changed at other Express Oil Change locations. You can tell they enjoy cars and take pride in their work.

Nick, Chad and Dalton worked on my vehicle and did a great job. They communicated everything and we're fast and efficient. I picked this place because of the reviews and I agree with their high ratings. I will definitely be back.

Service was quick and easy. Oil change, tire rotation and complete in 30 minutes. They check everything and give a report of future maintenance. Prices were reasonable, everyone was friendly. Chad did an excellent job from start to finish

They get two stars only on a big grading curve. I was very disappointed. I was quoted a specific price over the phone, given a different price upon arrival and still another price by the mechanic. Each one higher than the other.I had driven 30 minutes based on the price given over the phone. There was no consideration for their error in pricing. One of the mechanics was not pleasant to talk to.Very bad experience.

The team did a great job for me , came in with a spare tire issue for my Jeep , pulled a nail and switched out the tire in less then 10 min .. thank you for helping me out

Excellent service! We used to go to the Express Oil in Murfreesboro and loved it. We were thrilled when one opened up here. We just had our first real service at the Lebanon location and they did a fantastic job. They are efficient, professional, and most of all honest. Will definitely be back! And shout out to Dalton, you treated my vehicle like it was yours and I appreciated it!

Dalton was awesome and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me that was going on with my truck alignment. He also switched my wheels and did a great job making sure everything was done right. Also was a great price.

Update:Went back for my second oil change and tire rotation. Another great experience! I highly, highly recommend going here. The entire staff is extremely courteous, professional and timely!First experience:I had a really great experience! Luis served me and was absolutely polite and assisted me in picking the right oil for my new car. Jakob was under the car so I didn t get to meet him, but both gentlemen were efficient and their hard work was greatly appreciated!Highly recommend!!

Awesome experience. Walked in and got out in 15 min for an oil change. Gave me some options for other car care I might need soon in the future and were informative and not pushing stuff down my throat. Awesome guys, will be back as soon as I need anything else done.

Dalton was AMAZING!! Bought four tires for a great deal. When I came to have them mounted he had me out the door in less than an hour. The waiting room was quiet and clean. I will be using this place again!

If you have a modified car come here! The alignment rack is in the floor for us lowered folk so no going up a mountain of an ramp and these people know how to do an alignment for real. Dalton was able to pull off the impossible for me, and the manager is just fantastic.(Also, this business does WAY more than just oil and tires! I highly recommend them for just about anything!)This is not your run of the mill corporate auto repair shop. This place has real people, that understand how things work. From what I can tell, they all love their jobs.It s is beyond rare to find a shop this good. How the techs actually engage with you and talk with you about your car is something anyone could appreciate. The employees of this business are extremely polite, tell you what s going on and why, explain to you how things work if you ask etc etc etc. Just incredible people here.

1st time at the business today for a tune up on my truck. Was impressed with the facility and Luiz the service guy at the desk. Very friendly and helpful. My truck runs like a brand new truck! I will be a returning customer!

First off the staff are all very friendly, polite, helpful, and informative, nothing was too much of a problem. They did a lot of work on my truck, new tyres, oil change, diff fluid change front and rear, transfer case fluid change, changed all the spark plugs and serpentine belt change. Their prices are very reasonable, and they gave me a few discounts too. The waiting room is always clean with TV, Wifi, free coffee and water to help yourself to, the toilets are always clean with baby change facilities also. Will definitely use these guys again. ThanksThe English guy.

This was my first visit to Express Oil. They were fast, friendly, and affordable. The manager Nick didn't push unnecessary services. Although I didn't see him, the under car tech Chad got my oil plug back in, no leaks. So there's that. Great place, will take all my vehicles there from now on.

Dalton was very friendly and approachable to talk about his conclusions after he did a great job aligning the front end of my 99 Ford Explorer. If you care about the details and have a high bar when it comes to quality of the service, that is the place to go.

They start to set you up to sell you something before they even look at the car. I said I need my tires balanced and they (tag teamed me) came up with 3 reasons not to balance before they even looked at my car. When I said no on anything they kept saying the company won t let us (They are a franchise) and tried to sell me tires 3 times.The car is an extra car for the family and they said the tread was too low. The tires have maybe 2000 miles on them. Then they said the tires were old. drove down the street to the tire shop across from Planet Fitness. They balanced them right away and now the car drives good with no shake.I can t even imagine getting an oil change. Probably try to sell you a filter, windshield wiper, and or a light bulb. These guys work on commission and have sales contests on certain services daily and weekly. Stay away.You better off going to Quick Lane Tire & Auto. They don t try to rip you off or sell you brake fluid changes as soon as you walk in.

EOC is our go-to for oil changes. The staff (especially Luis and Fidel) is courteous and efficient. They may make suggestions on additional services you need, but do not pressure you. I highly recommend!

I was actually shocked by how kind, friendly and patient everyone was, I had the pleasure of meeting Fidel, Bryan, and Cody All were professional and answered all my questions thoroughly, I was in and finished quickly. Highly recommended this business!
