This place helped me with my car. I bought a new alternator from Auto Zone n only had $60 left to my name n the owner knew that was all I had n had no food at my house. The owner had given me $20 back which helped me get a few groceries that which only lasted for 2 days. The owner has a heart n more businesses need more people just like him. God Blessed me by sending me to this auto shop.

$4,000 and I still have exactly the same problem.They said they rebuilt my transmission but did not fix the problem at all.I took it for diagnosis because transmission had an intermittent problem. It worked perfectly most of the time, and then would suddenly go into limp mode. Other shops said it did not need rebuilding, it worked too perfectly. Head mechanic insisted it would fix it.I picked it up, drove for a couple days, and it quit again.They don't have ANY documentation for parts used in the rebuild, not any breakdown of what was done.They refused to refund my money. So I wasted about $4,000.DO NOT trust their judgement!Service: Transmission

I was dealt a Bad Transmission from a dishonest person for my Street Rod and Jeff took it apart and found the Clutches being burned severely as Shown. He did an Upgrade on Things That needed to be so it could handle my Motor. He went above and beyond in the rebuild for my Street Beast!!!!!Thank You,Jason Anderson

Owner is a great guy it seems. I think the place lacks experience. They only do removal and replace they send out the trans to be rebuilt.They lack the know how in my experience I had to come back several times to get a rather simple matter fixed but they just couldn't do it and being a "transmission shop" should have been able to do it. Took it to a another trans shop to do it even thow central should have done it being under warranty. If you want the job done the first time I dont recommend.

Checked out my leak for free! Will update.It's been about a week since repair, and my issue is gone.Cost was a little high, but the service and convenience was worth it.Surprised to have to get an alignment done after this though, that sucks. They probably had to take the rack down a little. I'll take care of it.Service: Transmission

They kept my vehicle for over 2 months, charged $2,200 CASH to replace a few parts in my transmission, and didn t even provide paperwork for a warranty. I wouldn t believe a word anyone at this place tells you. All the positive reviews are friends and family of the owner.

Run far away!!!! This is the most crooked place I have ever dealt with in my entire existence. Not only was my transmission in worse shape after getting it back. This guy didn't even change the transmission filter or replace the torque converter. He had my truck for over a month, and barely did anything after pulling my transmission and looking in it. He will blatantly lie to you, and say the you need a new ECU. HOW THIS PLACE IS STILL IN OPERATION BAFFLES ME. If you take your vehicle to this place just know that your wallet is already on fire before even walking through the door. Please do not do business here for the love of god.

I took my truck in to have the transmission rebuilt. They did if the first time in a week. After the rebuild the issue seemed to be worse. I was driving through town one day and the planetary gear set came apart inside the trans. They rebuilt it again. This this time it took two weeks. The issue still wasn't fixed. The third time I took it in the charged me another $400 dollars to rebuild the pcm AND this was also two weeks and the issue still wasn't fixed. So $2580 later and it was doing the same thing I first took it in for. Would not recommend this place

Three weeks to fix an issue they caused. They said I ran over something and put a hole in my transmission case. Actually they put in a rebuilt transmission 2 weeks earlier and didn't install a new convertor. Made me pay another $500 to get my car back. I felt totally ripped off. I know cars. I know the mistake they made because the supposed new tranny they installed chattered from day one. They left an old dirty convertor in and then blamed me when that smoked the transmission they installed. Typical behavior for scam artists.

This place is a joke. Car was towed to the facility and we had to have it towed to another shop because the car was never fixed. He took my nephews money and ripped us off. He supposedly rebuilt the transmission and took $2,000 from my nephew. We have filed a complaint with the BBB and I am contacting an attorney. Do not take your vehicle here or give this place any money. He will never fix your vehicle and will stop answering your phone calls.

My vehicle had slight transmission issues and I wanted to have my transmission flushed out and have new transmission fluid and filter installed. The minute I walked in the door they tried to tell me my transmission was gone and that they would sell me one for $1800. After I spent $140 they finally took care of it I took the pan off myself and the fluid was still burnt and there was metal fragments in the pan...I m one very pissed customer and would not recommend

Friend got a transmission at this place. This place will charge one amount and then try to squeeze more money out of you . I do not agree with business raising the prices in an effort to rip people off. You charge the same amount for the same service you don't take advantage of people . Hopefully, I can get my friend to print this in the paper.. stay tuned. Run don't go here or James Auto Care. I told my friend to go to Charlie's. The most honest shop in town.. He is a Christian and he's doing God's work. Treating people with honesty and integrity .Service: Transmission

Andy the owner helped me to leave the car and he returned it to me in just 2 days. New rebuilt trany and customer service was awesome. I just don't understand the bad reviews here my experience was totally opposite.

I would not let these people near my car.They were suppose to fix my car and signed a piece of paper stating that they would do more than my transmission. They had my car for 3 months and did not do a lot of the things that was suppose to be done.Kept making excuses why nothing was done.They used my car for their advertising their shop which was a 1969 Camaro.Please don't make the same mistake that I did by listening to their fast talking gimmicks.After I got my car back a couple of things happened the next day.Also a few people had some bad things to say about their work as well.They removed my first review after the work was done and I'm sure they will remove this one as well.....Dont do it...Watch out...Take your car somewhere else...Tbanks for reading....

Had a transmission put in my 97 GMC Jimmy.Next thing I know is that it needed an oil pan, rear differential, and, and, and.....After they got their hands on it, it has not run properly.Oil leak, rattley transmission, I have water leaking into the floorboards, rumble in the rear end, transmission won't shift smoothly, and a ton of other issues.I dropped over $4000 with Central Transmission, just to have to take it elsewhere.They talk a good game.But they don't play fair.

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS, HE TALKS LIKE HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING BUT HE IS A JOKE. THEY "REBUILT " MY TRANSMISSION TWICE AND IT STILL HAS ISSUES. NOW HE WON'T ANSWER MY CALLS OR RESPOND TO MESSAGES LEFT. HOW CAN SUCH AN INCOMPETENT SHOP STAY IN BUSINESS IS BEYOND MY ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I wouldn't recommend this place . Check other shops for your benifit. It always pays to check around . Baaad experience!!! Beware of. being told what you want to hear and you get what you pay for , read reviews and shop around!!!

If got 2298.25 in it no truck got 1yr warranty will not answer phone just drove it 5000miles will see a lawyer

They don't do the work there charging for , they keep your vehicle for months and charge out standing prices for work you didn't receive
